Wonderful location, consistent quality and freshness on every order I've had, regardless of time of day. Cannot go wrong with a square with turbo crust and bold pepperoni. If you're feeling like a meal with a little more substance but under $10, a Jet Deli Boat is the way to go. This delicious find came to my rescue when approaching the final resort of takeaway options after an evening out and long waits elsewhere. Would definitely order again - also warmed up nicely for leftovers. My only complaint is that I wish they had online ordering switched on. Calling isn't a big deal and they've never messed up an order but it seems more efficient to offer online as an option as they run lean. read more

Nothing special AND late. Contacted customer service about our order being 11 minutes late. It was an online order and arrived after it was supposed to be ready, which was order over 20 minutes prior. Heard an "Oh sh^t" and they say "we just got slammed". They said come back in 5 minutes. 11 minutes later and get a pizza. So...nothing special especially when its late. Customer service still hasn't emailed me back two weeks later. I don't think they give an F. Apparently its just pizza so who cares if your order is late. Jets in Milford doesn't care. No apology with the late pizza.....they don't give an F. They said they can't do anything because they were closed. so instead they said they would refunded my card for the order and they have not yet refunded it. worst place ever! don't go here! read more

Last evening around 9pm (4-12-13) we ordered a Super Special Large Round Pizza & I asked for the Garlic Butter Crust & of course this particular pizza has a lot of goodies on it which we really like & asked for the pizza to be well done We did a pickup on our pizza & as usual it was ready right on time as always & this pizza last nite was the best pizza we've had in a very long time. It's just the 2 of us & we ate the whole pizza last nite & we're licking our lips on how good it was!!!!! In our book Jet's Pizza (New Hudson) is #1 & I would highly recommend it to anyone. The girls inside that work here make the best pizza! They are always so sweet and we've never been disappointed by the pizza here. I give up! This Jets is terrible. Not sure if they changed the sauce but it's always sour. Ordered dinner tonight for my daughter and I, arrived totally cold because the driver got lost. And to make it worse he never apologized and had an attitude when he called to say he took a wrong street( apparently my address wasn't enough). For a Jets pizza this one is good. We order from here a lot because we live around the corner. I LOVE their hot wings, I crave them on a fairly regular basis actually. Their square pizza is the best that they make. I usually just get pepperoni because of my picky husband. My daughter loves their boneless wings. I am not a fan of their salads but I think you would be hard pressed to find a chain pizza delivery joint that makes a good salad. Their lunch deals are also fairly descent. read more

Truly, I love Jets, I think their food is great! I wanted to write a review unfortunately about their customer service at this Milford location. We have had numerous delivers that were WELL past the time they said to me, plus have had items missing from my order. When I call in, the manager each time seems annoyed with me and very short. I am not a rude person, so I am taken back by the bad customer service. Tonight I was even answered with a "Hello" and then "click" and was hung up on. :-( Their people skills I would say need some improvement. read more
