I ordered a small pizza, thin crust, and a garden salad, this was the most disgusting Pizza I ever had in my entire life. The pizza arrived very cold, it was like a big round cracker it looked like they put a drop of tomato sauce and a couple of pieces of green pepper and mushroom it look like it was glued to the crust,it was cold and when I try to take a piece it was just like eating a dry cracker I had to throw the whole box in the garbage can. I didn't go to the store to show them what they sent to me delivery for the simple reason that it was rush hour,it will take me 20 minutes to get there so I rather lose my money and never buy from this place ever again . Wow...great service. Visiting my grandma in North Port, and decided on pizza for dinner. Called and spoke to Jason who took my order. I explained what we needed and he offered some deals. All in all the pizza is good . Have had several issues with asking for pizza "light baked" and comes burnt . Also they got a new blue cheese dressing - used to make thier own. This is not a drill. I have ordered Jet's BBQ chicken pizza probably 17 times over the last year and a half. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have gotten onions on it. After explaining and being over dramatic about it, to NOT put onions on my pizza. My wife is allergic. But without FAIL my pizza arrives with onions on it. One time I checked in store and the person assured me "no onions are on it." Yet I opened it and sure enough, onions are on it. Like at what point do you get it right? I have given chance after chance after chance! This is absurd? What if I ordered pickup every time and picked pay with cash and every time, never showed up? Would be wrong, no? Same thing! My family ordered a pizza from this location and our pizza tasted old and rotten. We have ordered many pizzas from Jets in the past and loved it. The sausage and ham on the pizza tasted rotten and old. We are truely dissatisfied with this order and this location of Jets has lost our business in the future. The manager did refund our order, but we are now hoping that we do not get sick from eating bad sausage and rotten salad. This horrible woman started a fight with me and I had to call the restaurant and threaten to call the police to get her to leave my home, then after that the despicable owner refused service to me at my residence after that saying I complained about their service before, which was a complete and total lie. Poorest sub shop experience I have had! Ordered 4 subs, 3 cheese steak & 1 Italian. The Menu I had didn't state the steak subs were a $1 more, the first surprise. We ordered fried onions on them, were not informed they do not fry onions nor that they were $2 extra. I asked for extra onions on the Italian and was charged $2 more at pick up. To add insult to injury the onions were diced and fell off the sub as you ate it. I voiced my displeasure at the counter about the increased pricing and the manager asked me "what do you want me to do about". What did he think, I wanted some money back that I considered stolen or taken on false pretenses. His justification was they have 400 stores nationwide. When trying to leave a review on their website, that was created poorly too. The failures have caused me to write the review 4 times. I want to be compensated, I will surely copy this to every social media I can to complain and get the word out. For Jet's, their website cleared the form when the date and time of purchase was inputted. Sunday 2/9/2019 @ 4:07 PM; on Sumter Blvd North Port FL. I saw a review when doing this, titles good pizza worst subs. I won't be back and will ensure everyone I know doesn't get ripped off either. $8 for onions, that's a great deal if you can sell I guess. Trash. This chain has went downhill in recent months. Put a simple order of 2 pizzas in and it took Jet's nearly 3 hours to deliver the pizzas. The delivery driver finally arrived, high on some sort of drug and with the wrong pizza. Called and asked the status of the order and Tyler answered with slurred speech and said "she'll be there soon". Didn't even know his driver arrived and left already with the wrong order. 0/10 would order again. Trash service. read more

Hands down if your looking for great deep dish pizza this is the place. We have been getting their pizza for a few years and have only had one bad experience. While I wasn't satisfied how that was handled I still love the pizza and have not found any place that compares. In fact we had the Jet 10 xlarge last night and asked if we could get two of the pieces with ham and mushroom only and they were happy to do it. The only pizza I get here is the Sicilian deep dish! The crust has a wonderful crunch to it and I get the flavored crusts! Absolutely delicious! To begin with, in this area, this pizza place was more bang for your buck. That is, UNTIL TODAY. Due to my daughter's illness, she's required to be gluten free. We as her family support her & have changed our diets also. So, seeing that Jet's offered a gluten free pizza, made us happy. So we placed an order for 2 Large GF pizzas, a partys salad, cinnamon bread & an order of wings. Total came out to $70 w/delivery. When our food got delivered, the pizzas were ordered Large, to feed a family of 6. In reality, the pizzas ended up being more like personal pan tiny pizzas. We called to ask why there was an issue & why was the tiny size never described to us over THE phone. On the mwnu, there is a GF section next to the sizes of all the other pizzas, making some believe that they come in all sizes. It does state 6 pieces. But never states the inches or size of the actual pizza. The pizza was literally the size of my hand & supposed to feed 6. After calling, we've determined that this place was very disturbing & the manager's customer service skills were unacceptable. We got no where. I guess we were supposed to guess the size. The manager, after much bickering, offered a $15 store credit. GEE THANKS! But, do you really think we'd order from there again after this $70 experience? Stick it!
