I went here to buy a present for a friend and was surprised when I entered. It is one of the fanciest dispensaries I have ever been to. I immediately was greeted and when I told them I was new they offered to show me around. We entered the main room where the first thought that popped in my head was that this was an old jewelry store that was converted into a dispensary. The layout is identical to jewelry stores with a large center island and several other counters along the perimeter all with glass cases. Unlike some dispensaries I have seen that is stuffed full of product the Jet Room ensured that everything was spaced out and had magnifying glasses with LED lights to show the different colorations of the buds. I found everyone to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The process is a bit different than I am used to with going to one person who helped me select what I was going to buy, another person who created the invoice, and then to another counter and another person to check out. I found that interesting since in Washington one person does all of those tasks. I am not sure if that is unique to this location or unique to California. After purchase they showed me their event room full of comfortable looking couches. At the moment there are no events due to COVID restrictions but it would be something to look into if you live in the area. That is certainly something not offered in WA! read more

And when I went to ask them a question they made it obvious it was an inconvenience. They advertise that they accept debit and credit but I have been there twice over a period of 4 months and Both times I was directed to the atm. The jet room is super nice inside and out ,the look of the place, gated lot , and security guard at the door put me at ease. Once inside and registered I was led to show room and I felt overwhelmed since I've never done anything like this before , but the staff was friendly and the helped me decide what thc product would be best for me. I don't smoke so the clerk a really nice short Hispanic girl led me to the edibles and talked me through what I needed, doses,and types of edible products would be best for me. All in all my fist time to a dispensary was great and super easy and I will be returning here in the near future to re-up on any edible I rub out off . If your a first timer and are looking to dabble in the herb for pain management, recreation, or just curiosity I highly recommend this place they will take care of you 5 stars highly recommend. read more
