I specifically ordered four toasted bagels, and not a single one was toasted. What makes this even more frustrating is that I live 40 minutes away and make the drive because I've always loved this place. I understand being busy, but repeatedly getting such a simple order wrong feels careless and inadequate, especially when customers are waiting so long and paying premium prices. But honestly, the meats and everything are delicious. The variety that is offered it great and they even have a little liquor store next door if that's something you also have to grab. One of my favorite seasonings for EVERYTHING is Montreal Steak. Well this last time I went in they had Montreal Steak Seasoning brats and they were delicious.
