Unfortunately without the previous Manager this restaurant is failing on multiple levels: The Bartender is rude and opinionated, he did not provide an accurate draft beer list, he dismissed our request and failed to enter our food order correctly. The men's bathroom floor was covered in a layer of water that had a strong odor of urine. There was one caution sign in the far corner of the floor. There were multiple young children in the restaurant that could fall on the slippery urine soaked floor. The food was lacking. The meatballs order was cold, our side spinach salad was not entered. We are very disappointed with Graffiti's pizza in Destin Florida. Also adding this restaurant was open until 12AM nightly, that we remember, which was convenient when returning from out of town trips as Destin shuts down at 9PM. We came in looking for lunch and the vibe was pretty off right away when the counter staff was worried where my husband was going while I tried to order for us. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and it was good. However, the pizza comes out hot hot hot. The staff only brings you plates but never asks if you need silverware. Also, don't count on them checking in on you either to see if you need anything else. We both used the restrooms and while the art in the walls is amazing. Nice to have a newer spot to visit for dinner. The restaurant is very spacious with lots of TVs for sports fans (although if you sit in the booths the TVs are pretty small so I'd recommend sitting closer). Service was outstanding! All the staff were very friendly, helpful and timely with any requests. The food was very ok. I got the Grinder sandwich sounded amazing but it felt like mostly lettuce, I did appreciate the bread was nicely toasted without losing the softness. I also got a slice of bbq chicken pizza which was surprisingly spicy. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken pizza which he said was ok. The biggest downside for us on the pizza is the dough seems like it can't decide if it's a thin or thick crust pizza. All in all, not a bad spot but not my go to. Like most restaurants that offer large selections of beer (taps and other), they don't venture very far outside the Coors/Budweiser portfolio. They did have a unique can selection. Very fun atmosphere. The pizza today was excellent. Crust was crispy but not hard, and the distribution of the toppings on the jalapeño popper could not have been any better. I ordered the pickle pizza and a cheese pizza, both on different days and I thought the pickle pizza was amazing. Now I didn't really like the cheese pizza. While vacationing in Destin we stopped in for pizza. My grandson said it was the best pizza he has ever had, and he wanted to return again the next day. I have to agree with him. I came into the restaurant as soon as it opened. When going into the restroom, the stench of old urine was so bad that I had to hold my breath as much as possible. The sink, urinals, toilets and floor were absolutely filthy. This shows that both opening and closing operations never even made an attempt to clean the area. We were excited to try this new pizza place however after a 55 minuted wait after we placed our order the pizza arrived at our table for a party of 2. The pizza was all dough and along with the cheese it honestly tasted like play-dough in my mouth. The manager came by and asked how everything was and I told him. Pizza slices were cold and crust was moist/floppy. Waitress admitted that they forget to put numbers on the orders and couldn't tell who ordered to make the table delivery, so it "may" have sit for an extended period. We waited for pizza slices at least 25 minutes. I should have returned them but didn't. If you're going to charge about $20 for two slices and one drink, you have to do better than that.
