[[HIGHLIGHT]]Honestly had a stressful experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After agreeing to do my wedding makeup in Mexico and taking the deposit, she constantly complained about how unsafe it was and made us feel like we were getting married in some sketchy place when in reality it was a 5-star resort in Valle de Guadalupe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to reassure her up until the night before.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On the wedding day, they made my groom help them find their wine tasting spot just 2 hours before the ceremony, which made him late and delay the wedding by 30 minutes. They also came back late for touch-ups before the ceremony. On top of that, they charged per person travel fees, then asked for extra hotel + gas money separately. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had confirmed with them in advance about the dinner time and they said it was fine, but on the wedding day they told us it was "too late" and asked to have it packed to go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That ended up costing us a few hundred dollars and 2 guest spots. Makeup itself was okay (average Korean style), but the overall experience was filled with rude/uncomfortable remarks and unprofessional behavior. Wouldn't recommend for a destination wedding. We all went to her studio which was a few miles from the hotel we were staying at. My hair and makeup lasted all day and well into the evening until the end of our event (essentially from my appt at 11am until 1am the next day)!
