Stopped in for lunch today and I have never been to a Jersey Mike's. The staff was super friendly and helpful! They even let me sample the new hot honey sauce and offered suggestions knowing it was my first time there. Would definitely go back! Wow I had their newish portobello sandwich, and wow oh wow was it good. I substituted the sweet cooked peppers for the green pepper, added American cheese and some of the cold veggies and it was the biggest and best sandwich I've had from a place with a meatless hot mushroom sandwich. I 100% recommend getting this and will for sure be back to get another one. My only complaint is you can't order the hot sandwich's with customizations of toppings on the app which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I went to pick up my online order. I waited and waited and was never acknowledged by one employee. After waiting about 5 minutes another customer came in for their onliine order and was greeted right away while I was still waiting. I did speak up and finally received my order. Very poor customer service. I will be looking for a new location for subs. read more

This location actually has good service... I'm finding that when I ask for gluten free bread at ANY location, it's definitely annoying to them. 1 star review? Black mold. In the ice dispenser. I mean... it's at the bottom right where you can see it! Slimy buildup and BLACK MOLD. And they were so put out by the GF bread, that I didn't bother asking to exchange my fountain drink for a bottle. I don't even want to think about the nozzles for the soda portion... Have enjoyed eating here three times recently. I am new to Jersey Mike's and am very impressed with the quality of the bread and other ingredients. The veggie is excellent (although I recommend asking to go light on the provolone) and the tuna is very good. I like the "Mike's Way" with vinegar, oil and spices - quite tasty. Wheat bread is outstanding. Cleanliness of this location is at a very high standard. Pleasant and helpful staff. read more

this location is extremely clean and warm i always ask them to wipe down the meat cutter or to use the clean one in the back since i don't eat pork for religious purposes. (i'm muslim) btw and they're so understanding and accommodating to it. the manger i believe is the younger man who's always there is extremely nice and i didn't even have to tell him my order today or ask to wipe the machine down he already knew. this means so much to me especially as a muslim. Most places make me feel alienated because of these accommodations. They even change their gloves without you asking (subway could never). I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before, and oh boy. I will definitely be coming back. Right off the bat I enter into a clean establishment, everything neat and tidy. I was welcomed by an employee who I felt like I knew him from somewhere, but I know I've never seen him in my life. I literally felt like I was being welcomed into someone's home. Sadly I can't remover his name but he was great with letting me know what was the best thing on the menu; #47.He really knew his stuff, also he was on point with customer service. The cashier was also on point with letting me know about the rewards program , which I signed up for. The cashier rang me up and for a sandwich and a drink it came to about $11. I waited for about 2 minutes and my sandwich was ready. The quality was perfect! And the taste oh mah gwad! So good! Definitely will be stopping by again. read more

We eat here an average of once per month, our food is always good and that I give 5 stars. On two of the last three times we have stopped in ( after 6pm all three times ), they were out of the regular bread and could only offer the flat bread. That is like Taco Bell running out of taco shells, right? I can only assume they make the bread fresh in-house and it must be tough to have enough bread for the day or end up with extra at the end of the day? read more

The guy with gauged ears and a tattoo that reads "scooter" on his arm who initially helped us never even said a word to me. He just had a blank stare and a "I hate my job" attitude. My second visit to this store. Service was excellent. Was able to order promptly and it was quickly prepared. I ordered a Big Kahuna this time. With beverage and chips it came to $11.29. Yes it seemed a little much, but I was prepared for that and didn't mind. The sandwich roll was sliced more towards the bottom than towards the center, which made for a difficult sandwich to eat. That was OK though. As long as it was an over site and not a regular occurrence, Sandwich was very tasty. Perfect amount of jalapenos and nice and cheesy to. It seemed to have more meat than the Chipotle Cheese Steak I got on my first visit. I grabbed a couple of menus to take with me. Got home and looked them over for their other sandwiches and pricing. WTF. The take away menu prices are not the same as the board prices. They have raised prices in the last 2 months and do not have current prices on the take away menus. Do the owners/managers think that no customer will notice the different pricing? Do they think we are stupid? It appears so. I had an idea for one of their other sandwiches and was looking forward to going again and ordering a sandwich that I would bring my own "extras". And dress up my sandwich at the store. It may happen. But not anytime soon. If I go again, I am bringing my own beverage and just order a sandwich. To add beverage/chips to an order now is $2.59. It was $2.39 in December. And we have to pay tax on top of that. Another 17 cents or so. I can do without chips. But if important to me, I can grab a small amount of chips from home from a larger bag that costs $1.49. I can probably get 10 bags of what they sell for $1.15. At the grocery store we do not pay tax for chips. So another 8 cents saved. Nickel diming to save a little goes both ways. Companies do it. We as consumers can too. I really enjoyed the sandwich. It is worth the $7.95 + tax.that it cost. The beverage/chip cost makes it too expensive for me. I will make other arrangements for that. Because of the pricing discrepancies, they have ticked me off. It is not easy to untick me. They screwed up. They have proven they are not concerned about an individual customer. read more

Absolutely the best subs I have ever had. I love the Italian sub. Also the Philly is very authentic from what I remember in PA. The Italian dressing on the sandwiches is also great.
