There's plenty of seating. The staff updated us at the last minute of the flight delays. We were delayed at least 3xs. Had we known in enough time, we could've arrived later. Our original flight was scheduled to land in Nashville at 2:57p. We didn't arrive until almost 9p. We boarded the plane after 4p, i was seated by 4:22, and was stuck for some time. They had to call IT which arrived at 4:37p. We finally took off at 7:28p. Being stuck on a plane for 3hrs is insane. I wasn't able to make it to my destination in time for my sisters birthday dinner due to the delay. At one point, the captain made an announcement saying we might be ready to go at 9p after we had already been sitting for several hours. A 2.5hr flight shouldn't have taken this long. read more

I often fly JetBlue between San Francisco and New York. JetBlue is more comfortable for me than most other airlines. And that's even in coach. Their flight attendant also seem friendlier than some of the older US based air carriers. The hub at JFK in terminal five as well organized and efficient. read more

Jetblue is my favorite airline to fly Northeast from Las Vegas. JFK, NYC offers several non-stop routes to Las Vegas every single day. You'll find a lot of morning flights and evening flights flying back to Las Vegas. Jetblue is in Terminal 5 at JFK. Going through Security is a breeze at Terminal 5. There are limited food options though. There is a small food court and not many sit down restaurants. Jetblue usually arrives on-time or early into Vegas. My last flight that boarded at 5:50, with an estimated departure time of 6:30, was delayed by an hour with everyone on the plane due to a incident. The Jetblue team was phenomenal though! Even though we left late, the pilot was able to make up a lot of time, and we still arrived early into Las Vegas! On the plane, each seat has a TV that offers free movies, music and DirectTV. You are also provided complimentary drink and snacks throughout the flight. I usually get a Starry soda for a drink, and the pop chips for a snack! The seats are comfortable and there is a lot of leg room! If only JetBlue had non-stop flights to Orlando Florida from Las Vegas! read more

Very disappointed in JetBlue's customer service. My flight was canceled with little assistance offered -- I was rebooked two days later, which was completely unacceptable. I had to purchase a same-day ticket with Delta to get home and received no compensation from JetBlue. To make things worse, I only got a $48 refund on a $197 ticket. I ended up spending over $400 just to get home. While JetBlue blamed the cancellation on weather, other airlines -- including Delta -- were flying out at the same time. It feels like "weather" is used as a blanket excuse to avoid refunds or accountability. Even budget airlines like Frontier offer a credit or some gesture of empathy. JetBlue offered nothing. This experience has made me seriously reconsider flying with them again. read more

I flew with JetBlue years ago returning from LA so it felt logical to go with them again since that experience was good. This experience lived up to that one as well. Since we were on a longer flight, we did have access to online content as well as movies and TV shows. I also got myself a sandwich you could buy in flight and was watching "Practical Magic" and "Sister Act". Despite being in the middle (as folk who look like me often get relegated to even if we don't pay for seating), I was fine on both my flights and didn't feel overcrowded or exceedingly uncomfortable. The WiFi worked and my display worked this time so no complaints from me. The flight attendants were attentive and helpful along with personable so overall, both my flights were pleasant. We even got back to NYC early. read more

Ok as far as the customer service and the airport terminals go. I am pleased with how JetBlue is operating. Their app is very easy to use. I received very good Customer service, and again their boarding terminals are really good. There's plenty of seating, restaurants, and power outlets. The biggest problem I have with JetBlue is their pricing and baggage handling. There are so many extra fees for carry ons, and baggage claims. Don't even get me started on the fees to have more leg room on the plane. You literally can end up with an extra $200 on top of your current bill. Any other airline your paying for first class service. read more

