I'm not the type to leave negative reviews unless it's something extremely annoying but I placed an order for 1 deep dish pizza at 4:30 pm... it's now 6:30 pm....I called multiple times and was told "we don't have it, oh yes we do it's on its way" then maybe an hour later "what's the address, oh it was delivered and you don't have it? Maybe someone stole it or it was delivered to the wrong house... the only thing we can do is make it again" I asked if they were busy of course and they said no so maybe the delivery driver is severely mentally handicapped to the point where they can't read basic numbers or follow advanced GPS systems that literally take you directly to the persons house. Either way I have the time to keep typing so I'll just sit here and rant about how insane this is based on my own experience working for a Jets pizza as a delivery driver for years. I would literally have to be ripped off probably close to 4 mason jars of 100 proof home made gin laced with severe doses of hallucinogenics to not be able to deliver a fucking pizza 5 minutes down the road. That's actually the most simple task that a conscious being can do. I genuinely wish I was that braindead so I could just walk around without a thought between my eyes at all besides..."me deliver pizza...dos numbers look good...me drop pizza off here instead of right address... boss like me because me make dem look smart... maybe I get raise instead of dem hiring normal employee" It's 6:56 now so I'm just going to keep typing until the "delivery driver" delivers something. It's 6:59 now... so... 2 hours & 30 minutes..... what else should I say.... 7:01..... I literally haven't eaten all day long.... I've been awake since 6 am with 2 hours of sleep.... I just want to eat a pizza.... 7:02...7:05...7:07...7:08 Holy fuck... it's here.... Evan delivered it... guy seems chill as fuck... probably has a massive fucking hog too. I placed my order on line for a 4:30 pickup. When I entered they told me it would be done in 3 minutes. I started talking with another customer who placed an online order for a 4:15 pickup, but when he got there he was told they forgot to make it. We both gave our names and waited 15 minutes before going up to the counter again to ask about our orders. Both orders were done and in the warming oven. The employees were too busy talking among themselves to check on customer orders. The pizza was good, but the customer service stunk. read more

Our family really loves our Jet's pizza! We order regularly, and especially like the four and eight corner pizzas. The toppings are fresh, savory, and buttery. We always order the butter crust which adds extra richness and crispiness. The antipasto is also delicious with ample cheese, tomatoes, olives, and choice of meat toppings. Delivery is our preferred option, and drivers have always been pleasant and cheerful. This particular store successfully completes my order about 50% of the time. On several occasions now, they simply never got around to making my pizza, and I got to stand in the lobby while they made it with me waiting. This happens about 50% of the time I go there. Tonight was the best, I ordered 2 pizzas and gave a good 1.5 hours to pick up the pizzas. Guess what, only 1 pizza. When I got there and the pizza was not there, the staff started to make the pizza expecting me to wait there while they made it - no other option was given. I gave them 1.5 hours to make the pizza, and they still needed more time. The store did not offer me the chance to only pay for the one pizza and be gone. No. When I saw someone don a smock to make my pizza, I left the store. They never called me or anything. Jet's pizza is the first review of many me and my roommate are doing of the pizza joints in the Cuyahoga Falls/Akron area. We decided to do a rating scale [1-5, 5 being the best] and share it with the community. Starting off, the in box appearance of the pizza looked excellent! The crust flavor would be about a 2, I liked the crunch that it had but flavor was pretty generic. Sauce flavor, was a 1, tasted like sauce that was out of a can. Cheese was 3.5 I mean you can't really mess with cheese, and there was a minimal cheese pull. The pepperoni tasted good, would give it a 4 but the topping ratio was a little off. I had their pizza one time at work for a meeting. It was good. So I called up last night and talked with a very sweet and informative young man. We decided on a 8 square? I got pineapple/ham, hubby got pepperoni. I hate to say this, but the pizza had NO flavor. No flavor in the dough. The sauce. And the cheese was like..... nothing I've ever experienced before. Amazing pan pizza! We ordered their Hawaiian deep dish pan pizza with Parmesan crust for delivery. We were told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. The pizza is a good inch and a half thick so that kind of wait time seems reasonable. When we first opened the box, the aromas of melted cheese, fresh sauce and caramelized crust filled the room. The crust is the real standout for this pie. It has a perfect, brown crunchy outside and a softer doughy interior. It's the epitome of what pan pizza should be! The sauce is good, not overly seasoned and tastes light and fresh. There was more plenty of cheese and toppings to make it gooey and filling. After a long drive from Detroit, MI the family and I decided to stop for a quick pizza. This location was down the street from our location so we ordered two pizzas and a salad. Kayla, who greeted me upon arrival, quickly grabbed my order and I was out the door. Not to mention I asked for plates, napkins, forks and crushed red pepper. Ordered a 12 piece thin crust pizza 14.39. It was delivered through grub hub. When it arrived it was a very small pizza that was cut into small squares and was cold. When I called to complain because I felt the description was very misleading, I was informed there was nothing they could do because it was through grub hub!! Grub hub didn't make the pizza they just delivered it. I was finally told they would make me another one and it would cost $5.00 and I would have to pick it up. We had a coupon, so we finally decided to get Jet's Pizza. My wife had tried it previously at Canal Park, and really liked it. We ended up getting 2 deep dish pizzas and their cheesy bread. One of the pizza's had pepperoni and the other was plain cheese. It's a bit of a drive from Jet's to where we live, but when we got it home, everything was still hot, and the cheese was still melted. Their crust on the deep dish is very thick, very bread like. The outside of the crust was crunchy crisp, but when you bit into it, the inside was soft. I liked the sauce quite a bit, and thought the cheese and pepperoni were generously spread on the pizzas. The cheesy bread appeared to be one of their thinner crust pizzas without sauce on it, with a liberal amount of cheese spread on top. Pretty good, but I liked the deep dish crust better. If we are up that way again, we would definitely try to go back. read more

