Stopped here for a sandwich for lunch during the week. I called it in and they said 5-10 min which was great. There is parking in front and my sandwich was waiting for me when I got there. I ordered the full Route 23 which came with a side of coleslaw (they also have macaroni salad & potato salad but they were out). Sandwich was pretty good but the bread was ok. Coleslaw wasn't too seasoned but also okay. I need to try more things on the menu! read more

OMG I finally found a great place to get a breakfast bagel sandwich! It's fresh hot and delicious. I ordered 2 eggs with bacon on an everything bagel and it is delicious. Oh one good thing if you pay with cash you get 30% off and the owner is nice. Also he packs the bagels with bacon not just a trivial amount that I've had the experience with before in other places. read more

First time here and to be honest this sandwich was made with love. First time I've had bacon egg & cheese with butter on the roll , ketchup and mayo. Might've been the best sandwich I've had all week. What a great way to end off my eating habits before I go on a diet lol. When I went in only one person but he was friendly. I don't review business establishments. This time I will. This deli is terrific. The owner was considerate of my request. I wanted two sub sandwiches. 'How would you like them? What would you like in them?" What? You mean I can actually request and mix/match the meats or cheese I love? Oh boy! The subs were delicious. This deli recently changed hands so I decided to stop in and give it a try on my day off this week. They have a bunch of signature sandwiches listed on their board. I decided to go with my alma matter and try the "Wayne hills patriot" which was ham, turkey and American cheese. I opted for the "large" which then comes with a side of potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw or a pickle. My choice was the pickle as the salads were not in my viewing area for me to see if they would be something I would try. They bread was fresh, the boars head cold cuts sliced thin and a perfect ratio of lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, meat and cheese. I grabbed an iced tea and a bag of chips and paid about $11. Will definitely be back to try some of their other options! read more

Whether its the Parkway South ( cheesteak) legit.....the various sandwiches named after local high schools, breakfast sandwiches or the chicken parm which I consider myself an expert and I am a hard grader. The parking lot is always empty. So I decided to try it and see how bad this place realy is. Well really bad. I had a roastbeef sandwich, chips no drink. $10.35. I eat in NYC cheaper. Roastbeef dry as could be. Comes with small container of coleslaw which had no dressing. I was eating raw cabbage. The roll was so stale I took 1 bite and it crumbled to pieces. I threw entire lunch away. This place will not be in business long. Dont waste your time or money. People are friendly, they just dont know what they're doing. read more

Had the RT 23 Italian classic, the bread was great and the cold cuts were fresh and cut the way they should be. With this sandwich you have the option of boiled ham or hot cappy ham, I wanted the hot cappy ham but was not asked which I preferred and I forgot to tell the guy serving me so of course my sandwich was made with the boiled ham instead of the hot cappy so make sure you state your choice! The sandwich was really great regardless. The service is as good as it gets lots of smiles and very polite counter help. The place is clean and comfortable with no pressure to finish up and free up a table for someone else. I will definitely spread the word to friends and family! Try it you will like it!! read more

The absolute best deli around. JPD serves my favorite soup OF ALL TIME, their amazing chicken noodle. It's so fresh and delicious. Trust me, I didn't think I'd be raving about chicken noodle soup but it's soooooo good. Menu highlights are the Wayne Hills Patriot, anything featuring chicken cutlet, anything with the daily made fresh mozzarella.
