Stefania (Metro owner) was the only stylist I could find that was able to help. That was many years ago. The new place on University is beautifully appointed and the service is always wonderful. Stefania and her crew bend over backwards to please. After the winter lockdown of 2020 my roots grew in so much I decided to 'just embrace the gray'. My hair is not a pretty shade of gray however. Stefania now adds just the right amount of color to make it attractive. I'm very happy with it. Before Metro I had been all over town looking for someone who could 'do it right'. Once I found Metro, I never had to go anywhere else. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I find this surprising as if they really cared about the pandemic they should have a mask policy in place and other protocols. In summary, I would not make purchases here as their products are overpriced and they have a no return policy that is not told to you until you try to make a return.
