Great place for a quick grab and go. You can grab something from the hot counter, fresh meat, desserts, or a grab and go from the cooler. Super convenient and good food. I prefer the baked chicken over fried. More flavor and the chicken meat isn't as dry. Love their spaghetti salad. The people who work there are always nice. I wish the food counter staff had a little more food knowledge. I asked if the sesame chicken was white or dark meat and they didn't know. Awesome place for fresh food! Sean helped me out with what cuts of steak to get. I was cooking for myself and 2 teenagers who are very particular about their steak. The Delmonicos were the most tender I've had in a while. Way better than your local steakhouse or any supermarket meats. The Porterhouse was also mighty tasty! Jonna's Market is an upmarket convenience store with all the snacks and comfort food you need for a road trip. Even fresh meat like steak and chicken kabobs are sold here if you want to barbeque. I recommend stopping by for a quick bite to eat if you are visiting Tanger Outlet Mall, which is one of the few outlet malls I've seen that does not have a food court. What a great little market. I just love it when you can tell that whomever picked out all the different options here whether it's special way flavored crackers, all the different snacks, multiple kinds of chips, meats and cheeses and candy. Also, ready-made food. Things like pizza both Chicago style and Detroit style. Delicious looking fried chicken, Rigatoni with red sauce, meatloaf, meatballs, roasted potatoes, Brats, mashed potatoes..... sadly right next to that case is the case with absolutely gorgeous looking gourmet desserts. They were beyond being able to be passed by. Unbelievable. Next time I'm there I'll certainly take a picture of that case. I bought a cheesecake cone but sadly I ate it before I could even photograph it. It was just that good. Then there's the rest of the store, And they were doing a swift business which was really nice to see! They sell their liquor at the lowest price the state will allow them to sell it which is a far cry from many other places. They have all kinds of beer and wine lots of it cold and available to purchase and use as soon as you choose. It was clean and bright. My nephew got three grnerous slices of New York:Detroit style pepperoni pizza. That must be one of their big sellers because as soon as they would put it out in the case it would gone/gone within a minute!!!! I had determined that I wanted one of those delicious looking desserts so I only ordered one piece of pizza and it was more Chicago style but not quite as thick and was chicken bacon red onion pizza and very very good. I walked back over to that desert case and the first thing I saw was still calling to me and that was a cheesecake cone.... Oh my gosh it was spectacular!!!! A smooth, creamy, fluffy, delicious cheesecake filling had been piped into a handmade cone. Why was it so special? The cone itself was toffee and nuts so you can just imagine when that flavor all together hit your mouth wow we!!! The same young lady helped me at the dessert counter and the pizza counter so they obviously all work together which is very refreshing! Great customer service she was very friendly and had a nice smile on her face. There was a gentleman along with a woman in front of the liquor (which was a huge wall of all different varieties)...They were ready willing and able to check anyone who was ready out. It was a very efficient operation. About the only negative thing I could say is it is the biggest store out there so there were some squeezes in the isles but overall the other customers were very friendly. As we sat outside and eat our lunch I can't even tell you how many people came and went. Many with hot food items and equally as many with beer, wine, or liquor. I can't wait to go back and I'm sure I'll visit several times while I'm here in Howell,Michigan. read more

I was pretty impressed with Jonna's. It's a place you'd expect to find in a large population area, but not necessarily in a small town like Howell (although Howell is in reasonable proximity to larger population centers). The interior is nicely done and absolutely packed with goodies. I found the shopping experience to be quite pleasant. My son just moved to Howell and this is already his declared shop for Spirits. They do have an impressive array of offerings, but that's not so interesting to me (the wines are a possible exception). What I really thought was remarkable was their deli. For four of us, we ordered a Family Rib Feast and 10 Mini Tacos. The Feast came with fries and potato salad (or cole slaw). Everything was excellent. The sauce for the ribs was tasty and the mini tacos were muy sabroso as well. The Feast was $19.99 and the Mini Tacos were $9.99 for 10 (I think they gave us more).This will be a go-to take-home dinner spot for sure. read more

The prices seemed a little high overall, but most were close to what you would expect. There was one bottle that was double what I've paid recently. 18 year Crown XR was $300 and I am able to find it fairly easily for $150. I definitely recommend checking this place out. read more

Purchased their 2 pizza, breadsticks, salad, 2 liter deal. Breadsticks were awful. But wait, THERE WERE 30+ APHIDS IN MY SALAD! The lettuce was infested. We called to let them know and basically all they said was "ok." If you ask for any bourbon that they do not have, these guys will try to say Angel's Envy is the most comparable to whatever you ask for. Not sure what is going on with that, but it is a reoccurring suggestion. read more