I absolutely love Jet's Pizza! The deep dish has an amazing crispy crust. I added the shredded Parma on the crust and it really made our pizza extra special. We also picked up some honey bbq wings. They were decent, but I have to admit that I've been spoiled by a local bbq joint and so far nobody's wings are exceptional anymore. My daughter got one of their antipasto salad and it was huge. She loved it! I love that you can order pizza by the slice. I would have to say that I'm not a huge fan of chain pizza joints, but Jet's is definitely a winner! read more

I was on duty; working extra in the Emergency Department when the staff decided to order delivery from Jet Pizza. They were informed that managment had informed them that they would not deliver to the hospital. These front line workers were not asking for anything more than a meal while they worked to help those in need. I hope people will consider going elsewhere for pizza. read more

My husband took the leftovers to his brother and sister-in-law in Zanesville so that they could try it. They told us that Jet's is the BEST pizza they have ever had. Love this place. The pizza is excellent and my Family absolutely loves it. So you ask "why not a 5 rating?" And the answer - I am sick and tired of the self-centered and unappreciative attitude of today's millennials!!!! I just picked up a few pizzas and had already paid for everything with a previous credit card transaction. The young lady at the counter only had to turn around and grab the pizzas. For this activity I gave her a few bucks. She looked at the cash and all I heard were "crickets." How about a simple THANKS!!!!! During the interview process how about asking if they are willing to utter a "thank you" when getting a tip for basically just doing their job. I recently ordered a pizza this past week and realized it was the wrong pizza when I opened the box at my house immediately called them and the girl told me she would put in the system that I would receive a free pizza next time. So today I called to receive my free pizza and the employee told tells me my free pizza isn't in the system and asked me what the girls name was that told me I had a free pizza, and when I didn't know her name he acted as if I was lying about the whole thing and said he'd get his manager. I then heard them shouting and arguing about it. The manager came on the phone (clearly extremely frustrated) and had me explain to him the story and before I could finish aggressively shouted "chill out we'll get you your free pizza bud". This place is okay. I've only had the deep dish (and I like that you can order by the slice...quick, cheap meal), but service seems pretty lousy. The kid who rang me up the one time had grease all over his hands and clearly wasn't using gloves while he went back and forth from the pizza and the cash register. Also, I don't think I've ever had a friendly interaction there. Jersey Mike's next door has a young staff, too, but they tend to be much nicer.