Honestly, I would give the JetBlue flight from JFK to LAX on July 1, 2025 @ 10:10 AM an okay rating. The experience at JFK was pleasant in Terminal 5, with a nice breakfast. It was a little busy, meaning security lines were a little long with a wait time of 25 minutes without TSA or Clear. We had TSA so the wait time was shorter and security was not too bad. The gates were flooded with people, but the bathrooms were kind of spacious and featured a rating system. Certain places at this terminal were closed due to construction. When we boarded the flight, we waited for a little longer than normal on both the ramp to the airplane and the runway. When they said we would be waiting on the tarmac for 20 - 25 minutes more before takeoff, they overestimated by more than double the actual amount. We had to wait so other planes could take off. This plane had the plethora of entertainment options found on other planes that I was hoping to see like SiriusXM and DirecTV Live TV. I was looking forward to listening to SiriusXM, but couldn't because it couldn't hear it from the headphones that I confirmed were plugged in. Then they reset the screens because of some issue, interrupting shows and movies people were watching. After the reboot, the SiriusXM radio was stuck on Air Traffic Control, then the channels came back and I couldn't hear anything yet again. One of the flight attendants tried to claim that the radio was disabled. Also, DirecTV said it went out of the coverage area like twice. Wifi also was medicore and it didn't even work for my parents on the same flight. At least the seats were pretty comfortable in Even More Space, which is tier below JetBlue Mint The inflight map was nice, especially on a cross country flight like this. There were also free snacks and drinks, but you have to pay for the snack boxes. Upon landing, we got to the gate in a decently short time and it ended up being a pretty pleasant flight. I conclude that I expected slightly better because we weren't able to access certain entertainment options unlike on other flights. read more

jetBlue is what it is. It has been years since flying with them and I would do it more if they had more flights out of EWR. Compared to United and American, their app experience seems far more technically solid. If you are on iOS it is amazing to see your Wallet update, and even tell you what has changed, something I have never seen before flying with the other carriers. On board the free Wi-Fi is great. Yes, paying $8 on United is no big deal, yet free somehow makes a big difference. The seats all in one class experience works for shorter flights, and I even don't mind paying for the seat you want add-on. It is, however, confusing with some of the other add-ons they offer, what boarding group you end up in, etc. I am sure I could figure it out flying more with them, but for zero knowledge they don't make it easy. I wish I could give them three and a half stars because four seems generous for nearly any airline at present. On a recent flight from JFK the inbound plane actually arrived early. Great, I thought! Mine is definitely going to be on time... well, then a 90-minute delay is announced and looking at the inbound flight they changed it to a different plane coming in from a different airport. Why? I'll never know. Oterhwise, the seats are somewhat generous, and the turn around is quick. Meaning they are good at getting people off and on a plane to keep it in the air as much as possible. read more

JetBlue is, in my opinion, the best airline. Even if you don't buy additional legroom, you still have extra legroom. They have TVs, the biggest seats, the most space. Not to mention the best part of it all, they have the most superb customer service. Every JetBlue employee I've ever encountered has been super kind and always helpful. I've never had any issues flying JetBlue. They also have a lot of perks for military members. Which is admired, paying it forward to those who have served our country. read more

For sure, the number one airline in America, unfortunately the starting to become like the rest of the other companies in cheap out on cleaning and there's always wrappers left in the pocket of the plane and thank God for my wife that I recommends to clean all the plastic around your seat, especially for the kids. I would highly recommend doing that as well. Either way it's probably the best airline that did not crash in the last 24 months so I recommend using that. read more

When it comes to air travel, you cannot go wrong with JetBlue! This time around, I was getting done with winter break, and headed back outside of California for clinical rotations. I had to go across the country, and I was able to find a flight that coincided perfectly with my schedule. When I booked the flight, I noticed that I had a very short layover at JFK. Fortunately, my first flight arrived here almost an hour early, which is phenomenal! Not only did I have time to relax for a bit, I was also able to get some good food at the diner just across from my gate. My second flight was just as smooth as the first, and we arrived 45 minutes earlier than expected. Unlike other airlines, JetBlue actually offers some decent food and snacks aboard the airplane. This, coupled with the outstanding customer service from the stewardesses, made my flight very comfortable. All in all, my most recent trek aboard JetBlue was great. They definitely live up to their good name, and other airlines can learn a thing or two from JetBlue. read more

