I have held off writing this review for quite some time because of how angry I was after my experience here. Time to let it rip! The manager/owner of this place is aggressive and rude, which his staff agreed with me about after he launched into an unprovoked verbal assault on me after renting jet skis. He is a known issue apparently, as you will see if you scroll through the other reviews. In summer of 2019 we visited Atlantic City for some gambling and fun in the sun. We decided to try jet skis at this place. Unfortunately the rules of New Jersey or whatever authority only allow you to take your rented jet ski out into the bay under instructor supervision and ride in a circle. Not amazing, but not their fault either. Whatever. When we got back to the dock I misheard instructions from a guy that takes the jet ski from you, and turned the wrong way (jet skis are loud, and he was far away). He started screaming at me to follow instructions and accosted me for this. All I had to do to correct the situation was turn back the other direction, which I did. He continued to berate me after getting off the ski and as I walked up the dock. I actually thought we were going to come to blows. It was unbelievable. He was way overboard. After we got away from him we reported him to the staff, but they told us that he was the owner, and one of them said he was a "jerk." So if you don't want to give your money to a guy like that, don't rent your jet skis from here. read more

we have been renting here for years. today the BEST time ever. We were out there riding during the AC air show and the planes flew right over use...wow. great new skis and awesome and helpful staff this was an easy get done and get happy experience called from dunkin donuts and were told "HURRY OVER and we'll fit you in.. 10 minutes of paperwork and watching a safety video and we were off.. i'm not going to lie but i fell in for a swim and the staff got me back on and back riding a nice way to spend an hour and make a life long memory mike read more

Great for first timers. If your not a first timer you will be disappointed. You spend most of your time following the instructor to a area where your only allowed to ride around a circle. Other than that staff was great. read more

Affordably priced. Office attendants were very friendly. Tour conductors were visible but not very interactive. Instructions were clear but a bit vague and general for a 1st timer. We enjoyed our time out on the water. Beginners should have been last in the taxi out. They slowed down the flow in the beginning. read more

Be mindful that hour is slotted but you spend maybe 20 minutes actually using the jet ski. We had to idle (6 kph) for about 10-15 minutes each way to get to the spot to ride. The helpers were very kind and helpful, but the owner was very rude and disrespectful. We were back on the dock 10 minutes earlier than we were supposed to be which was frustrating- Probably would be a good idea to stagger times (not have groups going back to back) to ensure people get a full hour. This place had terrible service. My friends and I went and the attendants at the front desk were very rude. Not only that, but once you get into a kayak you can't really do much. You just kayak around aimlessly for one hour for an unreasonably high price of $50. When our hour was up, we boated back to where we got the kayaks and no one was out there to assist us in getting out. We sat in our kayaks for 5-10 minutes before deciding to get out ourselves. We then proceeded to put our life jackets away and when we walked around the corner there was a worker who was supposed to help us out. He told us he was watching us the whole time from the cameras and that he usually has to help people out but we seemed to have it under control so he let us do it ourselves. Great place to rent a Jet Ski. My wife and daughter and I visited there yesterday. The owner and the staff were friendly, and polite, and informative. Speaking of informative, if your unfamiliar with this place, pay particular attention to the rules. Ive read some of the other reviews, and clearly, some of the people complaining werent paying attention. Particularly the guy who went around the circle backwards. Dude, thats like driving on the wrong side of the road. Dont be surprised if someone yells at you for being a moron. If I were in your group, I would have yelled at you too! All in all, we had a great time, and I would highly reccomend this place if youre looking to have some fun at a fair price. read more

This place was great to get some jet skiing in while we vacationing in Brigantine. Getting an appointment two days out was relatively easy and the prices were reasonable - $75 for a half hour and $90 for a full hour plus $10 extra for each additional rider. The staff was super friendly and knowledgable, and while they show some generic video from YouTube on the safety of operating personal watercrafts, the owner of the establishment gave a full, comprehensive review of using the equipment, the route and safety precautions. The skis were really nice and in great shape. The owner even gave us a larger, more stable ski, as he put it, since we were two adults on the watercraft with a 6-year old in between us. The route was nice, a bit buggy on the way in and out in the no wake zone, but no so while you're out there riding. The course was a simple circle but lots of fun, overlooking the windmills, Atlantic City and the bridge into Brigantine. Switching riders was easy and there were two instructors with us out on the course to assist you if needed. I appreciated the time and effort the staff and owner took to ensure everyone's fun and safety while jet skiing. Will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun jet skiing experience in Brig. read more

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If I had a choice I would give no star!!! The owner was very rude and no manner! We went for one hour but they tricked us and it took 20 min to get there and they said that they count it and it was the same while coming back. Go here if you want to get treated like a toddler. We bought an hours worth of jet skiing but we were unaware we'd spend more than half of that idling. They take you (very slowly) to the place where you jet ski. They call it a "race track" but it's four inflatable balls you go around in circles. Maybe come here if you have a little kid but even then they'll probably get eaten up by the incessant flies. Don't worry though! You can buy the bug spray for $10! All the staff was nice so I feel bad leaving a poor review but the experience was not worth the price. The owner was kind of a douche also. HAD AN AMAZING TIME! Customer service was very satisfying, my boyfriend and I arrived at about the exact time we were set to ride and the staff was very understanding and pleasant about it. We rented 2 skis for an hour-myself, my husband, my two sons (7, 10). We had a great time! The staff very friendly and guides keep an eye on you, but let you ride. They bring you about a Mile away from the facility to a designated area were you are free to ride. The hour was plenty long in my opinion. $99 per driver and $10 per passenger. Approximately 7 skis out at a time....that I saw. The parking can get tight, but the owners helpful and accommodating. Will be back! read more

