I love JM! I was happy to find this place for lunch as I was headed to Walmart. I wasn't disappointed. The sandwich maker was fast and doing a great job of keeping the line moving. They were friendly. I ALWAYS get #13 with mayo and Mike's way- heavy on the juice. They made it exactly like I like it! The place looked clean. They have a 94.5 sanitation grade. Used to enjoy grabbing a philly cheesesteak here but the last couple of times it was just bad. Waited for a long time to get a wrong order; dirty store; unclean tables; bad attitude from employees. I know they changed managers a while back and this one is just bad. So sad that I have to go to another location to get a sandwich. read more

Stopped there tonight for the 1st time. We have a JM in Southport that's great. Not the case here. The whole store was dirty. The counter, the soda machine area that also had no small lids. The tables were dirty and there was straw wrappers and dirty napkins on the floor. Never again! read more

it was a the best Italian sandwich I've ever had and it was very fast, they were nice and it seemed relatively clean inside.

I don't know what's worse: the flies landing on peoples food or the rude customer service. I saw flies land all over someone's cold cut sub. I get stores get flies, but when it lands on the food repetitively? The meat should be thrown away and restarted. The flies were probably attracted to the crappy attitude of one of the workers. We ordered one giant sub and one regular. Our order was given to us as two regulars. We politely asked for the order to be fixed and one staff member apologized and hopped back to the grill to remake a giant Philly. A different staff who wasn't involved in our order at all, looked at me, and then yelled for the staff to stop making our new order because she didn't believe that we had paid for the giant. After I showed her our receipt she just rolled her eyes and said they could restart our order. I was going to compliment her makeup skills because she looked fantastic, but that nasty attitude made me keep my thoughts to myself. read more

I like to be able to see the meat and cheese sliced fresh for my sub. The quality is very high and the service is always friendly. The prices might be a little higher than a competing chain, but the ingredients are fresh and the portions more generous. My favorite is the #9 Club Supreme! I highly recommend this location, too. read more

As always, Jersey Mike's did not disappoint. Only negative was how long we had to wait to get our sandwich seeing we did not have to wait to order. Think best option is to order ahead on the app. Workers were friendly and manager was working to help them out which I see as positive setting the example. read more

Really good sandwiches in the Shallotte location- but- not as good as the Myrtle Beach location! If I were to have a complaint it would be the fact that there is no consistency between one Jersey Mike's and another- that in itself is not good- but - Jersey Mike's really do have the best sandwiches!! read more

Ordered online from the Jersey mikes app (@ 7:52) was informed that my order would be delivered within 30 mins of placing said order (@8:22). However, an hour after placing my order (8:52) and my driver was still not at the the restaurant. I called the store (@8:57) to ask them about my order. The woman on the other end of the phone told me that it is a third party system when you order through the jersey mikes app, which I totally understand. However, I asked her to remake my sandwiches because after sitting on the counter for an hour I knew that they were going to be soggy. The woman denied my request stating "we close in 3 mins and can't make your order." She also informed me that if my driver was not in the store within those three mins that we would not be getting our sandwiches. What kind of customer service is this? If someone walked into the physical restaurant you would have to make their sandwich if it wasn't 9 pm yet. Why can't you remake mine? Just doesn't sit right with me. With all of this being said, contact was made with the delivery driver and he was very kind and understanding of the situation. He also told me that he came all the way from Little River, SC to make this delivery because there were no other drivers closer according to the app. read more

I didn't like that a new clean knife is not used to cut INDIVIDUAL sandwiches. I don't want my sandwich to taste like the one before me. A person could be ALLERGIC to something on the PREVIOUS SANDWICH. Subway uses a clean knife every time a sandwiches is cut. I ate at one of your facilities a couple of years ago. Just visited this business for the first time since it opened here. Initially tried to place an order online as a guest without creating an account, but the website wouldn't allow me to do so. The website stated that all hot & cold sandwiches are 50% off, so when I told the girl behind the counter that I couldn't place my order online, she stated that yeah it's probably not working! You would think for my inconvenience at not being able to complete my order online they would offer me the 50% off discount anyway, BUT NO...they charged me the full price for 1 dang sandwich $9.23!! And oh, they got my order and my co-worker's order mixed up. She asked for no jalapenos and I asked for no mushrooms, but imagine our surprise when we began to eat our sandwiches, she had my order and I had hers!! I love it. May be a bit more expensive than Subway but well worth it. Very clean and the staff is always very friendly. Highly recommend.
