Honestly I do love this place and the staff has been nice to me thus far. Unfortunately, today was different i ordered my pizza and my friend picked it up and he got yelled at for asking for butter garlic and marinara which he was going to pay for anyway. In the 20 minutes, my deep dish & thin crusty were ready, & I only waiting a couple more minutes for some sizzling wings! It's was all UH-mazing, & took me back to the days of South Bend. The girl at the counter wasn't overly friendly or happy, thus the minus 1 star, but she was quick and efficient. She also looked like she could have just woken up in her PJ's, but who am I to judge? I ordered online and it was ready fresh and hot for pickup exactly within the time frame they stated. I wish there were more locations since it is a national franchise and in my opinion better than Pizza Hut! For some the crust may be too crispy or too buttery/greasy but that's what makes it hit the spot for me! I do wish the prices were a little cheaper as for this one large custom pizza, it costs $21. I loved the 8 corner Jet 10 pizza but went into shock when I had to pay 33.00 when I had a discount coupon for 21.00. I called the order in on the phone and the order taker said to bring in the coupon. They refused to honor the coupon and said it was for online orders only. Why didn't they tell me that on the phone instead of telling me at the counter when I was picking up my pizza. They gave me a receipt that I could barely read because of light print and them dropping on the floor. It had sauce and dirt on it. They refuse to let me speak to the manager. This is a national pizza chain that beats the others. The menu is more diverse and the food is better quality than most delivery/take-out-only pizza "chains". Now the pizza isn't going to win awards as the absolute best (for me that goes to Grimaldi's, or if you're looking closer, Basilico's). Compared to other delivery chains, Jet's uses a better quality cheese, their sauce tastes robust (not that cheap sugary taste), and overall the ingredients are a step above. They have Calzones (they call them "boats"), salads (three sizes with a huge 3-4 person option), Chicken Wings, and Sub sandwiches. The pizza comes in three options: Deep Dish (they call it "8-corner"), Hand-Tossed, and "Thin-Crust" (I use quotes because their "thin" is not typical NY-style thin. They also advertise a "big fold" NY-style pizza that is a 6-slice thin crust. This is not a close comparison to NY-style pizza and it's not big by those standards, but again, it's much better than the other delivery chains. The cheese bread may be the best kept secret. Not healthy, but so addicting. One note: there is no room to dine-in at this establishment, this is take-out only. read more
