Ordered a 12 piece chicken and jojos for 30 dollars. Received 12 pieces of dried, shriveled up chicken and 7 jojos. Told the staff member we are not going to pay 30 dollars for this order and explained why. Instead of offering to make us actual edible chicken worth the money we were going to pay, we were angrily told to never come back again. We told him we won't and left. Horribly over priced. Terrible quality and portions and rude staff. Not to mention we bought a large pizza there once before and it was way over priced for the size. Obviously never going back. worst customer service ever made in history in Cuyahoga falls. I called for a sheet pizza and additional order of chicken. he said he needs 4 hours to make it. I said I can come get it at 3:15 then and he said it won't be ready until 4. I stated online it says they need 3 hours and 4 hours from now is 3:15. I was already frustrated because I have a party at 3 and I was expecting what it says online for 3 hour notice not 4. he went off on me and said I can come whenever I want but it won't be perfect for me unless it is 4. so I said okay whatever. I called back 5 minutes later to cancel the order because of his rude responses. he replied "well I already unrolled the sheet pizza, whatever, have a nice day" and abruptly hung up before I could say anything. I was respectful and he treated me like crap. I'm glad I moved my order elsewhere because they do not deserve my service ! read more

The best kind of pizza to have on a Friday night. It doesn't scream healthy, but that's not what you're going for when you order pizza for a party. What you're going for is the taste of a classic mom and pop pizza shop. Their chicken is also cooked to perfection. As for their jojos, in my many years of eating jojos, I have never found any that are as perfectly seasoned as these. I'm talking flavor in every bite with no bland parts in the middle. Fiesta is right down the street from our house and they have been our "go to" place for chicken dinners for quite a while. We always pick up our orders even though they would deliver. First of all - I LOVE JO JOS!!! Fiesta has excellent Jo-jos! My husband and I are dark meat fans (thighs, to be precise) and Fiesta offers several options for dinners. They also have hot wings on the menu! The dinners are prepared quickly and are delicious! The owner makes an attempt to familiarize himself with the "regulars" and I'm SO GLAD to have this business in our neighborhood. We also love the pizza! Kudos to you! read more

From start to finish this place was a bust. I always do the following when trying a new pizza place. Call to order even if they have online ordering, choose pick up so I can see the inside of the establishment and order a regular large pepperoni pizza because honestly, if you can't do a pepperoni pizza right I don't trust you with anything harder. Called Fiesta up and was greeted by a relatively friendly guy and I placed my pizza order and also inquired about a 2 Liter of Pepsi. He didn't know if they had any so put me on hold to go check. That was honestly kind of the first flag as I figure you should probably know basic inventory of your store. He came back and sure enough they had one. Order will be ready in 20 mins. Head on up, get inside and the place is pretty normal. Clean enough for me. I don't expect a place dealing with grease and butter to be spotless so I give that a pass. No problem. I'm greeted by the same young fellow from the phone, I pay my $18 or so, get my (surprisingly small) pizza box and 2 liter and head home. Now I had read reviews from a certain large search engine and I have to say that either people are mixing this place up with the other Fiesta or they were written by friends of the store/family. I open the box and am presented with a large pepperoni pizza... That's about the size of a medium everywhere else. Seriously their large is about 12-13" across. Well that's disappointing. But the reviews said they had great tasting pizza so I pull a couple slices, sit down, pop my feet up and take a bite... Holy bland as purified tap water Batman! Dough, bland. Cheese, tasteless. Pepperoni, fresh...ly thawed. Sauce, tasted like Hunts italian tomato paste watered down. No I really think that is their sauce. The pizza in all honesty tasted like a cheap knock off Digiorno frozen pizza. And not even the rising crust kind. And I hate those things. Was the pizza inedible? No. Did I want to keep eating it? No. Did I finish eating it? Unfortunately and eventually yes. It's decent as a second day cold pizza right when you wake up since your taste buds are dead at that time anyway and since it was the size of a Totinos pizza roll, didn't take much time to polish it off, throw the box out and write off this place completely. TLDR: Nice staff, clean place, horribly bland and seemingly frozen pizza baked to order. The bottle of pop was good though. read more

The guy working was very friendly, but the pizza- not so great. First off, the smallest "large" pizza I've ever seen (especially for the price, which is not cheap at all). If I could eat only one thing for the rest of my life, I would pick Fiesta sausage & onion pizza. The tiny crumbles of homemade sausage rest on and completely cover the thick layer of creamy melted provolone. The perfect sauce and a crust that is good enough to eat by itself.
