We were driving around town on Thanksgiving Eve and I have driven by Wienerschnitzel many times since we moved too Yuma in 2017 and decided to try it and they were super busy. My wife ordered a kraut dog with a polish and I had a chili cheese with onions. Both were very good as was the chili cheese fries we shared. Service was fast and friendly and the order was spot on. What a great crew they have in the afternoon. They run it well. They know what special they're run now questions no confusion. Although it's hot outside this time of year the ambiance is as good as it can be for outdoor dining. Everything is reasonably priced. I agree with that Mike dude, this place has pretty stellar service. They have never forgotten anything, friendly, and if a car holds up the line, they still work with the backed up cars. I also like that they sell their chili, I always have 2 cans for backup for anything. Also sometimes you get lucky and see a mentally ill person in the seating area. Hungry on a Monday evening - I decided to visit Wienerschnitzel on 4th Avenue in Yuma, Arizona. Visiting from central Florida, I have never eaten at the chain. Short line at the drive-thru, I ordered an Angus beef chili cheese dog at the promotional price of $1.99, a Chicago Dog at $2.09, and a Corn Dog at $1.59. Staff were friendly and polite. With only one vehicle in front of me, the wait was minimal. Reviewing the receipt upon return to my hotel, I found that the Angus beef chili cheese dog was rung up at $2.99 versus the $1.99 I was told at drive-thru. The hot dog itself was overcooked and had very little chili on it. The cheese portion was fine. Chicago Dog wasn't bad - very tasty. Corn Dog was average and tasted better with the provided mustard. Bag contained napkins and mustard. No issue with the provided condiments. I would have rated Wienerschnitzel 3 stars, but they lose one for overcharging on the overcooked Angus beef chili cheese dog. Ordered a mustard dog in drive thru. That practice is always iffy cause once you leave, and something is wrong.... do you waste time, gas, etc to go back? Anyway, the mustard dog looked like it had been sitting for days in unknown location. And my mustard dog had no mustard. I asked management when I called and he confirmed it does have mustard in a mustard dog. He also didn't seem to be concerned something was wrong. I decided in further talking to a manager like this would be useless and told him to never mind. That is what truly irked me, he didn't seem to care. Oh, and my fries were cold and greasy. read more

I went to winerschnizel today for the 1 dollar chili cheese frys for my kids because I worked a 10 hour shift and I didn't have time to make dinner and this is what I got a half empty box. Assuming you like hot dogs and old school skinny burgers this is four fast food stars. I ordered the new pastrami burger, a chili burger, chili dog, and a deluxe dog. Not a ton of chili or pastrami on the burgers so I threw away the buns of one and put them together. Pretty tasty solution. The chili dog with the upgraded all beef dog was fun but overpriced. I was highly dissatisfied with my visit not only was the staff out of proper uniform and had piercings in there face and I know well enough that's out of dress code. Secondly my food was disgusting there was no line so I have no idea how my food was so cold and sloppy and to mention the part that ruined it all my corn dog was so burnt the tip of the corn dog was missing and the inside was completely burnt I don't know how my child was expected to eat that then upon returning the corn dog I then had to ask them to replace it because they didn't offer me a replacement corn dog.
