First off, the pizza tastes great. But then it goes downhill. I ordered a pizza with black olives on one half, mushrooms on the other. I received a pizza with three pieces of mushroom altogether--I won't even call them mushroom slices. What a thrill; what a thrill. Times are tough, but you douse half the pizza with black olives and then do this? I'm sure glad I used a coupon. The place was clean. The two people eating in were obviously having a good time with each other. Service was stupid. I'm standing there for 10 minutes at least, which I don't mind. Occasionally, a pimple-faced teenager pops his head out of the kitchen--I don't know what he's looking for, maybe a new tube of acne medication. Finally, Mr. Geezer-Manager pops out sans pimples with a pizza: "Firstname Lastname!" I'm standing right there, so I say "Here." "Firstname Lastname!" I yell, "I'm standing right here!" There are no other female customers waiting to pick up a pizza, Dudemeister, what are you, cross-eyed or something? So. The pizza is actually very good, but before you leave, open the box and check to see the contents. If it doesn't conform to your expectations, send it back and have them make a new pizza. I called at 9:45 to place an order, I was told they were already closed when online it says they close at 10pm. I asked the man on the phone how it was possible they were "closed" before closing time. He said because it's 9:45, I don't understand how that's possible. read more

Whoever is working there are a bunch of idiots. Did an online order. Called to check and they said it's not showing up. Then I tried ordering over the phone. Gave them my credit card number 4 times and they couldn't get it right. Had to cancel order completely because I'm not sitting on the phone for 2 hours trying to spell out my credit card number in crayon for these morons read more

When you call to order pizza it says it will be 20 minutes by the automated system. I came to jets 25 minutes later. My pizza still wasn't done. It hadn't even went in the oven yet. I still had to wait another 25 minutes. If it's going to be 40 minutes say that. If it was doing to be that long I would have went somewhere else. read more

There are so many pizza places in Allendale and this one isn't my top choice. Service is good, pizza is average. Very pricey for what it is. Maybe I'm a little biased since I grew up in Chicago eating Chicago deep dish so I don't think Detroit style pizza is spectacular or anything. The pizza is also pretty pricy for what you get. The breadsticks lack in flavor in my opinion. I've tried both Jett's Bread and the Triple Cheese Turbo Stix and I've been unimpressed with both. You can eat in here and it always seems to be clean and well kept. Some beer on tap too which is neat for this kind of pizza chain. Overall not a horrible place to get pizza, but nothing special compared to some of the many other options here in Allendale. read more

It is to greasy I ordered it for super bowl Sunday but it was disappointing the cheese had slid completely of the pizza and the crust wasn't cooked all the way. Don't eat here if u want good food. It isn't made how u want it to and it makes me sick. read more

I ordered a pizza for pick up was told 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Arrived at about 20 minutes after the call paid for the pizza and was told it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. No problem things happen. I got home open the box and it wasn't what I ordered. I called back just to let them know that mistake had been made I didn't want anything extra. The response from what I assume was the manager was"oh" and silence. I guess I was bothering him with my call. Everybody else was very nice when I was there and it's still a pretty good pizza. I had assumed that the pizza was going to be like the ones I've had before, I was very very wrong. THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD FROM JETS. It was not cooked enough and there was no melted cheese to hold the toppings on. Also the pizza was stone cold which I can only assume means they said it to the side and forgot about it because they were 15 minutes late bringing it out. And to top it all off the manager just does not seem to care. Hopefully they will get a new manager in there is better motivated for customer service. They couldn't get one that is worse. read more

STELLAR customer service! I'm a jets regular & this location is seriously great. I typically go to jets on Baldwin, however we've been having a hard time getting through to them, even though we live a block away... The employee working here was super polite over the phone, took my order and had our food ready by the time we arrived. Keep in mind this was 15min before closing and delivery wasn't an option since we live closer to a different location. Either way I didn't care I'm just hungry at this point. This employee greeted me once I arrived, he was wearing a mask & just made my first experience here very delightful. This was on Thursday 9/10 at 9:45pm, and thank you to that employee for making it a great experience. I'll be visiting this location over the other one closer to my house just because of his customer service, ohhh & did I mention my food was made fantastically! Regardless if they are unable to delivery to me or not, I'm coming back!!! read more

And if you've been living under a rock, or you've been too shy to order pizza from the rocket man with the mustache then let me tell you. Jets is a classic Detroit style pizza. Slightly different than your Chicago and vastly estranged from your N.Y. (however you can get a thinner pan pizza if you want). Where you'll strike gold is getting their renown Large deep dish or 8 corner pizza. Jets delivers an always mouthwatering taste that may leave you with a little "itis". If you love pizza then Jets is never wrong. From their bbq chicken pizza to their classic pepperoni Jets will fulfill those desires for under $15. Buyer beware! This place charged me more than the on-line menu price when I phoned my order in. When I called it to their attention, they refused to honor the on-line price. I'm not sure it's even legal to advertise one price and charge another. I won't go back. read more

They are terrible. Too high in price and if they forget something like your sauces they will not come back even after you have been charged for them and gave them a 4 dollar tip and add a 4 dollar delivery fee. Terrible and submitted a complaint to CS read more

They deliver or you can pick it up. It's quick and the price is right as well. It's no Chicago style, but it's the best around GV.
