And before we met, I found the house I wanted just from the online info. It was New Year's Eve and she went to bat to get all the paperwork done that day. She found out someone else was making an offer on the house so she helped me with the offer details to ensure I'd be the winner. She's very responsive to random questions, important or trivial. One of the seller's requirements was a 30-day close. I didn't anticipate a problem because I was already pre-qualified by the mortgage company that I'd used before. Turns out they are so under-staffed they said they'd not be able to do anything in 30 days. Yvonne had a referral at hand - Cheryl Montenegro at Finance Home America - who made the deadline without any problem (or at least for me). Yvonne is also great on referrals for service suppliers.
