Pretty consistently a good pick for subs. Order ahead online for faster service. Quality is very good.

First time trying this place and omg They put a lot of cheese and meat in the sandwiches After this we would never go back to subway. Definitely not a sub shop I'll be visiting again. It's pricey for what you get. I was not too impressed with the parmesan chicken sandwich I ordered. The meat looked pale and fake and some bites tasted like freezer burn. You get way better and double the amount of you order this sandwich at Da Boyz!! Then, you have the employees. I'm not sure if two out of the three were brand new or just down right useless. There was one guy who definitely seemed like he was having to carry the load. It was busy, so he was obviously frustrated with the other two. I would choose Da Boyz or Subway over Jersey Mike's any day. read more

Great service! The staff was friendly and the environment was great a bit crowded because the place is small but still great. There have great options and they also customize your sub (ie: only veggies, no meat). The price similar to firehouse subs and definitely higher than Subway but also the subs taste of higher quality. I finally got to around to trying this place out for lunch. There is a variety of sandwich choices and at least 3 sizes. I ordered a regular Italian. The price came to about $9 and change. The sandwich was more than enough for my appetite. There was only two people behind the counter, so service may be slow if busy. Staff was friendly. Me and a friend stopped here to eat on our way home to San Diego. I used the restroom first which was not the best, it could have been cleaner. When i came out of the restroom I went up to order and I was not even acknowledged by any of the employees. It literally took like 20 minutes for the guy to ask for my order. Not only are the sandwiches always great, I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever. We were driving home after picking up our sandwiches and about a mile from the shop we have a car behind us waving us down. We make a turn and the car pulls up behind us and who gets out of that car you ask? The Jersey Mike's Manager! Because my husband forgot the pickles. Can you imagine. This is my 2nd time here. I remember the first time I tried the Chpotle Steak sandwich and did not like the bread. My wife hadn't been here so we decided to try it. The place was empty except for one couple sitting outside eating. We both ordered the Reuben, the employee was indifferent and borderline acting like we were bothering her. These are hot subs cooked on the grill yet when they came out the bread on both was cold. My wife went back to get the bread reheated on the grill. She was informed by the girl who was now more borderline rude, that she would microwave it as if cooking the sandwich on the brea was too much trouble. This is probably the last time I'll visit this chain and definitely the last time I visit this location. read more

We stopped by this Jersey Mike's on the way to San Diego from Sedona. This is the 2nd time I've been here and I have to say it isn't the best one I've been to. I am grateful for the clean bathrooms especially after driving so long. However, I don't know if it's the fact that there were only 2 people working at the time but it did take a while to get our sandwiches. I have to say, this is the most unorganized Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. The workers are very nice, just don't have the organizing skills/Teamwork as most I've been to in California. Jersey Mike's is far superior to Subway, which I avoid as much as possible. My favorite sandwich here is the angus beef sandwich, which is fresh cut from angus roasts that they cook on site.
