Which I'm not 100% sure is even a legit business. I applied on yestobk.com being that I filed bankruptcy and this site deals with bankruptcy clients. I started having contact with Audrie Stoker. I informed her I was looking 4 a truck. She sent a few trucks with prices but would never give me a website to look at the vehicles they have 4 myself. Well after doing some research on my own, I found out that each of these business names are all associated with Miracle Motor Mart. I found the trucks that Audrie sent me on their website. The prices she sent with the trucks in the email were almost $4k less on the website. I questioned the price, I never got a response from her about that. I was contacted by the finance manager, Jerry. He told me that they buy the truck from miracle motor mart 4 the price listed online. He stated they put a mark up 2 make profit. Come 2 find out, they are all linked with Miracle. I picked a truck, was sent tons of pics & info on this truck. When I started the process 2 buy the truck, I requested videos of the truck. That's when I saw the tailgate, bumper & damage 2 the side. WAS NOT THERE IN THE PICS I RECEIVED AT THE BEGINNING. Entire back of the truck looked different and half fixed. I questioned Jerry on it, supposedly 1 of their guys backed into something and tried to fix it themselves. He agreed to send it to a body shop to repair damages. He told me on a Thursday that it would be ready the following Monday. So Monday I reached out the Audrie and Jerry both asking when the truck would be shipped to me. Audrie replied that the truck would not not be ready till that Friday. Which i replied, "Friday"? As I was shocked. She replied, "do you want the truck fixed properly or not?" SHE IS ONE VERY RUDE LADY. Once they got the truck back from the shop Jerry called and stated he wasn't shipping the truck to me bc of the small dent on the side of the bed won't come out. I then told him that if that is all that is still there then I will still take the truck as is as long as that's the only issue that wasn't fixed. He confirmed that's all that was still there. So truck was shipped. Upon delivery of the truck, I noticed the tailgate looks better but scrubs the bed when letting up and down, they only painted over the other damage and didn't fix the issues properly. Also, the passenger bed of the truck is damaged and wasn't fixed. The dent on the side of the bed was indeed there but Jerry failed to tell me the entire panel is bent and can't even be attached to the wheel liner. The same day, I took the truck thru the car wash when I noticed water pouring into the back seat in both corners. I contacted Jerry and his response was we will just pick the truck back up instead of trying to make things right. I let him know I like the truck but just wanted it fixed properly. While discussing these issues on the phone he then proceeds to tell me that he did tell me that the damages was not fixed properly. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. He then told me that they won't do anything else to fix the truck and offered me a $500 check. After arguing with Jerry about these issues he agreed to mail me a check for $900. WHICH THEY DID SEND. Which is nowhere near the amount it costed me to fix the issues with the truck. I wanted Jerry to hear my concerns and disappointment before putting this behind me and moving on from this. He told me he didn't care to listen to what I had to say. That either I take the $900 and keep the truck or they would take the truck back. Being that there's only 1 bank willing to finance to me with the bankruptcy I felt forced to keep the truck being that it's the only opportunity I have to rebuilding my credit. This place is very rude, disrespectful and constant liars. I also added the pictures of the truck they sent prior to delivery. Not even the same tailgate or bumper. PLUS THEY STILL OWE ME $1k.

The dealership verbally confirmed they had replaced these on the car prior to sale but couldn't find any documentation to prove it. I stupidly took their word for it and bought the car. HUGE mistake. It immediately had trouble running/starting. After getting warm and turning off, the car would NOT start. It was also running VERY rough. I took it to a ASE certified mechanic near my home who knew nothing about the timing chain situation. I told him the symptoms and he came back to me stating the engine was out of time and needed a timing chain replacement. Once I told him the timing chain had supposedly been replaced, he said the "screws on the timing chain have never been touched, it hasn't been replaced. You've been taken advantage of" word for word. After that, I contacted the dealership. Their response? Absolute disrespect. I'm yelled at and accused of lying about how much I've driven the car despite the sale paperwork and mechanics diagnosis showing a mild difference in mileage. I decide not to deal with them any more because they're impossible to communicate with. I decide I'll take it to a Cadillac dealer for another opinion. Their diagnosis is the exact same as the other mechanic except worse. The timing chain needs replaced (since they say "it's never been replaced"), the brakes need replaced, spark plugs need replaced, power steering is completely shot, and basically another $1,000 worth of work needs done to the car ON TOP OF the timing chain. Bottom line - STAY AWAY from this dealership! They're NOT honest!

