    Hawaiian!

Stopped by World Cup Sunday and received always great friendly service from Sergio and the staff here. Had the Hawaiian pizza and it was excellent!

Had a basketball tourney nearby and decided to stop in between games. One guy working, who was very nice and showed excellent Customer service. Ordered a pepperoni and Thai pizza. Both were outstanding. The crust was perfect as were the toppings. Took maybe 10 mins to get that delicious food. I'll come back as it was a hit on the taste buds.

Great pizza! Friendly staff. This isn't really a dine in place, but great to go or delivery pizza. Their pizzas are a little expensive, but it is worth it when you're craving a good pizza.

Nice try. Just because you heard it, doesn't mean it was professional. Telling someone, that ordered on the phone in their car that the description is "on the website" is both meaningless, and unnecessarily argumentative with a paying customer. It was your fault. What you are serving...is objectively not carbonara. If you name something incorrectly, and a customer relies on that, it is your fault. All she had to do was say, "it's actually a garlic sauce with onion pasta--not carbonara", and a customer can make an informed decision. No worries boss, I won't be coming there anymore repeatedly every month--keep my money. You have many competitors that don't have your attitude that I'd rather give my discretionary income to.

Local pizza place. Ordered half and half pizza - the Mediterranean and the North west Garlic pizza. For the sides we had garlic bread and marinara sauce. Pizza was too salty. I did not enjoy it. Host was welcoming and offered us with water bottles.

This review would be five stars if not for the disorganization at the kitchen itself. We ordered for pickup and arrived after the time the order was predicted to be ready. When we walked in, the entire staff behind the counter stared at us like deer in headlights (several of them continued to do so the whole time we were there); and turns out no one had made our wings. So they had to make the wings while we waited - which is fine but was a bit disconcerting. Let's just say I was highly skeptical at that point whether our pizzas would be made to order. Turns out, though, that the pizzas were correct and very delicious. For about $30 a pizza, you really would hope they would hit the mark and be worth it. It was a bit of an odd experience at their Newcastle store but all turned out fine in the end. FYI they do have a couple of tables inside the store, but it's mostly set up for delivery and takeout. It's a pretty bare bones space. Note: We want to add that we are SO GRATEFUL to any place that includes nondairy options for their pizza. This is still very rare and even rarer is a place that can cook the nondairy cheese properly. Jet city nailed that. Thank you.

I paid like ~70 bucks to get crimed on. Hate to see it.

I agree with the person before me that said "I'll give it 2 stars because it's pizza" but that's the absolute bare minimum. Listen, I love pizza. On a horrible day I'll even eat Pizza Hut pizza without a complaint. This was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. I got an XL Hawaiian - jalapeños on one side. * Either there are no jalapeños on this pizza or they're hiding (hopefully not on my partners side of the pizza) * The dough was....doughy? It tasted like lunchables with butter and tossed with cornmeal. * The sauce... tastes like its from a can * floppy pizza * missing garlic sauce (that I believe I paid extra for) But, hey....I guess it's still...gourmet pizza(?) Jokes aside, you all are very fortunate it's not against the law to serve bad pizza...but if it WAS...I'd call the cops, ATF, FBI, and DHS. You'd be reading this review from JAIL. :(

Jumbo Jet pizza and bread sticks

We discovered this pizza place around 2 years ago when we first moved into the Eastgate area. We were so thankful to have a great pizza place nearby. The pizzas toppings are generous, tasty and the crust is divine. Jet city pizza was consistent with their pizzas for about a year. Then they had a bad spell for about 6 months where their pizzas would only be half topped with cheese (even after asking for more cheese), a huge reduction in toppings and lower standards etc. We stopped going during that time because the pizza wasn't good enough for the price point. Recently, the pizzas have been amazing again! Abundance of toppings, heavy on cheese and friendly customer service. I do have to note that they had advertised 10% off on their Facebook page but when asked, they said it wasn't active (despite facebook clearly saying it was redeemable). So I knocked off a point for that. Jet City Pizza have a reward system via phone number. I received free bread sticks on my last order which was a fun, tasty treat! Overall, we enjoy Jet City Pizza and recommend them over other restaurants serving pizza in the area.

