I went to this establishment and was wondering why it looks so weird... look at the lawn chair above the fountain drinks and the picture with the boat on the wall looks... suspicious. look at the architecture of the house... it really makes you think. Now, whenever i visit this specific location i have noticed something by that is almost as disturbing as the artwork up inside... during busy hours, I have noticed on multiple occasions management being verry disrespectful and unprofessional towards regular employees, when the employees always take great care of me. I'm not quite sure why they talk down to them the way they do but i see it as wrong and unjustified. Management needs to do something about this unsettling work environment. I ordered the club supreme through the app and had selected no tomatoes, no lettuce and to add banana peppers and I added in the comments if I could please substitute provolone cheese instead of Swiss cheese. I live over three hours away from any Jersey Mike's so was looking forward to it for lunch while passing through town. Was disappointed with the service. The vibe wasn't welcoming when I first walked in but I shook it off. Took a couple minutes to even be acknowledged. The guy might have been having a bad day, but he wasn't friendly and kept messing my order up. It seemed like he was trying to make an order for pick up at the same time and put the meat on the wrong bread. He then grabbed each of the meat off swapping it to the other bread, leaving pieces of the wrong meat on my bread and adding the correct meat on top. Asked me twice if I wanted it Mike's way, I replied no the first time and told him what I wanted, He then stated again Mike's way as he added onions on top of the meat. I reminded him I don't want it Mike's way, so he grabbed most of the onions off, leaving some and then asked what I wanted. I told him I'm sorry but I really don't want my sandwich to have another type of meat and pieces of onion on it. He was irritated as if it was my fault and took the sandwich away and started getting the meat and cheese back out but with an obvious attitude. This is my local Jersey Mike's I absolutely love this place when it feels like 25 feet above Hell outside. I stopped by yesterday between 7p-7:30p there wasn't a line but I had time to look over the menu again. I ordered the no# 7 with turkey & white American cheese on Rosemary Parm bread. The guy who sliced the deli meat was extremely nice and worked quickly. I over heard the young lady tell the customers behind me it was her last week. We had preordered 2 boxes of subs to pickup at 12. I called to push back the pickup time to 3. Which I figured would help the staff. I was treated so rudely. The person said "what do you want" I was shocked. The person hung up with zero acknowledgment that he understood my request. Great sandwiches I enjoy the BLT and the many cheesesteaks they have on the menu, the bread is always fresh and the food is delicious. If you order online when you get to the store GET in LINE! I made the mistake of waiting for my order while watching at least 5 to 6 people come in, order, and get their meal before they even started mine. Lesson learned. Then I went up to the register to ask again and was told that they had sliced my meats and it was coming up. After about 5 minutes and watching them make other sandwich's I went back up and asked again where was my order. I was told it was coming and I needed to calm down and walk away from the counter by the boy working there. I said, again, where was my order. He then proceeded to argue with me. I pointed out that they were making the sandwich's for the people who have come on way after I had placed my order on line. By this time he held up my 2 sandwich's and said "They are done but you're not gonna get them. I'm refunding your order and you can eat somewhere else." WHAT!!!!! Five stars for the food, but have to deduct one star due to the unfortunate parking situation since they share a driveway with Dutch Brothers. It's such a hassle trying to get into the parking lot that it affects the decision on eating there. The line for Dutch Bros which can sometimes be two cars wide completely blocks all the spaces for Jersey Mikes not to mention you have to wait in the Dutch Bros line just to get access to the parking spaces. I hope the two business owners can figure out a better solution soon. The subs are delicious, love the Mike's Way style with oil and vinegar. There is no room anywhere in the place because there are so many people waiting for pickup orders. There's no system or separate line. No one announces if a pickup order is ready.
