I've ordered online to this location a few times and have never been disappointed. Our pizza was always delicious - the toppings were fresh and the pizza was cooked all the way through. I just ordered from Jet's Pizza in Imlay City, The girl taking our order spoke in a very short quick and low voice, as if she was annoyed with taking our order. I had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of times as she became more annoyed and slammed the phone down as soon as the order was complete. So this person only gets one star. As the food is always great, we always enjoy our meals from Jet's there employees who take the orders could be more friendly and courteous. I give the business 5 stars but this employee only gets 1 for poor service. Our delivery experience was much more exciting as the delivery driver was at the house before the allotted time, with a friendly and courteous attitude that made the exchange much more palatable. I give this young man 6 stars for professionalism. Now, I wish I had tipped him more and will do so on our next order. read more

I've been under the weather so a friend had a pizza ordered for delivery to my house. It was a nice surprise, she said it was quoted for 90 minutes and gave me the estimated delivery time. She requested for it to be left at my door due to me being sick. So I didn't miss it and it get cold I started watching about 25 minutes before delivery. After a long time, 20 minutes past the estimated delivery I politely called for an update. Immediately heard an upset driver stating he left it at the door whole I calmly explained no one has stopped at or near my home. I was told they'd send another, it'd be an hour and they hung up. Uncertain of how they would find my home since they were unable to the first time, I called back to be met with the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. This experience has been awful and left me feeling as though I did something wrong. Kindness goes a long way. read more

The pizza is yummy as Jets always is, the employees are kind and they are doing what they need to do with all of the COVID restrictions. I see some people upset about delivery not happening right now but it's not too bad when you don't even have to get out of your nice heated car - they are running like crazy to make sure people are taken care of in a timely manner! read more

Living up in the thumb there are very limited Jet's options to bring a pizza home from when visiting down in the city. Either this one on Van Dyke or the Richmond one. When I first started picking them up years ago the pizzas were always spot on. We hardly ever change our order. Sometimes deep dish sometimes round but almost always Pepperoni, and Double mushroom. We love our shrooms. In the beginning the pizzas would be covered with sliced mushrooms. Couldnt see underneath them. YUMMM!!!! Then slowly there was less and less mushrooms. I even asked once when ordering what do I have to order to get it covered with mushrooms once again? Triple mushrooms? I was assured it would be covered with double. That one time it came close.Now every time when I order I make a point to ask them to please put double mushrooms. Never again have they covered the pizza. In fact it barely looks like they put a normal amount for regular mushrooms. Two weeks ago the same thing but I opened the box there and asked is that little bit of mushrooms really double. The girl said no and offered to remake but I did not have the time so she put a $10 credit in for the next order. Yesterday 11/14/17 I placed the same order with a additional pizza. I got there before they actually put it in the oven and asked the nice girl at the counter to make sure its DOUBLE mushrooms. She looked over the partition and asked the cook to add more mushrooms, then asked for more so you could not see the cheese. I was getting excited, yay we're going to get the pizza we loved for a change. Silly me did not check the pizza when it was done. Got home and maybe slightly more than what a regular pizza should have. Will post a picture of remaining slices. How much did the cook have originally????? Wow! Mushrooms are CHEAP!!! If I wanted skimpy I could save $6 a pizza and go to Little Seizures pizza pizza. Only giving 3 stars because counter help at least looks like they care and because they once were really good. Did ownership or management change??? Come on, just because you virtually have no competition you should take a little pride in your product. read more

Last night, I ordered from the imlay city Jets Pizza. I ordered a large thin crust veggie pizza with a jet bread. My pizza alone was $16.95, but that wasn't the problem. I picked up my pizza and drove 20 mins home just to find out they didn't add the tomatoes or the Cajun crust to my pizza. I called and spoke to a manager who offered me a credit on my account for $10, i didn't understand why they wouldn't credit an entire pizza since they didn't make it right. She didn't know what to givte me as an explanation. So she got another manager got on the phone. This manager told me i can drive 20 mins back to their store and they could remake it or she could give me a $5 credit. I asked how the credit amount kept dropping when the pizza was made wrong and this was their error. The manager was rude and snotty and told me "if i didn't like it, i could call corporate and they would have the owner of the store deal with me." I'm mind blown that anyone in a management position would speak to a customer like this, especially after they messed up. I'm not sure how much of a credit i ended up receiving, but i can say that it doesn't matter. I will never go back to that location!! I hope the owner is fully aware of what goes on in the business and how this manager represents the pizzeria. read more

Told 30 minutes for pick up. Ended up being closer to 50 minutes. Brought order out and there was an item we didn't order and our Jets bread was missing. We had to wait even longer. By the time the bread showed up everything else was luke warm. Will eat anything else before I order from here again. read more

Jets is my favorite pizza, So I don't mind having to drive 10-20 minutes to pick it up! I don't even care that when I get home my pizza is not gonna be hot!!!! What i do care about is ordering food and NOT getting what YOU paid for!!!! Last night makes the fourth time I didn't get what I asked for. I asked for NO black olives on my salad and we get home and it looks like they put EXTRA BLACK OLIVES on the salad!!!! I ordered a super special pizza large and it looked like there were only two of each topping on each slice it was way over cooked as well, we usually get the jet bread but we wanted to try something different so we ordered deep dish bread and they gave us jet bread, after picking all the black olives off the salad we realized the salad has a weird smell kinda like if you leave it sitting out to long and the bottom pieces of the salad where brown!!!! Also imlay city jets need to get with the times.... they have been saying and telling people that online ordering is coming soon and never does. They don't even have punch cards like all the rest. Last night was the last time we will spend our hard earned money on food that is OVER COOKED, LEFT OUT TO SPOIL & NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!!!! The closest jets pizza from my home in capac is imlay city the next closest is Washington/Romeo. I ordered a small, square pizza yesterday. It was horrible. The whole pizza tasted like cinnamon!

We were thrilled when Jet's and their Detroit-style pizza came to town especially because there are so few choices out here. Jet's is very good for a pizza chain. They offer sides, salads, sandwiches and round pizzas but don't get one of those. My favorite is the deep-dish, square pizza. The vegetable toppings are fresh, not canned, the sauce is on the sweeter side and I love the contrast between the tenderness of the crust and the crispiness or its sides and bottom. Sometimes it seems as though the dough is not cooked all the way through. I guess it is supposed to be undercooked but sometimes in my opinion the top of the crust seems a little raw. We've let them know on a few different occasions but it's always the same way. I've only ever had a slice from a large Jet's pizza. Next time I will order a small to see if there's any difference. read more

Just had a terrible pizza from Jets. Ordered a Jet 10, & when I got home, it didn't have a lot of toppings, and the pizza was soggy. This is the second time, I've had this happened at this store, this year. I'll be contacting the manager in the morning.