Soooooo many olives! Not bad, I enjoyed it, but expect it to be salty. If you love olives and herbs, this is for you,

This place is much better than the reviews say. Yes, the website sucks, yet as annoying it is, calling in the order only takes a few minutes. Also, the margherita does NOT come with red sauce. It's on the menu listed that way. This isn't a negative statement, just a clarification. However, I docked a star because it's difficult to find the menu if you don't go to their website which is a bit unfortunate because I didn't know their sizes or really what I was ordering. I ordered a variety of items and was super excited to try this place out. -Hot wings, blue cheese This was probably the worst item. They are home in wings with the tips, which is fine, but the size of the wings and how little sauce was on them was very unpleasant. Also, because they were baked on aluminum foil, they were both chewy and ripped the foil off with them. Not something I would order here again. -Beer batter cheese bread sticks, marinara I really enjoyed these, the garlic butter is really good! Simple but delicious -Spicy Thai pizza I was really worried about this pizza, but it ended up being my favorite thing we bought! I absolutely loved the peanut sauce with the mushrooms and red onions. It was just absolutely delicious. They do NOT skimp on ingredients. The garlic and onions worked so well together and warmed up the peanut sauce. Then to finish off, the scattered basil really being a nice freshness. So different, and worth it. -Mediterranean pizza That's a lot of olives. Olives with olives and more olives. It's a salty pizza, but honestly... it's not bad! The herbed spread on the bottom was soooooo good, but I did start picking off olives to get to the spread. In total, the order took about 45 minutes to arrive, and the driver was very kind despite waiting in the rain. Overall, this will definitely be a place we will check out more! Happy Eating!

This is literally to sustain life. Nothing tasty about this.

Right in the heart of Newcastle, it felt like a true neighborhood gem. The owner, Jen, is an absolute dream, and her staff reflected that same warmth and care. Every visit felt welcoming, thoughtful, and special. This place will be greatly missed, and I'm so grateful for the many wonderful meals I had here over the years. The burrata was always outstanding, no matter the season or preparation -- somehow familiar yet always fresh and creative. From comforting pot pies and rich lasagnas to classic meat-and-potato dishes and beautifully executed cuisine, everything that came out of the kitchen was mouthwatering and made with intention. While it's hard to say goodbye, I'm thankful that Jen still has Brimmer & Heeltap in Seattle, where her talent and vision continue to shine. A truly special place, run by truly special people.

We had a 15 minute wait for our table so we sauntered over to the bar and got a drink. As always, the table was ready much sooner, which is greatly appreciated. We brought our drinks over the table and maybe 5 minutes (that's a long time after being seated) later our server popped their head in and said, Do you know what you want to eat? Straight to the point. No, How Are You Doing, No nothing. Just have you made up for your mind. lol I could tell she was miffed because we brought drinks over from the bar. There goes the larger bill, therefore a larger gratuity. I know from experience, that was always a pet peeve. You also never know the type of evening someone is having. I always try to extend a little grace in the long run. I'm sure a lot have enjoyed their Chicken Parmigiana. I'm not one of them, mainly for all of the beets and carrots. Yes, beets and carrots took out more than half of the plate. I counted four bowtie pasta. Not to mention the beets were hidden under all of the carrots. And that's fine, but let people know that you're getting beets and carrots with Chicken Parm entree. I think either the server or the menu said something about broccoli. I had two florettes. Dessert (cheesecake with blueberry sauce ) was amazing, but the serving size was sad. Call me Tom, short for Petty, but there was more Readi Whip than cheesecake. And the size. Oh, the size, it was so small. Speaking of small, I think they get 12 chicken Parmesan from one chicken breast. Extremely thin. I know darn well all of these rising costs are hitting everybody/business in their pocketbooks, but, just don't serve some things. With all this said, I will be back. Like I said initially, I know they make good food. Looking forward to trying a grinder, just won't get the chicken Parmesan with root vegetables. PS. I dinedthere a few nights ago and then I got this alert.