No check engine lights hen purchased. Trailered vehicle home - first drive was to be dealership to get timing belt and transmission services since it has 180k on odometer. As I drove 35 miles to be dealer, repair that 614 cars did, caused exhaust system electronics part they replaced to short out since their mechanic didn't bother to route the wires the same way they took them off, melted on exhaust pipe next to wires they worked on. At time of sale - they stated if any issues with their work they did, just let them know and they'd make it right. I reached out. Received initial response asking for quote and pics from my dealer. Then ghosted. No response to texts or call - sent to voicemail after a couple rings (only called 1x, texted 3 over several day period). Caused $1500 in damages due to their poor service that was done so on top of price of car, I immediately am stuck with a $1500 repair bill. I asked they cover half which was cost of parts in my text. Also discovered they are committing tax fraud! I negotiated price to $5900 out the door - from $5900 plus ttl. They apparently changed sales price on receipt from total price plus tax to equal $5900 to a total price of $3500. Reporting to the Ohio tax office for tax fraud. Was a great experience in person working with these guys, too bad their mechanic made a bad repair and then the "good game" they talked at sale, was nothing more than lies. Guess if you are lucky and get a car without their mechanic making bad repairs, you are probably good but sadly that wasn't my case and watch the price info as these guys are shady.

Last summer I needed a car pretty quick. I purchased a Corolla that I knew had been hit in the rear and repaired. Driving it home it didn't steer quite right. There was some leftover rear suspension damage that couldn't be seen visually but showed up plainly on an alignment rack. I took the car back to them and they made it right. Also included was a year long drive train warranty. The car has been great since. I would recommend them just understand the ground rules.

They do their own body work and do excellent work to the point that you cannot tell the car has been damaged. He can give a price break because of the depreciation the cars face over having been in an accident but because he's less expensive than everyone else, he is not generous on trade and will not come down on the price. Be prepared to pretty much pay his asking price plus ballpark of $1,000 for tax and title. He's probably going to be better than anyone else you could buy a car from.

They donated great job not just on the gas vehicles but they really know their EVs too, and they have chargers in the parking lot via blink. Today I had my 30k mile service and I can sum it up by saying in the waiting room I had a nice chat with a Lady from W. Va, she wasn't on a trip or visiting, she drives 150 miles one way to have Nissan North service her car and has been doing it for years! That lady drives 300 miles round trip because Nissan North service is that good.

No one picked up the phone after the operator transferred the call to the service department and the calls eventually (after 6 or more rings) went to voice mail. We received no call backs nor any text messages on maintenance status. That was strange. We drove to the dealership on 8-27 and the service gal said they didn't get to the truck yet and it's still in the parking lot and if you want to take it--here are the keys. My husband around the lot looking for the truck .....to no avail. It was only after I made my presence known in the sales room--quite loudly in fact-- did a sales guy run into the service department and excitedly ask if my husband was there to pick up his truck and only then was another gal dispatched to locate our truck and deliver it to the service door. We are giving this dealership one star because of their disregard for keeping the customer informed on maintenance status and then how they treated the customer when he came to pick up the vehicle. No apologies. No 'let us make it right for you', no car wash --just here are the keys and good luck finding the vehicle. This is customer obsession? Other dealerships can eat this dealer alive on this aspect alone. And we bought this truck brand new from these folks.

After getting an offer, I decided to wait and try and do a private sale on my car instead of the trade-in offer that they gave me. Rick, the salesman contacted me regularly through the rest of March asking how the process was going (he wanted the sale). On 4/5/2024 at 5:25 pm, he sent me a text with a new price on the vehicle. When I called the next day, I discovered that Rick was off work that day and the guy I spoke with said that the price was actually $6k higher than what Rick sent me. When I mentioned that I received this text, the guy said that it didn't matter what Rick sent me. This is clear evidence of a bait-and-switch sales tactic. In fact, this "deal" was worse than what I was offered back in March. This is actually my second bad experience from this dealership owner group. 10+ years ago, I had a bad experience with their service department. I thought I would give them another chance. Boy, was I wrong!
