Truly disgusted with this experience at Wendy's. The majority of our order was wrong, several items were missing, and the customer service was terrible. We picked up our order around 9 PM, and they don't even close until midnight, so there was no reason for the food to be rushed or carelessly made. When we arrived, we were told to wait in the mobile parking area for our order, which was fine. But when we received it, we noticed items were missing, including two 10-piece spicy nuggets. We went back through the drive-thru to let them know, and the employee gave us a dismissive look, walked away, then came back saying they only had regular nuggets. When we got home, my sister started eating her chicken sandwich and realized the chicken was raw and squishy inside. That is completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous. The service. Usually there's a pleasant curly red haired lady that noticeably brightens the customer experience.....But TODAY, some girl with unkept locs was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. From her verbiage in the drive thru. To her demeanor and aggressive toss of bbq sauce when I simply asked for something she hadn't given me. As a Department Manager I recommend a written counseling as well as customer appreciation training. Went here to order a Chicken Pecan Salad, Cheese Fries, Fountain Drink and Sugar Cookie. The place looked pleasant enough and clean upon first inspection and didn't raise any concerns. After walking around, the floors were a little slippery because of whatever they clean them with and I had an enjoyable time pretending I was at an ice rink. There were a few folks in line and the cashier Claire was quiet but friendly enough. When I ordered the salad, I was told they are out of salads. Per other reviews, this sounds to be a consistent thing at this location. They may be again healthy eating. So instead, I ordered a Dave's single without onions or Mayo. When I received it, it didn't have onions, but still had Mayo. I decided to wolf it done anyways. The cheese fries and cookie came out just as expected. The fountain machine was out of ice, but Claire was aware and gave us ice with our cups. Unfortunately, the 2 sodas we had were flat. I would rate the speed a 3 out of 5. The team was working hard to get orders out. The cleanliness a 3 out 5. No concerns there. The attitude and friendliness was a 3 out of 5. Nothing that came out as pleasant but also nothing concerning. The food is going to get a 1 because of the items they didn't have, the incorrect order, and flat soda. This location is consistently negatively reviewed for the past 3 years. How is it still open? To fill location quotas for corporate is my guess. These "dead stores" are perpetually bad for the sole reason of corporate metrics. They check off boxes for how many locations in various districts (sometimes in smaller "grids") are running. That all said: no WONDER this location is always slow with order accuracy in the solid 25 percentile range. There is no management to effectively staff, train, and *manage* a typical work day here. At this point now the employees do not carry any professionalism in appearance, customer engagement, and business practice/protocol. Unable to break change for anything higher than a $10 bill, 20 minute or higher waits on single item orders, and food quality that resembles something that sits next to the dumpster for a week... why do people including myself continue to patron this place? But the spicy nuggets are damn good so 1 star from me is all you get. It's far too late to close to store down and "reopen" under new management. I went to the Wendy's on Powder Springs and Macland. I saw the person preparing my order wipe his hands on his jeans a proceded to shred the bacon with his hands on my fries. When I asked for the manger, they said she was busy. When she finally came I told her what happened. She said absolutely nothing! I asked for her name and she refused to tell me. Sadly, I don't have much more to add to all the other bad reviews. Because just about everything the other commenters had to say, I agree with and have experienced. There has not been a time that I have gone to this location or driven by, that the drive thru line isn't wrapped half way around the building. Nor has there ever been a time that I've actually been in the drive thru line, that I haven't been told to "pull up to that bush" or "park over there" to wait on my order. Only to have it brought out by a young girl literally taking selfies and/or talking on her phone. The staff at this location is THE most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. It would do this location good to have an ADULT manager stop by and see what's going on/not going on at this store. I was there one time in drive thru and a lady, who I assumed was a manager, came outside and asked people in the drive thru to park and come in to place our orders, "because the drive thru workers are so slow!" Lastly, I went inside today because I didn't want to wait in the drive thru line. (NOTE: I continue to go to this location because it's the closest to my home. And sometimes ya gotta have Wendy's). Anyway, I went inside and the "workers" (I use this as term loosely) we're just wandering around, arguing with customers in the drive thru, and yes, Miss Selfie Girl was there too...on her phone. I finally placed my order once the "worker" was done trying to see what was going on in the drive thru and pay attention to what he was SUPPOSED to be doing. I have been trying this Wendy's for five years, but it consistently has had poor food and service. I go once a year to see if it has improved because it is so close to my home, but no. I stopped today and received the same previously experienced room-temperature hamburger and cold cheese that was sloppily put together. I sent my brother to get it, and they had no salads, no chicken sandwiches, and their tea was spoiled-BUT they did not refund my money for the salads, the sandwiches, or the tea. The is the worst most nasty place in Georgia. Stay away from it unless you like cold nasty food and the worst treatment in the world. Yesterday I went through the drive thru and ordered a simple as hell number 1 single combo. Waited for 15 minutes in the line and then they sent me to park for another 22 minutes and wait in 100 degree weather. They brought out the order and it wasn't at all what I ordered. It was a burger with bacon on it! I took it back in and pointed to the number one combo on the menu and the idiots gave me another burger with bacon! I don't eat bacon so I gave it back and requested a refund which I did get. Today I tried again and I guess they decided to "punish" me by not putting any mustard, ketchup or tomato on my "single" that doesn't even have as much meat on it as a standard McDonald's cheeseburger (see pics). And they refuse to give you a receipt at the drive thru window. They tell you that you have to come inside if you want a receipt. And it and the fries were both cold. I just threw it out. I'm done with Wendy's. Ever since Dave Thomas died, they've gone to Hell service and product wise. OH! I went to this spot once and they were super slow. So thinking it was maybe a fluke, I doubled back. Turns out, it's not a fluke. There were 2 cars ahead of me. One at the window, one ordering. The car ordering sat at the drive thru for a good 6 mins before his order was taken. The 1st car has yet to get there food. So I get to the window and I'm told to hold....3 mins later my order is taken. 1st car finally leaves. 2nd car sits at the window for 3 mins waiting while I'm paying and waiting. Once they leave I get to the window. They hand me part of my order and ask me to pull over to the side. No one is behind me at this point. 6 mins later my order comes out. It's just a sandwich. This is the worst fast foot restaurant in the area. The service is terribly slow, they are always out of something and they more times than not, get the order wrong. If you look inside the second drive through window, you'll often see trash on the floor. I go there out of convenience for my kids and always, ALWAYS kick myself for doing it again. THIS PLACE SUX!!!
