tuna w Provolone (12/22/22)
Tricia G.

Super good tuna (store made) hoagie. I wanted something on the healthier side, so I ordered, despite reading that celery (blach!) was in the tuna salad. This tuna was so fresh and amazing! It wasn't made with mayonnaise like I make mine (I do hard boiled eggs too) and favor. I didn't order their standard - I only had Provolone cheese for a topping. I joined their shore points program too, which I foresee racking up! I'm so glad that I work super close to so many great food places now :)

Jersey Mike's is always good! The restaurant was clean, not busy, and the food was just how we ordered it. Would recommend!

The Super Sub #5 "Made Mike's way!"

Today I had a bad doctors visit and wanted something quick and good to eat, so we stopped at Jersey Mike's on the way home. The staff was very polite and the young lady on the assembly line really made my day just by saying "whatever you like on your sandwich I can do for you without a problem!" This meant the world to me after going thru stressful day. I apologize for catching the young lady's name but I hope the company recognizes her for that!! Kindness is always great, even if it was for a sandwich!! The Super Sub #5 was delicious and it definitely satisfied my craving for a sub sandwich!! I encourage you to try it, you won't be disappointed!!! Definitely stop by the Voorhees location they have some very nice people on staff along with great food!!

This will be our second try with jersey mikes the first time was lackluster lots of roll little ingredients. Unfortunately my husband and I have both had a surgery procedure over the past month and have been in the house. This being said our aunt decided she would bring us lunch and chose Jersey Mike's. I know she spent a good deal money purchasing a roast beef and a ham and cheese hoagie for us. Since we had a bad experience with Jersey Mike's before we weren't that excited about her choice but it's the thought that counts. Once again we were disappointed their hoagies are not made with any kind of heart. The role is huge and very bready and when you open it up the insides are all bumissing. The hoagies were dry and the condiments were on the side not sure if she asked for that to be that way or it comes like that traditionally. If you see the picture below you'll see what half of the roast beef hoagie looked like the ingredient list was very very long however very very small amounts were put inside I would say if you're craving a hoagi pass this place by

Jersey mikes Is consistent! My favorite hoagie is the Italian but I swap provolone for American cheese. If you go, get it the "mikes way"

The food was good, but thank goodness I ordered double meat. The size of those subs are insulting.

Good stuff. Little skimpy on the meats. Not the kind of South Philly roll that I really like. But it is tasty.

I had a ham and provolone on gluten free bread. Forgot to ask for mayo... The sandwich was tasty and the service was excellent!

The lettuce and onions need to be refreshed. Onions has no taste. The lettuce is brown.

We decided were never goingback and are on the hunt for a new Pastrami palace. Since Harold is not around to run it like he always has done so fo so many years; the folks running it cannot deliver the Deli experience I have craved for. I won't be surprised to learn they went out of business.

The minute I walked in I knew I came to the right place. It really took me back to those nostalgic days with those familiar smells I grew up loving. Everything is made fresh, and to order at K&S Italian specialties. I wound up buying their pasta salad, fresh Italian bread, imported dry pasta and cookies. This place was busy and I saw many people ordering their different types of sandwiches which are large. I love that they have a sandwich with chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe and fresh mozzarella. They make all different kinds of pasta dishes and they do catering too. As I walked around I noticed they have wonderful imported soppressatas, ( dry cured salami's) fresh pastas, and dry pastas, imported olive oils, balsamic's , Italian cookies, delicious Italian breads. Imported meats and cheeses. They sell beautiful imported dishes and platters from Italy. The staff is very friendly and a lot of locals come here. I highly recommend this store

When you walk in, they have various goods (e.g., olive oil, pasta) on the right wall and the meat and cheese cases on the left. There were several workers behind the counter so I did not have to wait long to place my order. I ordered the sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar. It's normally a 20 minute drive home but because of the rain, it took nearly 30. When we got home, the sub was not soaked to the point where the bread was falling apart, which shows they add just enough and the bread is sturdy. It was just as good as I remember it. I wish I could find someplace similar closer to home but don't mind the drive back to K&S.

Eh, it was honestly just ok. When I bit the sandwich at times it tastes like a 3 star, other times…read morelike no better than 2 1/2. But I lean towards 3 automatically because I prefer to see business do good. I ended up getting the tooth fairy on a whole sub. My friend had the chicken salad sub. POSITIVES: Bread was good & fresh just like the cold cuts & Cole slaw. They definitely take care of their product. Presentation from how the sandwich was put together, & the Turkey portion was THE BEST. Not too much where it only tasted like Turkey & pastrami, but just the right amount to make it a hefty sandwich where all the ingredients complimented each other. Wrapping & bagging is worthy of mention, great job. NEGATIVES: It was mostly Turkey with a tiny amount of pastrami, like one slice, MAYBE two. The Turkey did not taste like it was a good brand. It didn't have a bad taste, it just wasn't great quality. It would have been a better experience if the Cole slaw wasn't drowned in thousand islands dressing. Since the pastrami was so little it really doesn't make sense to put that dressing on it. Some bites the meat & cheese were nice & warm & other bites it was pretty cold, that inconsistency threw me off. As for the chicken salad sub, my friend had better & also gave it a 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The young lady did great in putting things together. Seemed to be a great employee as far as performance, she may need a little improvement with friendliness. Can't say she was rude but a bit stand offish. Friendliness goes a long way. Overall, when you compare the price for quality, I honestly wouldn't come back here again. This place is NOWHERE near a 4 1/2 in my opinion, but I hope they do well.

If this sandwich ran for governor, it would win. We also tried a couple of their Sfogliatelle. It was flaky, crisp, filled, and way bigger than expected. A $25 Reuben should be amazing. My bread was greasy and soggy because they couldn't take the time strain the sauerkraut. The dry turkey meat was lumped in the middle of the sandwich. It was small. I guess they are putting the $$$ increases on their customers and lowering the quality of their food. My sandwich was so disgusting and in soggy pieces I had to throw it out ! $50 for two sandwiches and they were awful. I don't mind paying good money for good food. But this was far from that. After speaking with the owner, I was shocked and appalled that he was so careless in his business. He was more concerned about himself and his profit margin. I work hard for my money too. When I told him I was not happy he told me that I should take it to yelp and write a review if that's what I felt like I needed to do. So here it is. Hands-down the worst sandwiches I've ever had. Definitely has gone down hill. If there are three customers in your store and there's five people working the very least you could do is make a decent sandwich. I will not be returning to Goodmans. I do not recommend it. The place is empty, dingy, and the food was garbage.
