Well, I tried to give this business a second chance before leaving a review but am sad to report they have lived up to my prior experience, this time in even WORSE FASHION. VISIT ONE: I took in an older vehicle to have a custom tint done (they did not have the car in their system so told me it would have to be done by hand and cost more due to time). I was having 5 windows done and left my car there early in the morning. I came back at the end of the day and they still weren't finished even though they had their "best guy" on it. I ended up having to take it back a second time to get the job finished it there were still issues with the back window. Upon further examination I also noticed the installer had likely applied heat to the tint on my rear quarter windows and completely delaminated the interior as well as leave a burn mark in another interior piece. After letting it cure I went back and had to have all of my tint removed and replaced due to issues with every window (especially the rear). At that time Ariel seemed to just want me out the door and to "sign off" on the job...acting like he was doing me a favor even though I had to spend close to $500 to replace my damaged interior pieces (not to mention my time to install). I still have one piece with a small burn mark that I am unable to find a replacement for and the back window is far from satisfactory given the time/hassle/cost. "VISIT" TWO: I use quotes because it never materialized. I called on Friday after hours and got their customer service line (NOTE, this is a nationwide business so you can NEVER get directly in touch with the shop you want to speak with, etc.) I spoke to a gentleman at their outsourced call center who was VERY nice and told me I could make an appointment at this location on Saturday at 8:15 AM. The next morning I looked at my phone to double check their hours and it said they open at 9 AM. I live nearby so gave it a shot anyway. After waiting for about 15 minutes it was clear they were likely going to open at 9 AM as their hours denote. I came back shortly after 9 AM and sat in the parking lot with another gentleman until about 9:45 AM then decided they don't deserve my business at this point. No matter how great their "advertised" prices may seem my time is worth much more and I'd rather give my hard earned money to a business deserving of it. I noticed bubbles and it has lines all over the window that did not dry off as I was told. For the bubbles the technician blamed the window itself. From another expert later on I was told that the bubbles are in fact due to the window. It is dirt near the bottom where the brushes are. It should have been removed prior to installing the film. Summary: This shop lured me in with a lowball quote of $319 for ceramic tint, only to double the price once I arrived, claiming the original quote was for an inferior tint film. Despite paying $707 for quality tint, I received sloppy work that left debris, water streaks, and even dirt on the "warranty" brochure. Far worse, they actually chipped the paint on my brand-new car, which two body shops confirmed was fresh damage and likely caused during the tinting process. When confronted, the owner, Ariel, denied responsibility, refused to show install footage, and left me with paint repair quotes of up to $5,000. Avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS. Full Story: I was initially quoted $319 for a "Black Friday special," which included ceramic tint for the side and rear windows ($119 for their supposed "in-house brand" of ceramic tint) plus $200 for the windshield. Avoid this place at all costs! 1 star is honestly still too much. I dropped off my brand new car last Saturday and when I returned there was damage to the front part of my car. There were scrapes and green paint residue (that matches the green paint on several posts on their property) and no one has done anything to help me. The manager Allen was very defensive and rude. Every time I call they say a manager will call back and that never happens. I wanted to peacefully resolve this but it looks like my lawyer and insurance will have to get involved. I don't mind if it was an accident, it happens but the fact that NO ONE will speak with me and try to figure out what happened is the problem.
