Place is trash last two times they forgot something. Then say they will refund and don't. Also there delivery times are horrible both time was told a hour the almost two hours later it finally shows up cold. This is the last time will never order from this place again. Jets pizza is by far the best pizza I've had in Michigan. We had it 3x and it was always really good and consistent. They even messed up our order and made it right. I'm glad I don't live there because I'd be in a huge calorie surplus and having to do 4hrs of cardio to stay in shape. read more

The quality of the food isn't that good, worst thing is that they pay the drivers less because they are tipped employees making less money, Stop ordering from this place it's a rip off save your money for somewhere else not this place. 2 weeks ago I placed an order for delivery medium hand tossed pizza with sausage, bacon, onions, tomatoes and green peppers when the pizza arrived the delivery driver at least apologized for the late delivery, cold pizza tasted like cardboard, barely any cheese. I called to speak with a manager however it seemed the managers or employees were too busy screwing around to get a manager after 15 minutes I talked to a manager who wasn't helpful at all and was very rude acted as if I was inconveniencing they're time to screw around. Asked if they was away for me to have a refund for the pizza I was told no unfortunately we can't do that. Unfortunately this place has gone totally downhill I definitely would not recommend it to anyone for delivery or pick up they got rid of all steak products and they're good pizzas everything else their attitude when calling is terrible I have tried to call and speak to the manager and all they do is say yeah OK yeah OK they don't care this place is absolutely terrible now I wouldn't order from them for anything I'd much rather order from Domino's they're way cheaper and you don't get attitude and they don't leave your food outside and not tell you this is a total rip off don't bother save your money seriously. Took an 1 1/2 hours to get a cold pizza. Ordered and was told within 1 hr. Driver didnt seem to care.

Completely incompetent in their delivery. In TWO places on the order instructions I specified where the pizza needed to be delivered. Instead of FOLLOWING those instructions I find their driver wandering around on my back deck in the dark at 8:44 PM. After being told he should have come to the front of the house AS THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID, he complained that he had been knocking in my door for 10 minutes, which is a lie because my dogs went ballistic the second he knocked. Then he didn't have a pen for me to sign the receipt, (maybe he should have used that 10 minutes to get a PEN!) and as I went back into the house to get one SOMEHOW the door he was standing at was opened, and my dogs got out. I spent 45 minutes to catch them in the dark. When I called Kyle, the 'manager' he said the driver came to the front of the house but there was no answer, which is also a lie as the front yard is fenced and locked, SO THERE IS NO WAY HE COULD HAVE DONE THAT. Plus there is a huge picture window that allows headlights to shine into the area where I was sitting. There were NO headlights. No apology. No attempt at any kind of condolences for the dogs somehow getting out, nor for the idiot driver being unable to read. I will NEVER order from these idiots again. If they can't follow simple instructions on where the 'front of the house' is I sure as HELL don't trust them to make food. BTW: I threw the pizza in the trash. read more

Okay food but a really outdated business if I must add, you place a online order and get to go and stand in a 25 minute line when your food was "ready" when you walked in the door. Most places have a "online order" cart or somewhere for online orders to go, it's a massive waste of the whole convenience of even ordering online and clogs the line up even more when you have people who's orders are already up sitting in line. Overall will take my business elsewhere and receive the overall better service that those businesses provide. read more

I placed an order over the phone with a new employee (Graham) who was very nice. He was a new employee and never seemed frustrated with my complicated order. Anytime he didn't know the answer to my question he would place me on hold, ask a manager, and then return with an answer. No matter how many times this took place during my call, he remained very pleasant. His attitude and patience was appreciated along with him wanting to make sure he had our order correct. I call here nearly every day for about a year spending $300 or more per month! They gave me the wrong pizza last time and I was too tired to call and come back and get the correct one so I ate the bland pizza I never ordered and started a new job. I called a few days later explaining the situation just right now and asked for them to give me the correct pizza for free this ONE time they said NO. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused! So screw them!!!!!! I'm never coming there again. $300 a month and they couldn't give me one damn break! read more

Awesome pizza once again! Love the 8corner pizza , husband and I can both get what we love. Tried the Mediterranean for my half. It was excellent. I'm originally from Indiana but for the last 15 years I've lived everywhere while serving in the Army. I was lucky enough to work in Howell for 3 years as a recruiter. I'll say this, anytime I'm within a 3 hour drive of Jets Pizza I either make drive myself or have friends meet up with me in Indiana and they always bring me a Jets Pizza! Jets of Howell, another BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Once the pizza was FINALLY DELIVERED it was COLD and lacking cheese on most of one side!! The price is at least double when compared with competitors, which would be tolerable if they made consistently good pizza. However, it seems they lack the ability to make the one thing they are known for, PIZZA. It's actually in the name of your business "JETS PIZZA"!!! We called Jets of Howell directly to let them know of our complaints. They said we didnt ask for extra cinnamon on our bread. Really Jets, how about making the CINA-STICKS with the standard amount of cinnamon. Ours had close to none. Im shocked that my complaint was met with excuses and no actual customer service. Offering to "swap out" this order for a new one is ridiculous. We have kids who already waited well over an hour for the first pizza, asking them to wait another hour makes no sense. I hope the little bit of money Jets of Howell saved by skimping on toppings and delivering a cold pizza will make up for all of our future orders. We will become loyal customers of another local pizza shop!!! All Jets of Howell had to do was give us a credit for another full order and we would have been satisfied. Terrible service from a bunch of children disguised as employees. I placed an order over the weekend. I was quoted 45-60 minutes for delivery and it arrived a little after the 60 minute mark. The issue was they forgot the salad I ordered. I called into and requested to speak to the manager. I could hear horseplay and swearing while I waited for the "manager". I relayed the issue and was told I could come by and pick up the salad. I was far from please with that resolution due to the fact I already paid for my order to be delivered. The "manager" told me they were too busy to get back to my house anytime soon. I requested they credit me for the item they did not deliver. I was told it "would be credited for my next order". I strongly protested this illegal action. The "manager" said well that's what you can get and hung up. Never again! read more
