I was recommended this spot for the daily deals. I came to the cheeseburger Monday deal and it was pretty okay. Nothing super spectacular but it did what it needed to. I do want to come back and the drinks because it looks refreshing. The good thing is that they do have daily deals for meals on a budget which a lot of restaurants don't do. That's a bonus! I used to frequent this place weekly... sometimes twice a week for their burger and chicken specials. Their chicken monger is THE BEST. I came back today after a hiatus and it was better than I remembered. The deals... you just can't beat! That is the biggest, juiciest chicken sandwich you're going to find these days for that price. And you can add whatever toppings you want for free! I highly recommend grilled onions- yum! Their ranch is delectable, as well. Their burger mongers are also amazing and I highly recommend. The layout is great and we love how there are paper towels/napkins at each table. However, where they quite fell short was the food. This restaurant changed their menu. They use yeti be known for their variety of wagyu beef burgers but that has since changed. I like this location because they offer a lot of kosher options to those who don't eat pork. The establishment was quite empty but the service was great and the ambiance was very casual and chill. Everything was pretty good. The chili cheese dog, was on the salty side and would have tasted even better if it was a little well done. I like my dogs a little on the crispy side. Overall everything was great. They do have this Parmesan ketchup that is soo good. Was not expecting that. I definitely recommend trying. read more

If you are looking for a quick stop this is your place! I'm vegetarian so I can only speak for the impossible burger. It was great! It's really cool because you could pick your own toppings and mix it up how you want it to go I had pepper jack cheese I put on three or four different sauces. I had a grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, all the works! All the toppings were fresh! I would opt to put the sauces on the side next time, they really layer it on making the burgers super messy. However, messy burgers! I was lucky enough to go on a date with my significant other, so I didn't pay... However, in the car, the conversation was $40 for two burgers!! The other day I went there for lunch because I had a gift card, I was so disappointed. The burger patties appeared to be half the size that they used to be, the bun was just as small; the prices were just as high as they used to be when the burgers were bigger. First of all, they will cook your burger to the temperature you want! Always a good sign! Choose the meat/patty you want. They have several different bun options including lettuce wrap and gluten free. They have several topping that are awesome for no additional charge including grilled onions, mushrooms, jalapeños. They have several different cheeses although this will be extra. They also have several different condiments/sauces too! I had my burger mid rare with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mushrooms, mayo, mustard, and garlic sauce (very garlic and a-maz-ing: garlic lovers only). I loved the fountain drink options that were no artificial junk can't remember the name but tasty and I makes me feel a tiny bit healthier with less chemicals in my body. The restaurant is pretty dirty (floors sticky, table tops are not wiped down, etc.) There were a box of Togo boxes that I saw drop on the floor and then they were just put back on the shelf. The ultimate reason for the one star review is because of the service. Not only did it take over 30 minutes for one burger, one chicken sandwich, and fries, but the manager and cook were fighting the entire time we were there. Yelling at each other. Nice place with nice comfortable booths and seating. Employees were nice and accommodating. I ordered the regular Monger with cheese with everything on it. Also, ordered onion rings and drink. The truffle ketchup was really good too and my little guy and I don't play about our burgers lol. All in all the staff was great, and I was nervous because they look no older than 18, never judge a book by the cover! Unfortunately I probably won't be coming back. I visited on Oct. 2024 and ordered a Jalepeno Burger and a burger melt. After we received our food at different time. The burger was okay but the meat was small and the bread didn't taste fresh. (Fries were seasoned good). The melt however was burnt on one side with the burger being burnt as well. The burger was the size of 1/2 the bread. Not very impressed for a $10 burger. Ended up not eating the melt because you could taste the burnt bits. A friend of mine and I recently visited the Wesley Chapel location. We had mac n cheese, cheese fries with bacon and an Akaushi burger on a vegan bun with cheddar, bacon, tomato and guacamole and 2 fountain drinks. All of this was about $21.00. When the burger came out, it had brown guacamole. Once mentioned, they fixed it right away. It is a decent burger, flavorful bacon. The mac n cheese was very good, creamy great texture. The bacon cheese fries were tasty, though, I have to say the oil they used might need a change. Not enough to send them back, but I did notice the slightly bitter flavor from old oil. Linen took our order and he was patient and polite as we navigated the menu. But it kinda went downhill from there. We really, really wanted to love our food but everything missed the mark. My husband ordered the Chophouse salad. It arrived not "chopped" and sans dressing. The menu description now says chopped lettuce. Not all chopped together as in the past. The atmosphere isn't too much and the prices are a bit more than average, but I would say it was worth it. Being able to customize your burger to the level that their menu allows is pretty great in my opinion. I've been several times and though I usually order almost the same thing, it's still different enough that I feel I'm getting a new burger. Their burgers have been incredible delicious and it's why I keep coming back. The place is nice and clean with a wonderful set of decor and furniture. The wait can be a bit much at times, but it's never to the point where I feel like I've been waiting too long. I enjoy all the options they provide from bun to meat to condiments.
