I tried Jet's as it is next to the physical therapy my wife is getting. Opens at 10, but don't expect any pizza. Paid for 2 slices of pepperoni and 20 oz coke at 10:15 in person. Was told it will be ready in 10 minutes. Ready at 10:51 and now I have to leave and not have an early lunch. Chairs are still up on all the tables, except the one I took down. This is my husbands favorite pizza when we have the craving! Cheese or pepperoni are out go to. The BEST part it's their cheese bread, order it lite baked if you like it doughy and we add feta cheese! It's seriously the best! A great experience with the Brighton Jet's. We had a problem with a delivery pizza and Christian, the manager called and corrected it. The pizza was superb All Meaty. For carry-out pizza, my family has always liked Jet's. We're new to the area and had the kids over and ordered from this Jet's on Grand River last Saturday. Delivery was nice and friendly but the pizza! Inedible garbage. Only one kid out of four ate his and I threw mine away, along with all leftovers. I can't even describe how gross and phony it tasted. I understand costs are rising but charge more - don't serve cheap crap. The cheese was glossy and didn't even look real. Or maybe it looked that way because there was so little of it. I don't know. Awful. 2nd time in a row. $31 absolutely wasted. Large pepperoni was completely under-cooked. This is not a matter of taste. An Easy-Bake-Oven would have done a better job. Doughy, greasy, inedible and was thrown away. 2nd time this has happened - last time was two months ago. Amount of grease soaking through the bottom of pizza box tells me ingredients are trash especially since the pie wasn't completely cooked. Could not pick up a slice without it going completely limp - like a wet sock. Trying to be fair and honest but that's how it was sent out. Amazingly bad product. I wish I knew you could add pictures to a Yelp review or I would have taken some. Medium BLT pizza had so much lettuce piled up in a mound at first we thought it was a joke. Then we noticed the amount of limp, discolored (black/dark green) and mushy rotten lettuce pieces mixed in the pitchers mound of lettuce and that pie went into the trash as well. This can't be fluke. It must just be a poorly operated business or we've upset them in some manner. Hope you enjoyed your $31, because you'll never get another cent from us. Never again. I'll make it a point to share my views on Jet's Pizza in Brighton, MI with as many folks as I can. Must say the delivery guy was on time, pleasant and polite. Wow !. Can not understand. How this Jets location got 4 stars. It has been over ten years since we had a Jets pizza and today I remember why we quit Jets. Basically just all dough not much cheese and sauce and the pepperoni cut so thin it hardly has any taste. As was the Italian sausage. To top it off it was so over cooked that we threw most all of the second 4 square away. The killer here is Jets the most expensive of all the chains around here but their ingredients sure aren't. A long time ago in another life I worked at the Brighton Jet's. That was before they changed locations. We served the best pizza back then and it's nice to see that nothing's changed. We ordered delivery for our moving crew. Our driver was fast and polite and the food was spot on. The veggie is still fantastic and the pepperoni square is always legit. I love Jets pizza, and I just wanted to give a shout out to this location in particular. They make picture-perfect pizzas that are delicious, and the staff members are SO friendly! Every time I've gone in, it's someone different and each person has gone above and beyond with their customer service skills. 4 stars because it's a chain and the menu seems to always change...but this is a really good jets location. It always seems to be busy but the staff is still nice and seem like they like to work there. Ordered 3 pizzas the other day. Got the stack of 3 pizzas, only every single pizza was wrong. I was never shown my pizzas while I was there to pick them up they were rudely shoved to me by a man who obviously felt the customer was not as important as what he was doing at the time. I get you guys get busy sometimes but don't treat the customer shitty when we are giving you OUR money!!!! And hearing employees yell and curse VERY loudly as my children are standing right there in front hearing it, really upsets me the most. We received our pizza and bread and it was luke warm and there wasn't ANY bacon on the pizza.....I've noticed that this location is hit or miss and today was a miss. I just spoke with the Brighton store owner/manager. Our conversation was a good one--ranging from the specifics of my experience, to the systems and practices for which management is responsible and thus produce customers' experiences like the one I had on 7/5/2020. Customers have choices and in the Brighton area this is especially true. My wife's recommendation was to abandon the effort, order dinner from another restaurant and never return. My commitment is to the next generation of transformational leadership. I especially appreciate the recognition given to leadership's role in my experience--staffing, preparation, training and forecasting all played a role. I am pleased to hear that no one was fired and that the entire store discussed better approaches. My account has been credited with what I believe is a fair amount. I plan to continue to select Jet's as one of my go-to options for dinner in the future. read more

There are 2 absolutely awesome items on their menu. The first is the cheese bread: the end pieces are crispy, there's plenty of cheese, the garlic is neither too heavy nor too light, and the parmesan sprinkled on top gives it a little sweetness. All of that together make it delicious. The second one may sound weird, but omg, they have THE best ranch EVER!!! Really thick and tastes great, perfect for dipping (although I don't normally dip their food in it, it's too good on its own lol; I save it for other stuff). I've only had the deep dish pizza, but it is excellent - crispy brown crust, cheese that doesn't double as cardboard, and a good sauce. Since I started eating Jet's, I am unable to eat any other chain pizza; they totally taste like crap to me now. read more
