This was very good pizza. I'm a fan of Jet's but haven't had them in a while. We had a coupon for a free small, one-topping pizza, expiring tomorrow, so we ordered a small pepperoni pizza. I also ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza, and you get 15% off if you order via text, which was nice... It was about $19 with the discount. Both pizzas were ready on time and they were both very delicious. My only complaint, and it's not really their fault, is that the parking lot was half under construction that day, so I had to park far away and then walk. I would order again from this location, they do have a location at Maple and Orchard Lake as well though which is a little bit closer to us. read more

Below average pizza, though it is pricey. Poor customer service and they like to spam with text messages even though you're marked to not receive marketing communications. There are plenty of better options nearby, even in the same shopping center. read more

I had previously reviewed this location in glowing language a few years ago. No more. After a long period of declining quality and rising prices, my most recent order made me decide to abandon this location. My one-topping pizza was so salty it was virtually inedible and it seemed like they re-topped an old pizza. Whatever, even the most expensive pizzas I used to routinely order have been disappointing for a long while, which is why I thought maybe they couldn't screw up a single-topping pizza. Also ordered hot wings and have been happy with them in the past, but these were SO hot (unlike the many other hot wing orders we once enjoyed; we are not new to this) we took one bite and pitched the pizza and the wings --more than $25 worth--in the trash. We're done with you guys. And stop asking for tips on your app for pickup orders. I'm not tipping for counter service when I am the one picking it up. read more

Always stellar service . They have never messed up my order here and I don't mind a 45 minute wait for delivery because they are busy and they are at least honest about it on the weekends. I sometimes feel conflicted for giving chains more than 3 stars on principle but consider this a very high 3 star review. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't drive this far just for Jet's but it's all about the Groupon these days. This Jet's had a Groupon with 1 Large 1 Topping Deep Dish Pizza, 1 Order of Jets Bread, and 1 2-liter bottle of pop. A $23 value for $13 and another 20% discount here and there and I end up paying about 8 something for it all. Definitely a solid deal. Location surrounding Jet's is so jam-packed especially on working days. So if you miss the entrance into the strip mall it's located in and it's during home commutes, you're basically delayed for at least 10-15 mins. Very impressive strip mall with the variety of businesses there too. Inside space is limited and there's a long straight strip of space leading directly to register. Rest of place is basically the kitchen separated by a 6 ft barrier. Got the pizza 1/2 Italian sausage and 1/2 pepperoni and got Orange Crush (Coke is soo....pedestrian ya feel?). I've had Jet's many times and the pizza was pretty standard but their deep dish is definitely one of the best pizzas among the mainstream pizza chains. Jet's is a local chain so if you're from Michigan and haven't tried it, you have to try it and check it off the bucket list!! read more

Ordered a pizza and when it arrived it looked kinda odd upon further inspection of the order someone had taken 3 bites from a slice and crammed it back into the box. Called the store and all they cared about was remaking the order and getting the pizza back assuring me that no one would eat from someone's order. I refused to send the pizza back and took it to the police station where they said it was clearly obvious there were three distinct bite marks. How odd I asked Devin if there was any special for the large BBQ Chicken pizza I ordered and he said no. I found it odd but didn't argue even after I'd seen the coupons online and then for the 14.49 large to be printed on their full color add makes me angry and thus prompts this review. I have been ordering from Jet's for years with never a coupon in hand and whomever has taken the order has never failed to apply whatever coupons are available. I'm actually mad and won't order again. I'll stick with pick up around the corner from work omw home. The delivery driver was very nice though. read more
