We initially worked with Fernando to come up with solutions to our dead grass (artificial turf, decomposed granite, pavers, etc.), but ultimately found it most cost effective to reseed. I am happy with our decision. Within 2 weeks, we had a presentable front yard. Within 3 weeks, it was ready to mow. I had scheduled some painters to do the exterior of our home and they told us that we'd need to have a clearance between all our bushes/ plants and the walls. I guess you can't rely on the 5 star ratings on here much. I hired Jesus Lawn Service to clean up my overgrown yard. They offered a reasonable quote. Was hard to find a service to do it in the 1st place as many were not responsive, or their service numbers not working. Jesus's lawn workers not only did a terrible job, they left many areas of the yard uncut and they left a complete mess. I didn't realize how bad the job was until I cleaned up and raked the mess myself after they left. I had to go to home depot and buy some yard tools to clean up the mess. I paid cash to and I almost tipped the workers, but they left too quickly. Glad I didnt tip them. They stained my fence with grass and left cut greenery all over the yard and sidewalks. They also got grass all over my neighbors cars, 3 of them, left the cars covered in grass. I had to spray and wiped them down myself to get a lot if the grass off the cars. I couldnt believe. Im embarrassed for them for the bad work!! Worse, I complained and was told they would come back this past Monday to make it up to me and assess if I wanted their monthly service. They offered a month free, 2 services. They were a no show, no follow up, nothing. I guess my assessment is a big NO THANKS. Its a shame businesses don't take pride on customer service anymore. They take your money and half-ass the work. Shame!! If anyone knows a quality lawn service, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. read more

They did a great job on our yard clean up. Didn't use their monthly service because scheduling a date was difficult and a time was not possible. Unfortunately we can't just leave our backyard gate open a whole day without knowing what time they will show up. Fernando came out and carefully assessed our needs and gave us a very reasonable estimate for a lawn cleanup (lawn had been neglected for a month as our old gardener moved out of state) and ongoing care. Love these guys. They were reasonably price, always arrived ontime and did a really nice job. They sprayed over two weeks to kill the old grass and weeds then installed sprinklers and sod. They also clear our parkway in prep for some desert and got me ready for a drip system for the planters. On top of that after the job they promised to come back and inspect the grass and adjust the sprinkler timer. Not many companies would do that. I will post pictures soon. read more

Jesus called to schedule an appointment to provide an estimate for lawn care. Gave me a two hour window never showed up. When I called him 20 mins later said he got tied up another job. He didn't bother to call and let me know. Very unprofessional and certainly not dependable. Then text to say he would call the next morning to schedule another appointment. I never heard from him. We used Jesus Lawn Maintenance to overhaul an overgrown and uneven dirt backyard. They came in, flattened everything out, installed sprinklers, and laid sod. Not only were they extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and generally helpful with things outside of the scope of work (they saw my wife struggling to move a large box and assisted), they were very affordable. Fernando came out several times after the work was completed to ensure everything was working correctly with the sprinkler system, and that the sod was rooting correctly. I called on Thursday, 2/6/2019, and spoke to Fernando. On Friday morning, 2/7, Carlos and Jesus were at our house. The lawn had not been mowed in several weeks due to our recent move into the house, and it was looking really bad. The work they did was amazing! They were extremely fast and efficient, but careful. In the front, they edged the sidewalks and driveway and removed the leaves in addition to mowing. In our large backyard, they mowed, picked up the leaves and edged as well. I had originally thought this would be a one-time only service, however I have asked Fernando to set us up for a regular bi-weekly schedule. They do excellent work! Excellent quality of work. It really does make a difference having a quality crew take care of the lawn.
