He checks in with us via text and sends photos as well. He lets us know anything and everything going on with them while we are away and we know we would hear immediately if anything was amiss. They had been booked full for months, but they worked with me and squeezed in an extra spot for my frenchie Bella. I had no other options so I am so glad that it all worked out! Julie is so nice and she sent me updates, pictures and videos of Bella every single day. Bella went to the dog park everyday, and she even got to snuggle with them in their bed! She was spoiled rotten, and I am so glad that she wasn't stuck in a kennel all day.
