However, when I proceed to checkout, I am informed that online ordering is unavailable because the store has closed online orders. After contacting customer support through the Jet's Pizza app, I was told that the store itself had disabled online ordering. What makes this particularly frustrating is that when I visit the location, the store is clearly open and actively serving customers. On one occasion, I went in person to place an order and felt as though my business was an inconvenience rather than welcomed. The interaction left me feeling like I was creating a problem simply by trying to order food. I understand that staffing challenges can impact operations, but customers should not be misled by the app indicating that orders are available when they are not. Additionally, customers who choose to visit the store should be treated with professionalism and hospitality. This location serves one of the few quality Detroit-style deep-dish pizzas in the area, which is why I am not advocating for the store's closure. Instead, I hope management will address these issues by improving communication between the store and the app, ensuring accurate ordering information, and fostering a more customer-friendly atmosphere. really wanted to like Jet's Pizza, but unfortunately this was a big letdown. The pizza tasted very similar to Pizza Hut--and that's not saying much. It lacked flavor, didn't feel fresh, and just didn't stand out in any positive way. My wife and I were in Destin to partake of some live music by one of our favorite bands and needed something to eat before the show. Now, I have to say that the idea of pizza has gotten pretty generic to me, as the pizza places here in the south have kind of left me cold, as many of them are the same basic thing, or are corporate entities churning out the most basic product. But Jet Pizza actually knocked my socks off. This is easily the best pizza I've had since moving down here. Nice rectangular pie and I split half of it with my wife with my side being pepperoni and pineapple, and hers being bbq chicken. The crust was seasoned well, and the pie was quite flavorful. The sauce was tangy, the pepperoni was tasty and not overly spicy or greasy. It was a good experience. When we were looking for a place to eat, it seemed if this was a good dine in option, but beyond a couple outside tables, it's not really so much a dining spot as a take out spot. The staff was spectacular and quite helpful with navigating their huge menu. Very professional, very fresh, and very delicious. Just a couple slices of this monster pizza filled us up for the night before the show. If you're in Destin and looking for pizza on the fly, this is your joint. It doesn't disappoint. read more

ALWAYS excellent pizza from Jets! I particularly appreciate this locations because they went above and beyond for us on this one! We were in town on vaca and could NOT find a pizza place open for orders on Sunday at 7:30pm. The place we originally were trying to go with closed at 8pm so they obviously were not taking orders by the time we were looking at options. This location advised us that they don't normally deliver but went ahead and made an exception this time for us, which was SO nice because we really had no idea where to go and were exhausted after driving all night to get to our destination and then spending all day trying to get into our hotel and situated. The delivery ETA was roughly 40 minutes, which we were fine with since that tends to be the standard. This location texted us about three times with updates throughout the 40 minutes, once to let us know they were working on preparing, once to let us know they were getting ready to leave and once to let us know they were on their way. This seemed SO attentive and much appreciated. We made sure to leave a big tip! Only downside is they forgot our garlic sauce, but ... the pizza was devliered timely and made to perfection!!! We got one of their eight slice, ultra thick pizzas, half pepperoni (small cup type) and half mushroom. First of all, you'll notice how much the box weighs. You could do reps with this pizza and get a workout. One pizza easily fed four of us and we had three slices leftover. I didn't have any of the mushroom side, but the pepperoni side was excellent. I chose the little bold cup style pepperonis and they were a little spicy with lots of flavor. The sauce is bold, very good and the cheese has a nice stringiness to it. The bottom of the pizza is also a lot like Pizza Hut pan pizza, which is good, if you like that. The downside? It's expensive. I think that one pizza was $40, but you easily get enough to feel four normal people. We will go back. read more

I reviewed this place awhile back, but apparently the review was deleted. My guess is that Jet's pays Yelp so they get away with some stuff. Anyway, last time we came here, they completely and totally forgot about our order even though we were ordering in-person and we were the only people there. So basically we were looking eye to eye with the employees for over half an hour and they never thought to think "why are these people even here? We have no orders". But they did have an order. Now we get their marketing materials via text, which says they will give a discount for a good review. Bthats completely and totally against the terms of service, but again, Yelp cares more about money than ethics. read more

Nice version of Detroit pizza. They really nail the crispy edge (I suggest ordering it extra crispy or "4 corners" style). I usually get plain cheese but the pepperoni is also good. My favorite pizza spot in the Destin area. They also have some fun specials. read more
