Over the years the prices have went up, the quality and quantity has gone down. Little to no toppings and delivery is always cold. $25 base price for a large 2 topper, I don't know how they stay in busines. read more

Visiting family in town and had Jets. Would certainly recommend. Love that they have a drive-thru! Ranch dressing is great! Had a deep dish 8 corner, hand tossed cheese, and hand tossed 10-topping. All with garlic flavor on the crust. Will definitely be back! read more

This is at least the 3rd time they have forgot to put butter and parm on my crust. I order from here probably once a week and this time it was literal shit. There was no sauce on it at all and the cheese doesn't even look like mozzarella and it's undercooked I know you know me by now, so if there's anything I did wrong to make you keep doing this, I am sorry.. am I not tipping enough? I ordered from here and the customer service wasn't professional AT ALL and then when the driver delivered our order he tossed our food on the counter didn't speak or allow us to even tip and walked out! I will NEVER order from here again! I had an issue back in the summer last year and stopped using, tried using them again and it just proves why I won't be using them AGAIN! read more

Tried to order by phone a thin crust medium cheese pizza with Cajun crust topper & was told they only have small & large (I have ordered mediums in the past), so ordered two smalls. I asked if they were square slices or a round pizza with triangle pieces & was told round. However, the pizza was cut in a bunch of small squares & with no crust. Since there was no crust they put the Cajun crust topper on top of the cheese on the pizza. Unfortunately, it was inedible due to the amount of Cajun seasoning spread out over the tops of the pizza on the cheese. What made it more disappointing was the cost, $23 for two small thin crusts with no toppings and a 2-liter. Let manager know and did not offer a solution. read more

I placed an order on the 8/17 I then called and canceled the order within 5 minutes of making it because I realized I didn't have time to wait an hour for pizza. I was told when I called it would take a few days for the refund due to paying online and that the manager would issue it as soon as he/she was available... it is now 8/30 and I have not received the refund. read more

Well my last visit was over a year ago & little has changed. They don't know how to allot time & schedule. I waited over an hour from the promised pick up time. How tough is it to figure out how long it takes to make a pizza? For example Prep is 5 min. Cook is 10 minutes, boxing & cutting is 5 minutes. Can cook 4 pizzas at a time. Why can't they give accurate pickup times? I feel sorry for the employees having to deal with all the angry customers. This business just can't figure it out. read more

Broke down and paid the price for a delivery...ordered the Detroit style large with 3 items...pie...del charge and tip about 25 dollars...smh. The pie had little sauce on it which is not good in my book. Will not go there again. read more

We ordered a ranch cup (I'm pregnant and was craving their ranch like crazy). Ranch cup was not delivered. Husband called and spoke to a team member who said that we did not pay for the cup (we are 110% sure we ordered it online - we only order from Jets when I want their ranch, and have done so often since I'm pregnant and it's one of my major cravings) and in order for us to get it, we'd have to pay $3.50 - $3.00 for delivery charge, .50 cents for the cup itself. No way. So my husband hung up. Then we thought about it and said no, this is ridiculous, they always forget something. So he called back and spoke with management. Management asked if we wanted one sent out (well duh, that's why we're calling) and said they'd send one out with a driver. An hour and a half after our pizza delivery, the driver knocks on our door with the ranch. Then it was explained to us that they voided our last order (though it was deducted from our bank account) and added .75 cents to a NEW order and recharged us. So, we were charged twice for the same order and now have to wait a few business days for that refund, PLUS the manager never said we had to pay for the cup they were sending us...and regardless, we were told it was .50 cents, not .75 cents...so obviously they just inflating the price because they weren't happy with my husband's phone calls (in which he was very, very nice, calm, cool, and collected - never did he turn into customerzilla). The fact that we had to argue against their mistake was ridiculous. The fact that my pizza was bone cold by the time the ranch was delivered was ridiculous. The fact that were charged AT ALL for the ranch was ridiculous. And the fact that they charged us TWICE instead of just giving us a separate bill for the cup is insane. Will never order from here again, have submitted several complaints to the Jets franchise. TERRIBLE customer service. Tired of ordering one thing and getting another - consistently inconsistent at this location. read more

I'm a fan of Jets pizza. I think they have good pizza, bread and salads ie the Jet pack is usually what I order. There are only 2-3 places in town I prefer over them. Can never go wrong with Jets. read more

Poor service. We ordered a pizza on a Saturday afternoon, and it was delivered in 30 minutes. But it was the wrong pizza. Called the restaurant to let them know, and they said they could send the correct pizza but we'd need to give back the wrong one they delivered. Will they try to sell it? Throw it away? The replacement pizza took longer than the first one. Called to inquire and was told that there were lots of other deliveries before ours. It's unfortunate that I have to give them 1 star, because I don't think it was directly anyone's fault. I was hanging out with my friend one night, and we had Jet's delivered since she lived around the corner. We both got grinders. They were good, and we wolfed them down. However, as soon as I got done eating, it felt like I was hit by a ton of bricks. She was sick too but not as bad, and the next morning, I had to be driven to Urgent Care and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I was bedridden for two days. She called them and explained the situation, but obviously, there wasn't anything Jet's could do. They were apologetic. I know it was an odd case, perhaps undercooked meat or something expired. That was four years ago, and I have never had Jet's from anywhere ever again. read more

This is the only thing I crave from Monroe, MI. I have family out there, so when I travel to Monroe, my whole family knows that the first stop is Jet's Pizza. They have the best deep dish pizza, and ask for sesame crust. They add sesame seeds to the pizza crust, and it is just soo good. By far the best pizza in Monroe. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Lots of options for their speciality pizzas. We usually pick up because delivery to my neighborhood seems to take awhile. Worth the trip though. read more