My flight was smooth and we all arrived safely. That's the most important thing about flying. However, I'm seriously disappointed in a lack of communication or expediency regarding baggage claim, and the lack of good sineage to help travelers deal with what can only be characterized as "arduous". Yo--my flight was an hour late, they told us on the plane to look for new pickup spots for cabs/Ubers, but it took half an hour to see any luggage and you have to walk a distance akin to walking from a subway stop to the next subway stop--and then look for the ride share level! This is badly designed and is a burden on travelers. Add to that their bad management of our luggage. I absolutely recommend avoiding this terminal and airline at JFK. I don't plan to fly anytime soon, but I will gladly pay more to avoid this ever happening again. If you MUST use this terminal and airline, please add a couple hours to your trip and expect some level of chaos. Sorry JetBlue, you've lost big time on this one! read more

I will not be traveling Jet Blue again as i feel very disrespectful by the uncleanliness of the aircraft. JetBlue was honestly pretty bad. I had a flight from JFK-SMF with a large group of 60 people. We got into the check in area and the JetBlue workers had us wait before going to security to take a picture with the workers--since we had such a large group. This caused us to be late into the security line. This was super slow and inefficient. As we finally got out of the line, our plane was on its final boarding call. Due to the workers forcing us to take a picture with them, caused us not to get dinner before our flight... Once we finally boarded, the plane's air condition was not working. The pilot went on and apologized for this, but it took 75 minutes for the air condition to get fixed. This was super frustrating how they had us sit on the plane for 75 minutes versus delaying our flight. I could've gotten something to eat if they did delay our flight!!! The flight attendants decided to open the doors to allow for more airflow in the scorching hot airplane. Finally after the air condition was fixed, the door that the flight attendant opened was jammed, causing us to wait an additional 15 minutes. We finally left JFK 90 minutes after our scheduled departure time. The plane itself wasn't horrible. I like how JetBlue made the commitment to offer seat back entertainment on all of their aircraft's; however, you could tell the plane was pretty outdated. The remote was on the arm rest and was super sensitive. If any passenger touched the remote just a bit, it could completely disrupt the current movie or entertainment you are currently watching or listening too. The TVs are also pretty blurry. I think JetBlue has great potential--which is why they have two stars. They just need to get there act together. It is extremely annoying to sit in a hot plane for 90 minutes... read more

I used the Mosaic express baggage check in and it couldn't have been easier. Then went through express ( Mosaic) security and it was a breeze. Other than the COMPLETE RIP-OFF CONCESSIONS, and the douch bag passengers rushing the boarding process before their group is due and the same type of douches putting their carry on bags in the overhead bins where they are not seated it's still my favorite way to fly. Get a JetBlue credit card and accumulate point for great fares and expedited privileges. read more

Very poor experience. We did a multi city from LA to Miami to JFK, Miami flight was delayed and JFK to LA delayed multiple times due to "paperwork"... Over an hour on the tarmac waiting then, Taxied for over 30mins before taking off... Not real happy. read more

This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered when flying. The flight was delayed, but that wasn't the problem. Flights are delayed all the time. I got one notification of the delay. That was it. If it wasn't for my brother using his flight tracker app, we would have never known about the extra delays or the gate change. When the boarding process started, they called group A. We were group B. So, we waited. People kept boarding ahead of us, however, no other group was called. We waited some more. The board continued to show group A. We finally got in line since everyone else was boarding. When we got to the front, I asked if they had called any group other than A. Her response was "no other group has been called ". By now practically the whole plane was boarded. When we got to our seats, there was a napkin on the floor. Clearly, the cleaning process was unsatisfactory. The controls on the arm of the seat were not only broken, but grossly dirty. The flight attendant was talking so fast he was hard to understand. It was like he didn't want to be there & let me just get this speech over with. When they passed out the snacks, they didn't ask the passengers what they wanted, like other airlines do. This flight attendant speeded down the aisle with the cart announcing, "snacks". You had to practically grab her arm for her to stop. Needless to say, I will never be flying Jet Blue again. read more
