Spoke with them Monday morning, kept saying they were sending someone out, then delayed multiple times and never came, said Tuesday first thing... again, they never came. Then I received a hostile phone call from the owner accusing me of trying to get free work, refusing to pay, and pissing him off with multiple phone calls. I have no idea how he arrived at that conclusion when I simply asked if they would guarantee their prior work (which was paid promptly on the day of service btw). Meanwhile my bathtub has been hemorrhaging probably hundreds of gallons over 3 days. They finally arrived on Tuesday around 11, pushed past me at my own front door and began demanding payment immediately before performing any work. I asked him to communicate with the home owner (who I had standing by on the phone), which he refused to do, then left abruptly hurling profanity, yelling insults, and driving excessively fast down the culdesac. My Ring camera captured it all. I can't believe the level of abuse and completely unjustified rage and unprofessional conduct. I'll be uploading to youtube. I'm legitimately concerned about the mental health and anger management issues of the owner, I think his name is Chad. Gabriel came out within 15 minutes and diagnosed the issue. My septic tank needed pumping out, so Gabriel said he would make arrangement for the pumper to come out on Monday (this happened on Saturday). About an hour or so after Gabriel left, he called and said he was on his way back with a pumper truck. Everything is working good and it was all completed in less than eight hours.
