I heard about Saroki's from radio commercials and we had driven past this location multiple times. One day we were starving and on a whim we pulled in to get some chicken. This review is based on the two times we ordered chicken. Our first visit we ordered two chicken breasts. They were a generous size, moist and tender and I really loved the crispy coating. Fast-forward a few days later and we were driving past again so we decided to try chicken tenders this time. They were good size portions with the same great taste. I would definitely get them again. My preference would be the chicken breasts though. The biscuits were flaky and buttery and were a nice compliment to the chicken. Based on the many other chicken places around our area, Saroki's would be towards the top of my list. As far as sauce/dip, I didn't think the chicken needed any. To me, the sauce took away from that delicious crispy coating. We're looking forward to going back and trying additional items. I'm just happy that we finally decided to try it after driving past so many times. read more

On July 17th we placed a catering order for pickup at 3:30 PM from the Macomb Township location on 23 Mile Road and North Avenue. The order included 125 hand-battered chicken tenders and honey biscuits, totaling approximately $320. When my husband arrived shortly after the scheduled pickup time, he was informed that our order had not even been started. We had more than 45 guests waiting for the meal, and he missed the beginning of our gathering while waiting for the food to be prepared. He was told the order would take "about 10 minutes," which was confusing given that it had been placed in advance specifically as a catering order. In reality, he waited approximately 40 minutes before leaving with the food. After arriving home, we discovered that eight biscuits were missing from the order. Although we received phone calls saying we could return to pick them up, that was not a practical solution after the delay and inconvenience. The following day, I contacted the manager to discuss the situation. Rather than acknowledging the issues or offering a meaningful resolution, he stated that he had included extra chicken and that we could have returned for the missing biscuits. Throughout the conversation, he dismissed my concerns, was unprofessional, and declined my request to speak with the owner. As business owners ourselves, we understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service was far more disappointing than the initial error. Our family has used their catering services in the past, as have many members of our extended family. Based on this experience, we will no longer use this company for future events, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so similar situations can be avoided for other customers. Honey butter biscuits are great but the staff is too lazy to get orders correct. Left out 8 tenders and sauce, and the chicken sandwich wasn't made right since there were no pickles on it. There's hundreds of other pizza and chicken places to go to instead. read more

After seeing so many locations popping up around town, I was excited to try Saroki's Crispy Chicken and Pizza. Today I had pizza and tenders for dinner. Here is my honest review of the new location at 23 Mile & North Ave. We ordered few different items, I'll rank them from best to worst. 1) Biscuits- they were sweet and flaky, topped with honey...really good 2) Breadsticks- these were crazy bread style breadsticks....soft and tasty. They don't offer garlic butter to dip, fortunately i had a cup in the fridge from a previous pizza order. I liked the portion size for the order...these were a hit. 3) chicken tenders- considered they were delivered, there was a chance they'd loose their crispiness from steam build up in a to go box. I was happy to see that they didn't come in a typical styrofoam box...instead they were delivered in a cardboard boat that was in a brown bag. They showed up nice and crispy. They were tasty...but not amazing, I don't see myself craving these. Their sauce game was a letdown. We got their Saroki sauce (a siracha, honey, mayo combo) and bbq (pre packaged sweet Baby Ray's). The prepackaged bbq was a disappointment. 4) Pizza- didn't love it. Don't think I'd order pizza here again. Don't judge by my pic (my son and I don't like cheese). I don't thing there was enough sauce. Also, didn't love the crust, it was tough and crunchy...i prefer a nice soft chew in a crust. Think green lantern style. There was a decent amount of toppings. All in all, the food was ok but nothing stood out. Certainly won't take over from my green latern orders and with all the chicken places opening up, this is just part of the crowd. read more

We walked in to order carry out, a the wait was no to bad. We got the chicken tenders which were nice and crispy. Also got a large pepperoni with hot honey and it was delicious. We got an extra biscuit and it was amazing. We will definitely be back. read more

The "Fish" is all batter and thinner than the writing on the menu! Called and went back, to receive nothing but smart ass kids giving me grief about the rules, yet they never told me to bring it back and if I wanted a refund, to eat that small peice I brought them to show and he would refund my money. We saw the Fox 2 news clip and figured we give it a try. We ordered off the app and went to collect our food. We knew it would be busy for Superbowl Sunday so we ordered early and arrived with patience. An hour later we were still there waiting with many, many others. We saw several people give up. But, since we already prepayed we thought we just wait. When we finally received our food and got home it was cold and tasteless. The young lady at the register did her best to keep up but clearly she was overwhelmed and those around her were lost. Lawrence the cook in the kitchen could have cared less. Chicken tenders are cold and biscuits were old as well. I ordered with like a 25 min window and they were marked done 10 mins later. I called to double check and they claimed they just came out of the fryer. I love less than a mile away. I get they wait for at least 5 mins as I hear and see the owner telling his employee he wants to sell. He made eye contact and didn't even tell his employee I was standing there .