Good place for learning how to jet ski and the people that are leaving bad reviews for this place are the crazies that can't follow directions and just want to do their own thing. You're renting a jet ski and you're riding around others and boats. Be smart and listen to what the instructors tell you to do. Instructors really put an emphasis on safety which puts you at ease to learn at your own pace. It would've been nice if they gave some heads up for first timers, like the flies or that you may want to wear goggles. Educational video and beginning instruction probably lasts 20 minutes. You ride for a good mount of time. The staff is patient. All they ask is that you respect their rules. read more

Worst customer service ever. No parking in their parking lot for our kayak rental (fine, understandable) but then could not assist in any way whatsoever with where we should park. Acted like we were total jerks for even asking. One guy literally responded with, "How would I know? I'm not the police" when I asked if it was ok to park on the street and the woman (most miserable person ever) kept chiming in about no parking in the parking lot...again and again. If you are concerned about getting Covid, I would recommend foregoing this place. The office is super small and there were about 15-20 people jam packed inside. Some people were not wearing masks. I'm not completely sure they are sanitizing equipment like they should either, as we watched an employee handling the life jackets. We were quite skeeved out and ended up leaving. read more

This place should have told you the one hour ride education video and the slow ride in and out so if looking for longer ride you may want to find another place Also, COVID-19 concerns the life vests smelled like body odor(so no sure how clean) and the girls at the check in desk which was very small space did not wear mask, thankfully the patrons did. Too bad I can't rate this place 0 stars. My cousins and I were so excited to go paddle boarding at this place, but that excitement was short lived. First, the prices at Jet Ski are ridiculous and the experience is not worth the large price we paid. Second, when we were coming back from our paddle board experience, I assume it was the owner, pulled up on his wave runner and be aware, what you are about to read is disturbing. I was sitting on my paddle board, sweating from the thick heat so I decided to take my life vest off for 5 seconds to cool down. Right then, the owner flew up on his jet ski and started to literally scream in my face, "Put your FUCKING life vest on now!!!!" I was shocked. I am a 19 year old girl who should not have been cursed off by an older man. He continued to yell and scream in my face and stalked my cousins and I all the way back to the dock. Total creep. I understand safety is their main priority, but the way this monster went about enforcing his rules was unacceptable. In all, make sure you always wear your life vest here, but better yet, do not even go to this shit show. I know I won't be back. read more

We went on the jet ski twice and the first time it rained real bad on us and the second time I feel real bad to the point that I couldn't breathe and my chest and neck hurt real bad , I have a concussion and my head is spinning , Cody was a big help and I would tip him if I was able to stand with out feeling dizzy but my boyfriend took me to the hospital, Cody took his time to help me get back on to a ski which I really appreciated because I was not able to get back on if it wasn't for him and my boyfriend , but when we were heading back the girl with the blonde bun on her head was really rude. She yelled at me because I was not in a straight light but I was trying to take a minute to see if I was ok to ride which I wasn't. Every bump I hit was hurting me and fractured my ribs and sprained my neck. She did not care to see if I was ok she told me to stay caught up to her or let everyone else pass and get in back and I was really dizzy. And before that I was ready to come back again at least a few times a year but now I know that's the last place I'll go ever again. read more

We had the chance to visit yesterday, as tourists is an experience that you want to remember with pictures, we kindly asked the two guides ( a tall skinny kid with long and a girl named Bella) at the beginning they were throwing the responsibility at each other, finally the girl agreed to record a video, but of only one of us, we are tourists from out of US, we were so discouraged because of this, furthermore, they were bossy and all the time they were just asking us to respect the bloody rules, as if we were a group of teens who were out on a field trip. Too bad, they should get customer service skills, and if they are so tired of their job, find another one, because their attitude sucked. My sister had visited before and mentioned that the previous guy was so nice and kind, have no clue why the manager keeps hiring young people like them who do not how to relate with customers, their salary comes from our rentals anyway. read more

My two kids and I rented jet ski's and had the worst time !! The owner is a husband and wife , the wife is nice but the husband screams like a mad man in front of your kids. The staff is very unprofessional... it took and 1 hr to get to the jet ski area and then we were on the water for 15 min. RIP OFF !!!! Stay away!!! read more

The woman in the sales office was as nice as could be and that's the only positive thing I can say. The two men "instructors" were extremely rude and treated us like children. And the horse fly spray they have would have been helpful had they told us before we went out. We got eaten alive. Waste of money and we would never go back. read more

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. We made a reservation for three jet skis for an hour at about 10:30am for 1pm that day. Called the place about 10 times before a young girl picked up the phone. Put down a deposit and made the reservation and thought we were set. Drove down to the place around 12:30 and got there to two ladies, one younger and one older. The one I assume to be a manager of some sort was nasty and told us we didn't have a reservation for 1pm because she didn't have our name down and rushed us out. We went back in and told them we called their number specifically because we called it so many times. She again gave us a nasty response and attitude as she repeated that she didn't have our information down. My boyfriend recognized the younger girls voice who we assumed took down the reservation and insisted that they look in their log book for a future date incase they made a mistake. She looked through and realized our information was in the book for Sunday. She looked at the younger girl realizing she was the one who made the mistake and hastily apologized to us without offering a discount or some compensation for the inconvenience and extremely rude demeanor. Disappointing as this was the last day of our vacation and they ruined it for us. read more
