Upon licking up his vehicle, we discovered the running board was hanging and inoperational. My husband looked and the running board mechanism had be broken completely departing the running board from the truck. When we tried to address the damage with the service center they denied that they we're the cause of the damage despite the running boards being attached and operational when we took the truck in. Over the course of the past several months my husband has tried to work with this dealership to get the damage they caused repaired. Over the summer they said they would be willing to cover half the cost of repair but no more. This was unacceptable because we wouldn't have to pay for any repair to the running boards if they had not broken them and made them inoperational in the first place. After receiving no response from anyone via phone, my husband decided to stop by the dealership today to try to speak to someone regarding the issue caused by their service department. As he left, Todd Oehlman followed my husband to his truck yelling obscenities and cursing at him. He got in my husband face so close their hats were touching and contributed cursing and calling him vulgar names all because we want our vehicle, that they damaged, repaired. We filed a police report for harassment and filed a complaint with with the dealership HR department. No one should take their vehicle in for recall service and then leave with additional damage caused by the vet people who were supposed to repair the vehicle. Furthermore, no one should have to be verbally assaulted, followed, and harassed for trying to get their property repaired after a business has damaged it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!

He, as well as Rob Coleman, the slimy manager, tell us my car "just started leaking oil"- this is an absolute lie- turns out when they looked at my car-they realized that they NEVER PERFORMED ANY WORK ON MY CAR- but I sure paid $2,000! So they charged us for services they NEVER completed- created a lie by telling me that my car was inoperable-when it was not. This dealership and it's repair shop have knowingly broken laws and were caught. When caught they became nasty, aggressive, and lied more to cover themselves. Even during the repair process he failed at keeping us informed did not return calls and ultimately is a poor example of what it means to "serve" customers. Lack of response, gaslighting, failure to return calls and even intentionally hanging up, (and I confirm it wasn't accidental.... I know the difference). Gage if you can't handle tough, reasonable questions that you ultimately create by not being adequate at your role, maybe a job that removes you from interactions with customers is best.

Clean, straightforward, not too big, and ready to sell. Additionally, when buying a vehicle from an auto dealer, the customer has a singular advocate via the sales person whom they have been dealt. When you go here, ask specifically for TYSON MURTA! I have purchased several vehicles and RV's over the years from many dealers and he is one of the finest auto sales people I've ever worked with. Every car salesperson has the unfortunate struggle of not only having to rightfully look out for his family and his employer, but also to make sure that the customer he/she is serving isn't taken advantage of. Tyson is a guy who clearly still has his character and integrity well intact. This translates to a person who can do his job well while still trying to do the best he can for his customer. During the process of finding our vehicle and determining the costs associated with such a purchase, I never felt manipulated or lied to by Tyson in any way. I imagine this may also have to do somewhat with the management, by extension, but I can only speak to my experience with Tyson. The finance manager who dealt with us at the close of the sale was direct and reasonable as well, but my experience with him was limited. We now have a vehicle which we really feel suits our family's needs. The price was extremely fair and the quality of the vehicle was excellent (we purchased a new/used). Tyson even took care of us AFTER the sale, making sure all of our needs were met even after the close. We are grateful to him and to Lash Chevrolet for an all around excellent experience!

Water rose above the floorboards and the car was totaled because of potential damage to the electrical components. We replaced the car elsewhere from a more honest dealer. Maybe Lash is OK if you want a NEW car and a Chevy where you'd have GM behind the purchase but I WOULD NOT buy a used car from them without having YOUR good mechanic thoroughly inspecting it. Fixes Lash makes from their service department, may only be a bandaid to get it off the lot and another 50 miles. And at least in our experience, anything written in the contract was not honored. I found a 2016 Durango R/T at their location in Marysville and called to see if they could have it sent over. Sure enough, they said they would have it brought over the next day for me to look at. The next day, I was informed the salesperson I was originally slated to work with had called off, but another one took up the reigns and went and got the car for me, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to see it like it was scheduled. The car test drove well and I informed the salesman I'd like to work out a deal. Initially the financing came out nowhere close to what I had expected, but they worked hard to bring it down quite a bit. I think I could've gotten a little more on my trade, but they got the monthly payment down to about the absolute max I was willing to spend so it worked out. All the people there are super, super friendly and I really felt no pressure and instead felt they worked hard to get me in a vehicle I really wanted. I'll certainly come back here for future business and strongly recommend them to anyone in the area.
