Got JES to come out again! I called at 1PM and Juan quoted me over the phone and Eric came out at 2:30pm, not an emergency call. The issue was that both bolts holding the toilet down had busted. Watched as Eric professionally removed the toilet and replaced with new handicapped toilet. Totally happy with the job, I couldn't of done this as fast and professionally as Eric did this. The hot water in our master bedroom shower had stopped working so based on the great yelp ratings and comments I called JES Plumbing. Within 1.5 hours, Eric from JES came to check it. He diagnosed the problem quickly (a worn-out hot/cold mixing valve) and fixed it within minutes. While he was there, it occurred to me that we also had another bathroom faucet that was mixing hot and cold water incorrectly and also our garbage disposal had stopped working recently, so I asked Eric if he could look at those while he was there. He looked into both issues and fixed them quickly and professionally and made sure to check everything thoroughly before leaving. Another successful service call by JES Plumbing. This is the fourth time we have used JES Plumbing, first with Eric, and most recently with his dad Juan. Yesterday we just had a hose bib failure, and while Juan was here he checked all my hose bibs, evaluated my water pressure regulator to make sure it was working properly, and noted that my dryer vent had become semi-blocked with lint and he helped to clear it. All this was at no extra charge. Both Eric and Juan are extremely knowledgeable, capable, personable, and ethical. He said he could do job Tuesday or Wednesday. Asked I call business phone. When I called, the person I spoke with said they are not able to do this job. He was very short with me and rude!! Very poor business practice. Called Nates Plumbing who will come out to give bid Wednesday. Very professional. UPDATE: In response to the comments from Jess Plumbing. JES saved us! Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning. We called EVERYWHERE locally and either no one could come until Monday or would cost so much extra to come out on a weekend. I also had a medical procedure on Monday that I needed to prep for so it was urgent. We were just about to give up for the weekend until we found JES. They came shortly after we called, they explained everything to us, and didn't try to up-sell us. Apparently our heater was a custom one but they had connections for the last one in town! They were able to get it installed for us and it was beautiful! They even filled out the permit for us with the city and gave us exact directions on it. He did a fantastic job - and was gracious enough to stay beyond the originally schedule amount of time to do replace the fixtures on two of our sinks. Eric came out before to fix our water regulator some months ago after the first plumber from another company that our home warranty had sent out gaslighted us and told us nothing was wrong . . .
