I recently had a delivery order that I am genuinely impressed with from: Domino's #3888 3502 N Access Road Englewood FL 34224 941-475-5691. From the online navigation to place my order, to the person preparing and cooking my pizza. Both were fantastic. Proportional toppings and accuracy were spot on and it was cooked perfectly! Delivery was also very quick and the sauce was so hot when I put a piece on my plate it surprised me. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I want to make sure their staff is made aware and thank the people involved as I am thoroughly impressed. I came into this location spent $40 dollars tried to use a hundred dollar bill the manager got real lippy with me would not except it. Tried to make me go to the gas station. I told him his job depends on big orders he didn't care he was rude to me. I give Dillon a zero star for poor customer service. He's lucky my brother wants this or I'd cancel. My brother is disabled can't walk what a hassle it was just go get pizzas here. I won't bother coming here again I'll eat something else. The other workers tried there best to make it happen but Dillon did not care about his job at all and gave me hateful attitude. If you like being disrespected than this is the place . After returning to Punta Gorda from the north, I ordered a new chicken taco pizza from this Domino's and was surprised at how much better it was than a similar pizza from other Domino's. The same applies to the extravaganza pizza. Whatever they're doing, they should share with other locations. The deliveries have always been timely and currently are no-contact. I actually really enjoy Domino's, especially the thin crust. The people who work there have always been courteous and professional and the pizza has been great. Until tonight. We ordered our usual and when my husband got home with it, I kept looking for the pizza we usually get. It was so overcooked that the toppings couldn't even be identified. No extra cheese, no mushrooms could I see, a few pieces of pepperoni and sausage and no Parmesan. Yikes, must have been a bad day. This review is about the service not the food. Ordered a sandwich thru the app for pick up. When I arrived I was told a delivery driver had taken my sandwich. I was offered to make another one but it would take about 8 minutes. The employee helping me could not reach the driver by phone and when they hung up they said outloud "oh well, guess somebody will get a free sandwich ". I then said well shouldn't that be the person being inconvenienced by your mistake rather than some random customer? No reply other than another apology and an offer of a free drink. We are new to the Punta Gorda area and have had several pizzas from this location. The pizzas have always been very good and I've never had any trouble with the curbside pick up. Last week I ordered a pizza and salad and was notified via EM that it was ready. I pulled up in the parking lot and put my flashers on as instructed and waited after indicating that I had arrived. No one came out with my order after five minutes, so I went inside. I have never in my life been spoken to or treated so rudely. They need to immediately fire, the young man that claimed to be the manager. My order had been made incorrectly and they were remaking it, which is totally understandable. What is not understandable is the rudeness and lack of any kind of Customer Service. I was almost in tears because I did nothing to deserve the treatment I was getting. And it wasn't from just him. The other people in the back that were working were also not kind. I hope that whoever owns this franchise does some housecleaning because I will never return here again. I'm new to Punta Gorda, but expect Domino's Pizza to be pretty consistent across the country. I ordered the large Buffalo Chicken Pizza. I understand we have a supply chain issue and inflation but to increase prices and give less toppings is not right. There was barely 1-2 small pieces of chicken per slice. I think there was more onion than chicken. There should have been enough chicken to have some in every other bite. Not the case. read more

I travel weekly, and this is is by far the best Domino's food and delivery that I have experienced. My order was delivered to my hotel room within 25 minutes. It was accurate, hot and fresh. The medium pepperoni, beef and banana pepper was absolutely perfect, delicious. The boneless wings, with sides of Blue Cheese sauce and Ranch sauce, excellent. I wasn't expecting much but their pizza is really quite good. The crust was tasty, the price was right (special promotion) and they weren't stingy with the ingredients, which were plentiful. I ordered it on-line for later in the day and it was hot and ready when I walked through the door. On top of all that, their service was efficient and super friendly. This is our go-to place for pizza in Punta Gorda. We typically get the 3 topping large special midweek - you can't beat the value, and they're very consistent. About once/month there's an $8 pan deal, which we have come to prefer. Nicely yeasty dough but crisp on the bottom. And the people there are welcoming despite always hustling. My favorite pizza! Driving home, I saw a special sign and stopped. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the employees. When I asked about the special, Lewis explained it was an online special. When I told him I was not computer savvy, he went that extra mile to patiently show me how to order on my smart phone.
