Ordered a large pepperoni pizza online and specifically requested honey on only half of the pizza. We get the pizza and the entire thing is absolutely drenched in honey. Food 5/5 I ordered my pizza as soon as they opened because I'm newly pregnant, was starving, and craving their pizza. Pizza is excellent. Stuffed crust, and plenty of my favorite toppings. I love that they offer a medium stuffed crust, even though I opted for the large to have plenty of leftovers. The store local to me does not order stuffed crust at all, and since I was in the area, I had to get from this location. Service 5/5 Staff was nice and inviting. Not a fan. Bought a fundraiser coupon pack so have been getting pizza from here more than usual. Yesterday irritated me as I waited 5 minutes to pick up my order. I was the only customer. I watched two guys playing on their phones, another who was making pizzas and looked up at me yet said nothing to the checkout guy about me being there, another just walking around and talking to everyone. Very frustrating. The pizza isn't that good. The cheese has no pull or stringiness to it. They are chintzy on the toppings. The only good thing is the seasoned crust! read more

This is the second time, we order subs. Each time no lettuce no tomatoes no mayo as ordered. I even chose on side this time on the app. Then when I called and asked to speak to a manager, the young lady who answered said "oh I'm a manager" when I asked her name she hesitated. Sure you're a manager and you don't know your own name? Won't be ordering again. It's a shame. All I want is what I ordered. read more

I'm lactose intolerant, but still enjoy pizza and my significant other LOVES cheese so we typically order pizzas with half no-cheese. Because it's a bit of a weird order I always check the pizza before leaving. When I did so I saw about 2/3rds of the pizza had cheese on it. Far more than half and every slice had some amount of cheese. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but apparently I made a face because the person asked if there was anything wrong. I explained why I wasn't thrilled with it, but didn't ask for anything from them. It was just below my expectations. For whatever reason she decided to have an argument with me about how it wasn't technically an option. I ordered from the website with no special requests. Half no-cheese is and has always been an option. Then she told me it's because cheese melts. Obviously, but it predictably melts every time it can be accounted for and this particular pizza was egregiously cheesed. Definitely further than the halfway point. After this she started walking away and finished by saying "good luck with that". You'll have to take my word for it, I'm not a confrontational person. With how willing this person was to argue when I asked for nothing from them they're definitely a Karen as soon as they clock out. read more

Just had the worst experience at Hungry Howies, I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza's and ranch, but that is not what I recieved. I was given one large cheese pizza and a medium bbq chicken pizza. The worst part was my ranch was completley liquid and a dark brown color. Terrible service, ordered online for delivery came within 10 minutes great but the order was wrong, it is now 2 hours since then and they will not answer the phone, so guess no food for me, called their number and got through to their call center who also tried calling them and got no answer, cannot get a refund as we have to talk to the manager who is not answering his phone. what are you playing at Brighton read more

The people that work there with trying to make excuses on my pizza being late thing it's been 29 minutes and I looked at the time and it was 55 freaking minutes and they been trying to rip me off of my time is always 1134 and when I'm ordering a guy keeps telling me it's 1234 which is a lie because when the driver came they told me it was 1134 and not 1234 so I'm pretty mad at them and from now on I'm never ordering from them again I am now going to go to A better pizza place cottage inn. read more

The last 3-4 times we've ordered from this Hungry Howie's, it's been over an HOUR for the delivery. Because of that the pizza is always freezing. This time the pizza came uncut too. I called the second time this happened and the manager gave us a free pizza the next time. Well, we ordered the free pizza and it was an hour for that delivery too. The manager delivered it one time and didn't seem like he really care, just tried running off the porch. I understand if you're busy, but at least try to give realistic times for delivery and try to keep the quality of the pizza. I just called to order a pizza and couldn't get out of automated phone system hell. After listening to a couple of commercials I was given the option to press 0 anytime I was ready to order. Who isn't ready to order immediately upon calling a carryout pizza place?! Anyway, I pressed 0 and it went straight into another commercial. No button could get me to a living pizza maker so I hung up. Save your commercials for tv and the newspaper. Once I call you already got me... unless I can't order from your recorded nonsense. Well I love Hungry Howies. My kids love it too. But the night I called I dont know what happened. The girl taking my order was slighly rude. I was in the middle of asking a question about wings sizes and click. She just hangs up on me. Well I almost didnt call back but thought maybe we lost connection. I called back finished my order., And upon completion she slammed the phone down. My ear hurt by how loudly she slammed the phone . I dont think thats how anyone should be treated. Ever.
