The team is so patient and they handle our feisty little Pomeranian with such love and compassion-even though he barks and bites- they truly do not seem to mind and seem to love him anyway. It's nice to feel like my dog is not only ~being taken care of~, but he's being genuinely ~cared for~ by a team who even recognizes and greets him with a laugh and smile every visit! We've seen all four of the vets on the team throughout the years and can say they're all amazing! And most frequently see Dr. Vinge who is wonderful! Special shoutout to her vet tech, Grace, who is a lovely ray of sunshine, one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and takes great care of our dog! The office is very good about communication- answering calls, replying to emails, keeping up with check-ins for after service care. Very good about appointments as well; rescheduling, squeezing us in, moving appointments around to accommodate schedule, etc. The office itself is very nice and has a homey feel, with a community chalk board, 'meet the staff' and compliment wall, and an office pet as well! Our dog has a lot of medical needs and it's really nice to know he's in the best of hands and receiving the best care here. Really appreciate all that Southeast Vet has done for him

My 2 of my 3 Goldens do have underlying medical conditions. I lucked out. A stranger recommended the hospital. I reviewed their website and quickly noticed that Dr. Lopez had a connection with my breed. That's important to me. Even before I officially was a client, I called them to see if they could work one of my Goldens in b/c I thought he had injected a foreign object. They couldn't see him, recommended the local ER where the problem was resolved. Yet, even though I wasn't a client, they called the next day to see how my dog was doing. Now, that's above and beyond!! My appointments are always timely. If there's a problem, they work me in. I'm the first to admit I am a high-maintenance client. Always have questions, and often have suggestions. They always take the time (either in person or by email) to answer concerns and explain why or why not my recommendations are appropriate. The Veterinary Technicians were very helpful in answering all my questions about the vaccines and what they were for. They also told me they vaccinate cats/kittens as well! The Pet Caravan comes back to their locations each month so they can preform all the series of shots for puppies and kittens, which is so helpful and convenient!!
