Received flier in mail so I thought I would give them a try. Place was very organized and clean. Staff very friendly. Pizza was delivered on time. Ordered the Jet 10 and it was very good. Crust was perfect. Did not find greasy like other reviewes suggested. Never had Detroit pizza but has now become a favorite. read more

We have placed two pickup orders over the past two weeks and both times the order was wrong when we picked it up. Tonight I placed an order for a Family Deal #2 from their website and when I picked it up not only was it not ready at the time I was promised but then part of the order was missing and I was told I had to wait ANOTHER 15-minutes for them to make the missing item. So my order that was SUPPOSED to be ready at 7:54pm I didn't end up leaving with until after 8:15pm. I was even offered anything to make up for the inconvenience. We like the food here but until they fix their ordering system so the orders come in complete we will not be back. read more

My wife and I do our best to try out any and all restaurants in the area. we waited a few weeks to let any opening bugs get taken care of and last night ordered a "Jets boat" wit pepperoni and a medium boneless wings. Let's start with the ordering process, I called to order and asked a few questions who ever answered seemed very young and confused by any and all questions I asked him about the menu. Finally I order the jet's boat with pepperoni no problems. Than came the wings, I wanted Mild boneless wings with Ranch and Blue Cheese. Which should of made a total order after tax roughly 18.56. But he quoted me almost 24 dollars. Which was pretty confusing since the prices were wrong. He than told me it is $2.25 since per sauce. So You can order buffalo wings but if you want blue cheese or ranch it's a 2.25 extra. So he said with both ranch and blue cheese it would be 4.50. So I declined and just ordered it anyway. At this point I'm pretty disappointed since who sells buffalo wings and charges 2.25 if you want a dipping sauce? But I got the place paid and left, when we got home opened the box to find the tossed boneless chicken wings and a Side of Mild sauce so I'm guessing he totally misunderstood me all together. Lets move on to the quality of the food, The chicken wings medium per the menu is to server 3-4 people... Which for me and my wife seemed a bit much for us but figured it wouldn't be an issue to have some left overs. What was inside was 16 pieces of the smallest boneless chicken I've ever seen. It looks more like pop corn chicken than anything it had 13 pieces of chicken that were the same size as the Publix popcorn chicken.. and 3 large normal sized boneless pieces. Needless to say VERY disappointed. The flavor was good but felt it was a pretty huge let down all the way around. Now getting to the Jet's boat pepperoni, This I was most excited about since moving here from Oregon 5 years ago, I've yet to find a place with a decent Stromboli or Cal-zone. Sadly the jets boat was just another disappointment. Mostly sauce with light cheese and maybe 4-6 pieces of pepperoni in the whole thing. It was more like a Bread pocket of sauce. Very doughy and saucy but no real Mozzarella or Pepperoni to enjoy. After shelling out almost $19 for this I can say We'll never go back, not worth the money in quality or quantity. read more

Came for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn't busy and we ordered a medium 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni hand-tossed pizza. It took about 10 minutes and was pretty good for the price. The location is small on the inside, so it is not really designed to dine-in but there are a couple small tables where we ate the pizza in about as much time as it took for them to make it. I'd say it's in line with any chain pizza restaurant but it's what we were looking for for a quick greasy lunch. read more

I'm from Michigan and was ecstatic to see a Jets by my new place here in Florida. This is Detroit style pizza (the deep dish) - not sure why anyone would want the thin crust, which you can get anywhere. Yes, there is such a thing as Detroit style pizza, and it's not the same as Chicago style or Pizza Hut deep dish. They have great deals at Jets like 8.99 pizza on Mondays, the Deep Dish Duo (pizza and Jet bread), etc. The ranch dressing here is also special, tastes just like restaurant ranch at home in Michigan. I always do pick up and never delivery, so I can't comment on that. They have forgotten to include my side of ranch pretty much every time I go, so I did take off a star for that, and as another reviewer noted, the staff is sometimes hanging out in the back and you have to call out "Hello!?" a couple of times to get served. The guy on the phone is gruff and lacks charm - I get that you are busy and would also appreciate a little courtesy. But my pizza has always been correct and delicious. And these are small issues that management can perhaps correct or that you can look out for if ordering from here. The pizza is worth it. Enjoy! read more

I was really disappointed in this Jet's. I've had their pizza in Michigan and was eagerly anticipating their opening here in Royal Palm Beach. We ordered a think pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a medium Greek Salad. The salad was good but not great. The pizza on the other hand was downright nasty. It was the thin crust. The problem was it was like eating a matzo cracker with a little bit of sauce and scant toppings. The edges were singed to the point of being burned. Plus they cut it in a cross hatch pattern that gave a 3"x3" square of burned matzo. Nothing like we used to get back in Michigan. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. For the price it's just okay. I ordered the NY crust which means thin crust that you can fold. The crust was so crunchy there's no way you can fold it. Slightly better than Little Ceasars. Not worth the money. Stick with the non chains. Also the large is the size of a medium but the price is not. read more

I was craving a slice of pizza, so I called in two slices ahead of time. I've been there before, didn't have any problems. As you walk in, the door makes a pretty noticeable noise when its closed, but thats not the problem. The problem is the place is completely empty, and I was standing there approximately for 4 minutes while I heard the people working there gleefully laughing and doing what ever it is they do back there beside prep. I knocked on the counter, said Hello? tried a few other noises, and no one came. Not impressed, Jets you need to step up your training or leave a bell up front. My husband and I love Jet's! It's by far the best chain restaurant out there for pizza. We recently had the buffalo chicken pizza and it's delicious. The sweet red chili wings are also legit. Fast delivery as well. Try this place out, you won't be disappointed! read more

Had Jets for the first time yesterday. Got a large NY style and a small pepperoni deep dish. Both were great. The flavor was awesome. Got turbo crusts on both and it was a welcome change from the normal crust you get at other places. It's a step above the "fast food" chains and maybe a notch below Mario the Baker. The pizza was a hit with my family and we will definitely be back. We're currently fighting over who will eat the last 2 leftover slices for lunch. read more
