Let me start off by saying that I do very much like Sonic Route 44 Soft Drinks and Slushes, and this is why I always go back. Although they do sometimes leak or bleed through the Styrofoam. The reason I left 2 Stars is because there is consistently one Problem that reoccurs frequently and I am not sure how it even happens. I order Breakfast Burritos fairly often because I like them for breakfast on days when I don't eat Cereal. I typically order (6-8) Burritos and choose Sausage, but the problem is, they always put in some Bacon Burritos that I didn't order and sometimes they give me ALL Bacon and again I never ordered Bacon because I like Sausage. So whomever makes the burritos either doesn't care, can't read, or only uses what they have already cooked or available, but its always a problem for the past few years... I do use Uber Eats and Door Dash sometimes but I always go back and check my Receipt and Order, just to confirm/verify its not me making the mistake and its not, they just can't or won't accurately fill a Breakfast Burrito order for reasons currently unknown to me. This has to be the worst Sonic I've been to. While vacationing at our Florida home, we visited the Gall Blvd. location a number of times. It took my husband 25 minutes to receive two vanilla Cokes. The order taker was very rude numerous times. Each time we ordered, it took as over 10 minutes to get drinks and then we received Diet cokes instead of regular! What's going on at this location? Corporate needs to make a visit! There are numerous older people in this area that can make or break your business. My guess, unless things change, Sonic will be closed in Zephyrhills, FL. read more

I went there a few days ago cause my wife have cravings for a really good milkshake so Sonic looks like a great option. We went first to the drive thru & after be waiting for two minutes without no one answer we move to one of the parking spot and I press the button to get service no one answer or says anything like will be with you in a moment. I understand that majority of places is been having staffing issues but with a simple acknowledgment from your staff will make a difference with your customers. read more

This was a real treat we were looking forward to. There were no carhops on skates, the only good thing was the vanilla cherry coke!! My bun on the chicken sandwich was not overdone, it was burnt!! Drove up to Zhills from North Lakeland to got to TJ Max and Sonic. No joke sat the speaker for 40ish minutes and nobody took our order! I got out of the car and walked over to the building. The wait to get your food is so long and not worth it. Got two shackles to only to have a strawberry shack with the strawberry on top and not through the shack and also a Reese peanut butter shack with just a little peanut butter on top only. The place looks run down and the drive thru has no window you have to sit by the building and wait for your food to come out and nothing is done in order. They had the the carhop shut down for a while because they didn't have the workers. The longest wait to order and get food was 45 minutes. This place is so disorganized it's not funny. read more

Ethan is an absolute angel I fell and he came flying out out on skate and saved me before I even hit the ground! I can't believe this man right now! One time my cat went missing and I pulled up to sonic in tears and within seconds ethan found my cat under my car! It was beautiful! His serving is impeccable and his voice is like hot coco on a cold winter night! Not to mention how smart he is! Ended up getting a cheeseburger that was fully loaded, minus the bacon and the chicken sandwich was so over-fried that it was trying to eat a callus. I only ever get one thing from Sonic. Large Vanilla Coke Zero. I go in and usually end up waiting about 5 minutes from the time I roll up to the speaker to the time they deliver it. I know it will take a while. Last night I go through and I was at the speaker for several minutes waiting to be helped. Then after I ordered JUST that drink.... I waited another 15 minutes before I finally got annoyed, called the store while I was sitting outside to find out what the problem is ONLY getting a drink. He begins to make excuses about how short staffed they are. If they are so short staffed that they can't get a drink ONLY a drink! to a customer in 15 minutes then they need to seriously re-evaluate their entire business model. Why they would only have two employees on a Sunday night makes no sense. But IF you're short staffed and you can anticipate taking a long time to serve your customers then tell them they will be waiting for more than 15 minutes for ONE drink! And your answer to an upset customer should not be to tell them your staffing issues. It should be to apologize and tell them how you will fix the problem. Then I called this morning to talk to someone and no one will answer the phone. Wish I knew who the owner of this franchise is because they obviously needs better management. read more
