I purchased an 8pc of honey bbq wings and when i opened the box there was nothing but a drizzle of sauce... apparently this is a reccuring thing from dominos however, as someone who barely eats there, this information was obviously not known. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT DELIVERED 2 HOURS AFTER ORDERING. The single most worst experience ever! Ordered 2 Chicken Habano Sandwiches with extra Chicken, and a Jalapeño cheesy bread at 4:42 ... ended up $35 including tip and a donation. At 6:40 ish the order was delivered... yes 2 hours! The 2 Chicken Habano Sandwiches were dried out bread with very little chicken on them, in fact the ingredients were sparce in general. The Cheesy bread, to be fair was OK. $35 for dried out sparcly dressed sandwiches and a Cheesy bread is OUTRAGEOUS! During the 2 hours, I could never get an answer from the store. Domino's guarantee was offering us a free 2 topping pizza or 20% off next order. I refused both. Not worth the headache and aggravation. At a minimum Domino's should refund our money. Based on the other reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who's had a terrible experience at this location. For starters, they give you an average wait time of 45 minutes which is a LIE. Prepare yourself to wait a minimum of two hours at the very least. The staff at this location are not rude but have 0 customer service skills. You almost have to guide them into helping you fix the issue. Whoever is running this location is sadly doing an awful job. It should not be this frustrating to order a pizza. I went in to get my order and this girl with no edges told me she didn't see my order when it was clearly right in front of her, a young man came and found it quickly. They don't update the site they say they don't have ham online but they really do and every time I call in to add ham they end up charging me more or just completely ruining my order. This location just hired a bunch of kids that are extremely disrespectful, lazy, and they sit around and do absolutely nothing and when you walk in to get your pizza it's almost like they are wondering what you're doing there. We attempted to order from Domino's. The tracker indicated the order was in quality check for hours. When I attempted to contact the store, they would either place me on hold and not come back, hang up on me or not answer the call altogether. I came to this location about a week ago. I had ordered online and just needed to pick up my order. No one was in the front of the store, but I could hear people talking in the back. After standing there for about 10 minutes, and seeing another customer come in and leave after not being helped, I went to the rack where my order was and got it. Whatever, not a problem. I got my food, so I was happy. Tonight, I did the same thing. Ordered online and came to pick it up after the time that it was supposed to be ready. This time, there were 4 people in the store and none of them greeted me when I walked in. One person was on the phone, and the other 3 we're making pizzas. I waited for her to get off the phone, but was actually wondering if they'd changed things and maybe I was supposed to go to the rack and pick up my own order. That would explain why no one felt the need to help me the last time. So, the girl got off the phone, said something very rude about the customer she had been talking to, and walked in the direction that was away from me. At this point, I was pretty sure that I was supposed to pick up my own order, so I attempted to do so. She then marched over and basically screamed at me to step behind the line and that my order wasn't ready. I tried to explain that I wasn't sure what to do, since no one aknowledged me when I walked in, and she proceeded to speak to me like a child and very rudely repeat that my order was not ready. Then she and the other workers went on to speak very loudly about how "crazy" I was. I'm apparently not able to cancel my order, even though it was supposed to be ready over 30 minutes ago. I really don't mind waiting, but I'm not okay with being yelled at after reacting very calmly to being full on ignored. I will definitely never be back to this dominos. I may not be back to ANY Dominos. I understand that there's covid and everything, but if these are the best employees you can find, you need to close your store for a while. I am extremely disappointed with this dominos. I called thinking they would fill my desires. I called in a very polite manner and asked them if I could order a medium pepperoni pizza. I was disappointed when they told me that they would not deliver to my home in northern Ohio and pick up a bass guitar for me in Powder Springs, GA. I had no problem ordering my food using my mobile device. It was actually quite fun! I used Domino's mobile tracker to let me know when the order was ready for pickup. The one turnoff for me occurred when I arrived to get the pizza. The guy who, I assumed, worked the front, had his back to me, and he was on his cellphone! I orderd pizza and was told, 3 times, my card didn't go through. So I agreed to pay with cash. Delivery guy came and told me my card went through. So I called the store and was told again my card didn't work. I went ahead and paid for my food. When I checked my bank account, my card was charged 3 times. Went to the dominos and the cashier tried to ignore me. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me it have happened before and I will get my money back. Called the store manager and his excuse was I gave them the wrong zip code. Got home, called my bank and the bank had to put the money back into my account. A major disaster!! I have ordered from this store countless times, this was my third free pizza from them. Had really good service, nothing missing, arrived hot and really tasty. Left their competitors in the dust!! That is, until 8/13 when we decided to order early at 6:42 pm. Ordered : med Philly hand tossed ( free !!) 16 pc Parmesan bites and lava cakes. Yumm! At 9 pm they are putting pizza in oven !! At 10 pm pizza is being checked for quality! Meanwhile I'm frantically calling to see what the problem is. No answer ever to my 5 or 6 calls. At 10:10 p the store calls me and says the food is on the way and the driver will meet me at the door. 11pm no pizza, no driver NOTHING!! And the tracking app says : Congratulations! your food was just delivered!! Now I'm super pissed, ready to kill someone, but mostly hungry and tired. After my peanut butter and jelly dinner, got in touch with their management who is supposed to "make it right!" yea, right! At this point there has been no apology, explanation or communication except to give me a ticket number for my complaint. I've asked to get my money back , though it wasn't a large amount still I paid for food someone else ate. Radio silence!! One less customer for them to worry about and disappoint. My husband called near closing time on march 6th 2017 and we spoke with James one of the managers. He said his sloppy line "Hi my name is James how can I make your day..." After that totally rude. James sounded like he was just chillin with his elbow on the counter rushing us to get off the phone. We asked questions about an offer and all his answers were either "uh..huh.." or "is that it...?" James was just absolutely rude and unprofessional. No people skills. My husband is a kitchen manager and if he or any other manager had contact with a customer in that manner all their food would have been comped. HOWEVER the cook who was also our delivery driver made sure our food was how we wanted it because we were very specific. James didn't seem to really care what we had to say. We are sure of that because James rang up our order and our labels were wrong on our box and not the way we specifically asked (multiple times). So thank you Taylor for honoring the customers at your store. The food was great because you did your job. Taylor is the reason we are giving 3 stars. James you get no stars. 0 P.S.
