This location has always treated me well. There isn't much that really stands out about it. And that's just fine. It means that it is as solid, accurate representation of the brand. They have always gotten my sandwich correct which is what is most important to me. I usually use my app to order ahead of time and my food has always been ready when I got there. On the times that I've chosen to eat in, the inside has been clean and well kept. Parking has never been an issue for me. This is my go-to location in WR. I went in this evening and I will probably never go back to Jersey Mike's and unfortunately, it's my favorite place to eat but this place ruined it. I ordered a club sub but asked no ham when I got to the counter. I was charged for a turkey sub plus bacon, which was 250 for the Up charge. I asked why because I got the club sandwich and bacon comes with it and the person told me they don't have that option to take something off a sandwich so I never got my sub so thank you Warner Robins jerk Mike's for ruining my dinner. Great location, easy parking and access off main road. Upon entry to the store, was greeted with a smile by cashier. Asked about options with chicken or turkey. Ordered a chicken Philly because wanted a hot sandwich. The person making my sandwich offered me different sizes and I ordered the giant. Also, was very specific on how to make my sandwich and what to put in it. They were extremely patient and made me the perfect sandwich. Place was very clean, lots of chips available and the counter where the sandwich was prepared was clean. Very sanitizing procedures too. The sand which preparer wore plastic gloves and a hair net the entire time. Manager came over to check if my order was satisfactory. His concern to make customers happy is above and beyond. Visted the Jersey Mikes location on Watson Blvd to pick up my online order. Service was swift and great as always. I then returned home to tear into my sandwich to only find a dead roach attached to the bottom of my sandwich. I returned the sandwich to the store and all they could say was oh no and here's your money back. The very young cashier didn't know what to do or say besides here is your money. Due to having to return to work, I kindly took the money and left as I did not want to cause a scene or deter the other customers. This is totally unacceptable and should never happen in a restaurant. This perhaps was my very last time visiting Jersey Mikes despite how good their sandwiches are. read more

Food: I had a Philly Cheese-steak and it was great! I did not get chips as the sandwich was very large. The Philly was hot as it was made to order. If I am in the mood for a Philly, this will be my new spot. Atmosphere: Clean and plenty of seating; however, if you are eating in a large group, this may not be a good place. There are not many large tables and the restaurant is not designed to accommodate large groups. Customer Service: Quick and very kind. They cook your food fresh, so please be patient. Price: It is a little pricey here, so be prepared. I had a Philly and a soda for close to $12. Conclusion: 4 Stars. My team and I put in an order for 9 subs last Friday. It was our first time ordering and we didn't know that ordering a sandwich "plain" means it comes as the menu description. Upon picking up our order and bringing it back to the office, we discovered 3 sandwiches were incorrect. We immediately called to ask about replacing the sandwiches and were told that we could purchase another sandwich at a discounted price, but they would not replace any for free. Keep in mind, one order was completely wrong and the other had extra cheese that was asked to be left off due to an intolerance to it. Jazzed to see we finally got a Jersey Mike's! Been once and all was as it always was in Carolina. Nice hot beef, cheese, and peppers. Service was spot on since I arrived before the cattle gates opened. Anything new in WR is always subject to stampeding diners for a couple weeks. That's the sport and entertainment here. Eating. Awesome Subs but they really skimp on the meat and cheese. If you like eating like a vegetarian you'll like this place. They charge premium prices, but give small portions of paper thin sliced meat and cheese. Update- Just had a #9 on Friday night and it tasted quite good. Order two chicken Philly's through Doordash. My wife and I had never previous had Jersey Mike's so we order a regular size regular chicken Philly and a Chipotle chicken Philly. The price of these extremely tiny 7" subs were 9.60 each. The taste was sub-par for the price. I should have just ordered from American Deli, their food is just as good but you get twice as much food. Our Jersey Mike's experience was great! Not only was our food wonderful, but we were promptly greeted and served. The facility was very clean, and we were able to sit and talk as long as we wanted (which was until they closed). Even then we did not feel rushed, and one very nice employee brought us to-go bags for our leftovers. Great food but workers need customer service training. I was not greeted when I walked in the store and this has happened the last couple of times I've come in. Also, Sierra (sp) who had not helped me at all, walked up to the register after I had already paid another young lady and started ringing me up again. No apology for trying to charge me twice, then she sarcastically reminded me to give all instructions to the server before placing my hot order since I asked to have it cut in half and add lettuce and tomato after another person had started cooking the sandwich. A small inconvenience for the person who hadn't started putting the sandwich together since the meat was still cooking, but it could have been handled better. I live in Macon now but will drive to Warner Robins to the Jersey Mike's Subs, not Riverside Drive in Macon, to satisfy my craving for a Jersey Mike's sub. While I probably pass 5 or so other sub shop it's worth the drive for the Mikes way subs and the freshness of the meats and bread. They were slow and the service was rude and after waiting 10 minutes they finally told me that they didn't even have the item that I had ordered to make the sub. Ate at Jersey Mikes earlier and it was not a good experience. My food was ok but my dads was cold and it was a meatball sub. The food was not really the problem though the service was horrible. We walked in and went to the counter where one employee was working on his own food and the other was more concerned with watching football than taking our order. Jersey Mike's could be looked at as just another sub shop, but it is not quite that. They have placed their own twist on the classic sub. They slice all of the meat and cheese fresh, right in front of you. The quality of the food was awesome and the portion sizes were generous. While most sandwich shops give a you an option of 6inch or footlong, Jersey Mike's smallest size was huge! Almost more than one person could eat, measuring in at almost 9 inches.
