The other thing I really appreciate about Alan is that he's very straight forward - he'll do what he can for you, but also won't mislead or make promises he can't keep. And because of that, through each escrow process we've gone through, he's been the one consistent and correct voice. If we ever get conflicting information, we know to trust what Alan says.
