Normally everything is pretty good, but that was not the case last night. I ordered a salad with extra meat because their salads are not like they used to be. I paid for extra meat, but I did not receive extra meat. Why is it when you ask for items NOT to be in your salad, the price remains the same, but when you request an item be added to your salad, the price goes up? We also had 2 pizzas and one was okay, but the other there were actually patches where there was no cheese. The best thing of the order was the bacon cheese bread. Could do so much better in my opinion. As someone who loves Jets, this specific location puts on its name. Something needs to change here- management, quality, and how they cook the food. Everytime I've ordered here, it's always under the bare minimum for your basic Jets. Somehow this location manages to undercook their pizza more often that not, and it's just meh. Listen. I'm not a pizza lover. It wouldn't be my 1st choice by any means, over anything else. In fact, in all honesty, it would be my last choice. But reality is I have 5 offspring, and 4 of those 5 lil gremlins could eat pizza weekly, if I let them. My oldest is like me and could leave it in the dust. I will say this though, it has become a tradition in my house to get pizza on our return home from any camping trip we've been on. This past Sunday was no different. We usually get Olivers, as it's our favorite. But a 50% off coupon for all pizzas was mailed to my house recently, from this Jets location, and I couldn't pass up such a Great Deal! When I was about 30 minutes away from location I did my online order for 2 pizzas. One was a extra large deep dish, half pepperoni/half bacon with extra sauce and turbo crust. The other pizza was a large deep dish supreme also with extra sauce and turbo crust. The extra large deep dish is a rectangular pizza with 16 pieces and the large deep dish is 10 pieces. The extra large 1-topping is menu price $19.48 and the large supreme is $18. But like I said, I had a 50% off coupon for both pizzas. I paid, with tax, ONLY $19.86 for both pizzas! What a DEAL! When I arrived I pulled up to the curb, right in front of the door and called to let them know I was was there. The employee asked what vehicle I was driving and I laughed and said, I'm the one driving the rolling home on wheels. He was slightly confused and I said just come out- you can't miss me! Within 2 minutes the employee was laughing at my window. Yup- he couldn't miss me and our 36ft travel trailer in tow. I commented about how awful their online ordering is and how it kept glitching. He agreed that they hear it all the time. C'mon corporate- fix your web page! I drove the 8 minutes home and the pizzas were still too hot to eat. After we unpacked our trailer it was perfect for digging into! And let me tell you- it was delicious! Lots of toppings, lots of sauce and lots of turbo seasoned crust. Yes, even someone like me and my son who don't go crazy for the 'za- devoured it so fast, like we hadn't eaten in weeks! 26 pieces of deep dish pizza and all that remained when we were done was 4! Jets- you're mighty fine pizza in my book! Gona use that 50% off coupon one more time this week! Definitely recommend this location! read more

When we used to order pizza in the past, the sauce was always heavy. I assume the management has changed because we were impressed with the pizza. My sister ordered an XL square pizza, but forgot to say light sauce. Most of us have acid reflux issues and can not handle a lot of sauce. We were worried the sauce would be too heavy to handle. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the pizza had a perfect amount of sauce. It had plenty of mushrooms and pepperoni. We also ordered two cheese breads, which came out perfectly. They even gave us an extra ranch, which was awesome. I was happy to see that the pepsi we bought was not flat, as I have experienced at other places in the past. When we moved here there was no jets around. This was a huge bummer, because it was our favorite pizza and we had on within walking distance at our old house. Eventually, one opened up at 23 mile and Hayes. It wasn't super close, but it was well run. Then one opened up, pretty much on the corner of our street. Whoop!! We were super excited. This location is a BUSY one! But again, it is very well run and organized. I was happy to see they remained up during quarantine. They have an app so it's easy to order on line. You pull up and are directed to call a number and they bring your pizza out. We get pizza from here probably about once a week. If that is any indication of how much we like it. We get both the Detroit style and hand tossed round. Both are fantastic! Oh! And of course, I'm trying to eat less carbs so I will often get the thin crust option. I recommend buffalo chicken on the thin crust or BLT. Both make my mouth cheer! Oh. Don't forget their jet bread with Ranch. They make their own ranch. It is the best ranch I have ever had. I wish they would bottle and sell it. I am not a fan of their salads though. I really wish they would make a delicious salad. Sadly, they are not. Their jet boats and subs are also delicious. Oh! Shout out to this store's management. I picked up a pizza tonight and the gave me the wrong one. Same as mine, but with Cajun spice. I called and the manager knew exactly what happened and asked if I'd like to come back and get the right pizza. I did, but when I arrived they gave me two more of the "right" pizzas and another of Jets bread. That's the way to retain a customer. read more

Of course the food is good it's Jet's! I would like to comment on how great the customer service was. I had placed a order and upgraded my Ranch to a bottle. The driver must have forgot it, simple mistake. I called the store and the manager asked if I still wanted it and sent it right out! It's Halloween and nothing is better than coming home with a bunch of tired kids, running house to house, is a fresh hot pizza. Not today!! Although it was promptly delivered, but it was burned (extra crispy)! I called the manager and conveyed my disappointment and she graciously credited my account for another pizza. She admitted the the oven was backed up and a few pizza's went out burned. Word of advice, don't sacrifice quality for quantity. People would rather wait a little while longer, especially on a busy day like Halloween, for something done right and delicious. Get it together over there and make your customers happy and coming back for more. I should have never left the 23 mile/Schoenherr location, but I wanted to support the closest one to our house. Got Jets today and usually it's very good but i took one bite and saw a huge piece of pencil straight white hair that was cooked into my pizza and after eating the food me and the other who were eating felt very ill. i don't know it was a bad employee or cook or something but it was awful and i won't be buying from here again for a while. read more

Moved by this location 4 years ago and it is by far the worst location I've ever been to (used to live by the 15 and schoenherr location which is the standard). The deep dish square is good maaaybe every other time I go here, and the they mess up something in my order probably 25% of the time (forgot the pepperoni that I paid for on my pizza tonight, only a 2 item pizza!). The round pizza crust also seems like it was replaced with a far cheaper product than other locations in the area. Usually the round is a lighter chewy crust, whereas this locations is dense and tough to chew. The moment i walked into the shop it was an assault on my senses. The intoxicating aroma of the sauce and dough, The sound of the friendly staff as they ushered me to the establishment, the old style pizza restaurant look with a italian flag design and the immaculate cleanliness of the store. I ordered my large square with pepperoni and green peppers and light sauce. The coupon prices were added on automatically. I waited for 15 minutes received what one might call the best pizza i have ever had. The crunchiness of the crust, the smoothness of the sauce and cheese. All the ingredients pair together and are like a beautiful symphony of tastes. The pizza is filling, but not overbearing it takes and gives equally.
