Well, just wonder if it was my one location that used to be my favorite location going downhill or what but from looking at all the local Jersey Mike's this seems to be following suit with all the others as they reviews go down. This is still one of my favorite sandwich places used to be the favorite sandwich place of all time and maybe it was a coincidence with just me being the customer or what but the amount of meat they put on their sandwiches has considerably decreased. The restaurant is not as clean as it used to be. The staff is still friendly and helpful as you're ordering but a huge disappointment as previously stated Jersey Mike's has always been my favorite sandwich place there seems to be a couple of up-and-coming contenders, but that's for another review very disappointed in the amount of meat and toppings that was on the sandwich.might have to start looking for a new favorite read more

The only reason this location gets one star is because I can't give it zero. No matter whether you're placing an order or simply waiting in line, the customer service at this Jersey Mike's is consistently awful. The employees are rude, seem annoyed that customers are even there, mumble under their breath, and openly talk about customers after they leave. Today was the final straw. I walked in and there was literally no line. Before I could even order, I was greeted by a young employee who acted inconvenienced by my presence, sighing and showing an attitude as if taking an order was a burden. Rather than deal with the disrespect, I turned around and walked out. The bigger issue is that this isn't a one-time experience--it's a pattern at this location. Employees are constantly on their phones, avoid acknowledging customers who walk in, and then get frustrated when the store gets busy and lines form. The lack of professionalism, work ethic, and basic customer service is shocking. If you don't want to interact with customers or make sandwiches, why apply for a job at a sandwich shop? We just left from Easter Sunday service and saw this Jersey Mike's location open. This is our first time at this location. My wife, daughter and myself were the only customers. There were two employees that look like they did not want to be there. I had to say good morning twice before one of them just nodded their head in response. 5 minutes had gone by until one of them just gestured for me to move over to where she was standing. Still, not a word from her mouth at this point. My wife asked if she can have her roast beef heated, she finally responded "no ma'am, we don't do that here", with no eye contact. I said thank you, but We'll be going somewhere else. The attitude was unacceptable. It was only 11:55 am. We were the only people there. You would think they had a long exhausting day. If i could give 100 stars i would !! Let me just start with a huge THANK YOU to Olivia !! She went above and beyond for me today and i truly appreciate her and her employees ! Super rainy day and I'm headed on a rd trip (but I can't leave with out my fav Jersey Mike's sub) I called in to see if I could do a call in order because I have my dog in the car .. Olivia suggest took my order over the phone and suggest I still place order online and pay !! In the middle of the sky falling she offers to run my food to my car (amazed) , I met her at the door and within 3min my sandwich was prepped / ready and at my car ! Honestly ! A few weeks ago, I visited Jersey Mike's with high expectations, but I left extremely disappointed. Upon arriving, I was informed that they were "sold out of bread." It was baffling and frustrating, given that bread is a fundamental component of their sandwiches. This evening I visited the same Jersey Mike's location at New MacLand Road in Powder Springs and was YET AGAIN extremely disappointed with the service I received. Here's what happened: I arrived at the store well before closing time, hoping to enjoy a Philly cheesesteak, one of my favorite sandwiches. However, when I tried to place my order, I was informed that they couldn't make it because they had already turned off and cleaned the grill. This was very frustrating for several reasons: 1. **Timing:** - I arrived at 8:42 which was still within their advertised hours of operation. I expect to receive full service during these hours, including hot sandwiches that require the grill. 2. **Lack of Accommodation:** - The staff showed no willingness to accommodate my request or offer any alternative solutions. I was simply told that the grill was off and that was that. 3. **Customer Service:** - The way the staff handled the situation was disappointing. There was no apology or effort to make things right. I felt dismissed and unvalued as a customer. We had an awful experience at this location recently. I ordered online for pickup because we have a baby and that is what's convenient for us. I ordered a tuna sub, when my husband got there he was informed they didn't have tuna. Okay cool but why would I be able to order something unavailable? I then ordered in place of the tuna was a turkey sub but since I had paid for bacon on my tuna sub I wanted it on the turkey one. Well they then ran out of bacon, so then my husband went to the grocery store next door and purchased bacon and cooked it himself. They also apparently didn't have mayo only packets of mayo so I then had to put the mayo on my sandwich as well. My sandwich looked pitiful and thrown together. I called the location for a refund and talked to a girl and she then placed me on hold to then tell me they would call me back, they didn't. I reached out to corporate and they escalated it and said the location would contact me, they didn't. So I paid around $13-$14 for a sloppy sandwich missing ingredients and not what I originally wanted from a company that talks about providing high quality subs and exceptional customer service.
