I was charged much more (I respect the fact that most likely due to the dumb highlights I thought I would be pleased w/), but, still NOT happy that I spent so much to now be so unhappy & stuck w/ a dried head of choppy layers that aren't falling smooth & as sweet as they used to. I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes ... not a single stylist said anything to greet me. They all saw me and said nothing. I then sat down thinking ok, I'll wait until someone comes up. 2 stylists were done with their clients, came to the front desk, took care of them, and went back to their chairs. They saw me and didn't say a thing. If this place doesn't take walk-ins, they need a sign that says so. If they DO take walk-ins, then their customer service absolutely sucks. No matter what kind of business it is, a greeting of every customer walking through that door is normal. 15 minutes of time wasted just sitting there. Glad I didn't waste my money on a business with horrible customer service.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the work that I received by Shivonn and the customer…read moreservice or lack thereof afterward. Approximately two weeks ago I had an appointment for two services - microblading and Russian Volume lashes. Shivonn was very bubbly and attentive during the appointment. Her location was clean. Early on the appointment seemed to go off the rails a little bit. For my lashes, I was a little stunned that she did not clean my lashes before the application of the lash extensions. My eyes were burning throughout the entire process. I told her as much throughout the process. My eyes felt very heavy and it was a little difficult to see when she put the mirror in front of my eyes to see. I told her that my eyes did not match. She added more lashes to my left eye and although I told her that they seemed a little off still she moved on to the microblading. Shivonn did ask me toward the end if I was ok with the look of the eyebrows. Several times she went back to make adjustments. My issue was that one side was more rounded than the other. She ultimately did not fix the issue and said, "In two weeks, take a picture and see how you like them." She told me to text her if I had any issues or questions. She asked me to pay her through her CashApp instead of as a regular transaction which I thought was odd. When I went home and my eyes were burning and I took a closer look at my lashes, I was very dissatisfied. She cut my right lashes and they were considerably different from the right. I was unable to wear my glasses because the length of my lashes on the left were way too long. Overall, I was not given Russian Volume lashes and there was so much clumped glue that the lashes looked a mess. I texted Shivonn and sent her the link to the information I saw on Russian Volume lashes and told her I was dissatisfied with them and if something could be done. This was within hours of leaving my appointment. I got no response. I texted her again the next day about my lashes and told her I was also concerned about the look of my eyebrows. I received no response. I waited a week later and texted her again and she did not respond. I spent over 700 dollars with Shivonn and she could not be bothered to fix the terrible work she did. Today, I went to another salon to see if I could get a fill on the lashes and get them fixed in someway. I had to ultimately get them removed and it was quite a painful process. The woman at the salon said she had never seen such an awful mess on someone's eyes. She said it even looked painful seeing how she applied so much glue and put the lashes on below the water line in my eyes. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I wasted over 700 dollars and Shivonn couldn't have cared less to do the right thing. She knew what horrible work she did which is why she did not respond at all to any of my texts. I am very disappointed and stunned by this.
